James Boynton, M.D.

Dr. James Boynton is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He obtained his medical degree from The University of Texas Houston Medical School in Houston, TX.

Dr. Boynton did his internship and residency in General Surgery at Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency in Phoenix, AZ. He did an additional residency in Plastic Surgery at St. Joseph Plastic Surgery Residency Program in Houston, TX.

During his training, he also did additional fellowships in microsurgery and hand surgery at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, TX.

Patient safety and always striving for surgical excellence are paramount in Dr. Boynton’s practice. He has dedicated his practice to aesthetic plastic surgery for the last 18 years. He prides himself on sound surgical judgment and being honest with patients, and trying to deliver excellent results that are built around patient safety. He strives to meet and exceed his patients’ expectations.

Dr. Boynton is married and has twin daughters. When he is not operating, he enjoys waterskiing, wake surfing, traveling, and spending time with his family.
