Dr. Horowitz is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an MD from Albany Medical College and a Bachelor of Science from Union College. He completed a residency in General Surgery at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, a residency in Plastic Surgery at the Medical College of Georgia, and a residency in Aesthetic Surgery at the Lenox Hill/Manhattan Eye, Ear, and Throat Hospital.
Dr. Horowitz is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and a winner of the Brandon MacComber Award in Plastic Surgery. In his work, he strives to help people realize their full potential in life by working to unburden a person’s preoccupation with their appearance through the inspiration and confidence that cosmetic surgery can provide.
In his spare time, Dr. Horowitz regularly participates in charitable endeavors and frequently volunteers at the Harford Family House, an organization in Harford County, Maryland that benefits homeless families with children. In addition, Dr. Horowitz enjoys golfing and painting. He has studied art extensively both in college as well as in his travels to the South of France and continues to participate in this hobby on a regular basis.Download pdf
