Stephanie is a mother, writer, photographer, fitness enthusiast, and DIY home improvement expert from Kentucky. Her days are typically spent building, painting, crafting, blogging, and running around barefoot with her kids at their beautiful countryside home.  

Before she became a mom, Stephanie was a lifelong athlete and powerlifter. The long hours that she spent in the gym and on the field gave her a solid, muscular frame. However, as she gradually retired from sports and emerged into adult life, this solid frame started to border on bulky.  

She remained active, but between her work and her kids, it was hard to maintain the athletic intensity of her younger years. As a result, she struggled to maintain a physical appearance that brought her joy.

Self-confidence is important in any line of work, but in the entertainment industry, it’s absolutely crucial. Even for radio hosts (an increasingly visual medium), feeling good about their appearance can translate into a higher quality product for their fans.  

Heather, a 31-year-old DJ from Las Vegas, was suffering from a negative self-image due to the stubborn body fat surrounding her midsection. As a result, she dreaded having to make in-person appearances and would wear baggy clothes on camera to conceal her belly.

Emily’s physical and personal transformation – with Sono Bello and over the course of her life – has been inspirational and we are honored to help share her story with the world.

Emily is a women’s health and safety advocate. She works closely with The Blue Bench, a non-profit that focuses on rape prevention and providing much-needed support to the survivors of sexual assault.

As a rape survivor herself, Emily feels compelled to equip young women with the tools they need to live safe and fulfilling lives. Her work includes implementing educational curricula for high school students as well as providing therapeutic counseling for victims.

Emily’s assault occurred when she was only 16 years old, and the experience has deeply affected her into adulthood. Every day, she deals with the trauma of having been taken advantage of at such a vulnerable young age. Although she has made significant progress in the years following the assault, it is something that she still battles with.

Among other symptoms, this underlying psychological trauma has caused her to lose and gain weight sporadically. Typically, this weight fluctuation is compounded by a major event such as a change in career, moving to a new city, getting married, having kids, going through a divorce, or living through a pandemic. Emily’s mental health and physical health have always been linked. So, now that she looks better than ever, her confidence and happiness are in a good place as well. As we mentioned at the start of this blog, Emily will be representing the state of Colorado in the 2021 Miss America Strong competition in Las Vegas this coming November. Part 1: Getting the Procedure

When Rebecca made the decision to get TriSculpt micro-laser liposuction from Sono Bello, it’d been a long time coming.

After all, she’d recently left her old life as a private investigator, and became a reality TV star taking millions of viewers with her on a journey of welcoming her husband-to-be to America.

“Seeing myself on TV has been difficult lately,” reveals Rebecca, who says she’s always been a bigger girl and that it doesn’t usually bother her.

“I love being curvy. But lately, I’m just not happy with the way I look,” she continues.

Like many other people, Rebecca’s largest problem area is her abdomen. She’s been struggling with it for as long as she can remember.
