
Dr. Lincenberg is a double board certified surgeon in both plastic and reconstructive surgery as well as general surgery and brings over 20 years of experience to Sono Bello. He received his medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine prior to completing his plastic surgery residency at the internationally recognized Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota. Dr Lincenberg has also completed residencies at Sinai Hospital in Detroit and University of Illinois hospitals.
His professional affiliations include the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery and the Priestley Society of the Mayo Clinic Alumni Association. He has served as president of the Georgia Society of Plastic Surgeons.
Dr. Lincenberg believes in building caring professional relationships with patients based on communication and sensitivity. He is compassionate, understanding, and committed to excellence in delivering the desired patient outcome.
Humanitarian and community service projects are also very important to Dr. Lincenberg. He founded Kidejapa, a non-profit organization dedicated to organizing annual medical missions to Ecuador to correct birth defects and other reconstructive surgery needs for children. In 2010, his team responded to the earthquake in Haiti and performed surgery for a week in limiting conditions such as damaged hospitals, temporary tents and clinics.
