Rimma Finkel, M.D., F.A.C.S

Dr. Finkel is Board Certified in both Surgery and Plastic Surgery with an M.D. from the University of Tennessee College of Medicine in Memphis, TN. Dr. Finkel’s undergraduate degrees include Bachelor of Sciences in Biology and Zoology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts with College Scholar Honors from University of Tennessee.

Dr. Finkel completed a Categorical General Surgery Internship and a General Surgery residency at Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency in Phoenix, AZ. She continued her education and training completing a Microvascular Surgery training at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY, a rotating residency in Hand Surgery at Kleinert, Kutz and Associates in Louisville, KY and her Plastic Surgery residency at the University of Louisville in Louisville, KY.

Dr. Finkel volunteered professional services to Medical Missions in Honduras and a volunteer Board Member for Dancing for Stroke. Her medical philosophy is to treat the whole person, not just the part.

Dr. Finkel is married. She is multilingual in English, Russian and French and her hobbies are ballroom dancing, hiking, cooking and photography. Her favorite charities are Boxerluv and AZ Humane Society.
