Scott Sattler, M.D.

Dr. Sattler is a plastic surgeon in the Seattle and Portland areas. He is board certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He was born in Walnut Creek and grew up in Northern California.

Dr. Sattler completed his undergraduate training at the University of California San Diego where he studied Molecular Biology and Health Care Ethics and won a President’s Research Scholarship to do research in growth factor protein chemistry. He then went on to complete his medical degree at George Washington University Medical School in Washington DC where he graduated with honors and was elected into Alpha Omega Alpha, an honorary medical society for students that have excelled academically.

Following medical school Dr. Sattler completed seven years of post-graduate surgical residency training. He did his General Surgery training at the University of Washington. He then went on to practice in the US Navy as a General Surgeon doing breast cancer surgery for four years . After leaving the military, Dr. Sattler completed the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Oregon Health Sciences University.

Dr. Sattler is a caring and skilled surgeon who strives to listens to a patient about her aesthetic goals and then devises a treatment plan that will help achieve her desired outcome.

Dr. Sattler has an active cosmetic and reconstructive surgical practice in the Seattle and Portland areas.

He is also a family man who is married with two young children. In his free time he enjoys Crossfit, cycling, sailing and back country skiing. He is also interested in the ‘home arts’ of beer making and cooking BBQ.
