Neil McMullin, M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. McMullin is a board certified plastic surgeon with an M.D. from the University of Texas Houston Medical School and a BS in Biomedical Sciences from Texas A&M University.

He completed his Plastic Surgery Residency at Harvard Plastic Surgery Residency, General Surgery Residency at Brooke Army Medical Center, Surgical Research Fellowship at USAISR, and General Surgery Internship at Brook Army Medical Center.

Board certified by both the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, Dr. McMullin is a member of several prestigious professional associations, including:

American Society of Plastic Surgeons where he is a candidate for Active Membership, American College of Surgeons (Fellow), Massachusetts Medical Association, American Military Surgeons United States and Texas Medical Association.

Dr. McMullin’s military service includes Womach Army Medical Center (Major) at Fort Bragg; Brooke Army Medical Center (Captain) at Fort Sam Houston; and University of Texas Houston Medical School (2nd Lt.) in Houston Tx. A true patriot, Dr. McMullin was awarded the Meritorious Service Medal (while deployed in Afghanistan), and the Army Commendation Medal.

Married with five children, Dr. McMullin is active in LDS philanthropies and enjoys hunting and the outdoors.
