
Dr. Geoghegan (pronounced ‘gay-gan’) is a plastic surgeon certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona then enrolled at the University of Arizona, College of Medicine where she obtained her medical degree with honors. She went on to complete her residency in plastic and reconstructive surgery at The University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston.
Through her academic and professional career Dr. Geoghegan has been honored with numerous awards including the National Dean’s List Honorary Award, the Award for Academic Distinction, and Commitment to Underserved People Leadership Award.
Dr. Geoghegan loves what she does because in her words, “Every day is different, every patient is different and I love that my job is to work with that person to figure it all out.” She goes on to say, “I believe that honest, open communication is the best way to achieve your aesthetic goals. There is no magic pill and looking and feeling good is hard work”
In her free time Dr. Geoghegan enjoys numerous outdoor activities like scuba diving, swimming, running, gardening, and travel.
