Dr. Blanchard is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an M.D. and an M.S. from Hahnemann Medical College in Philadelphia, PA.
She completed both her Residency in Plastic Surgery and her Residency in General Surgery at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Blanchard served as President of The Women’s Medical Society of Cleveland in 1988 and President of the Ohio Valley Society of Plastic Surgeons in 2001. And she was later recipient of the prestigious Woman of the Year Achievement Award for the National Association of Professional Women in 2011.
