Adam C. Cohen, M.D., F.A.C.S.
Dr. Cohen is Board-Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He obtained his medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Yeshiva University in Bronx, NY. Prior to medical school he obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biochemistry, graduating Magna Cum Laude from University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, PA.
Dr. Cohen continued his education as a General Surgery intern at University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, IA and a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis, IN. He then, continued with a fellowship in Hand and Microsurgery at Christine M. Kleinert Institute for Hand and Microsurgery, Inc. in Louisville, KY.
Dr. Cohen has contributed to the field of plastic surgery through contributions of multiple publications, research articles and text book chapters. Dr. Cohen remains active in regional and national medical organizations including American Society of Plastic Surgeons, American College of Surgeons and American Medical Association.
Dr. Cohen’s believes medical care is a person to person transaction of trust. He hopes to earn patients’ trust though honest communication and effective treatment.
In his spare time, Dr. Cohen enjoys ice hockey, scuba diving and snow skiing. He is bilingual, fluently speaking both English and Spanish.Download PDF Back To All Physicians
