“I want to share my experience due a very disappointed results, after 3 months of my surgery, I want to say nurses and personal are very nice and professional and I’m thankful for that.But here it’s what my issue is, When I went to sonó bello was because I was very interested in going to get treated in Mexico as a lady friend of a friend was going, but I got talked out of it and got very recommended not to go and to give a sonó bello a try. So I went what I was told by the consultant was that I didn’t need a tummy tuck, procedure I was looking to get done, but got recommended to get the Abex by the consultant, I also request Arms reduction And the lipo 360. Well honestly When I saw the results after my surgery I was depressed and thinking I might have possibly wasted my money ($20,000.00) but then the nurse showed me pictures of my before and after, then I thought maybe and the nurse told me I should not be worry it will get better, well I haven’t see the results I went to go to get and I was told I will get, I’m still have belly popping out also hanging and my arms look deformed. But what it’s getting me depressed and crying my eyes out almost every night it’s that the lady that went to Mexico to get her surgery done for almost same money that I expended with sonó bello, well her results are very good and different vs mine, she looks “amazing almost like a model” she was about as same as my body was looking, sadly I don’t have pics to share but this lady got her surgery couple weeks before mine and her results are totally opposite of mine’s, what I honestly recommend it’s to please do research and don’t let people talk to you out of what you think will be your best choice and convence you that you don’t have to get want you were thinking to get done. I have read many many great reviews on sonó bello and that made me turn to them now I regret it. Now I am thinking how many of the unhappy customers and results get not to be speak up. I was about not to do it but I think I need to share my experience but it’s this is my own experience and I am very disappointed, at the end was my bad choice.”

“I had my surgery done in January of this year. First of all, the consultant, Camille, lies to you. You will be told that they are going to give you a "bunch" of Xanax so that you will not really remember the procedure and you will be "out of it" from the effects of the Xanax. In fact, they even stated you could end up laughing or falling asleep during the surgery. LIES. Keep in mind, Sono Bello does not knock you out with anesthesia, even for the skin removal. Well day of the surgery the nurse comes in with pills. I was given ONE Xanax, ONE percocet, a nauseous pill along with an antibiotic. I was wide awake for the surgery, and I do remember everything! Including being cut by the surgeon, Doctor Case. He did the skin removal last, he made the statement to me, on the table, "Now let me know if you can feel this" As he got closer to finishing up, I could feel the scalpel cutting me! I said "Yes, I can feel it!" The surgeon just kept cutting me anyway! I was crying my eyes out as the nurses prepared to get me cleaned up and in a wheel chair. I saw the Doctor sitting in a chair, arms folded, with nothing to say. Not a word, as I am crying my eyes out from the pain. Fast forward to a few months ago, I am not happy with my results. Not at all. I have this skin hanging over both sides of my hip bones. Sono Bello is referring to this as "Doggy Ears". They set me up with a new surgeon to come speak with, as I refused to see Doctor Case that did this horrible thing to me. This surgeon proceeds to tell me that my only 2 options to fix this are, do another surgery which would include, "chasing the fat around" and cutting me open on my back! So then I would end up with a scar, all the way around my middle part. The other option is, do a procedure with their Venus Legacy machine where they run this "very hot" handle with these little metal balls on it, across your stomach to try and losen up scar tissue, and also to help with the "doggy ears". So I was told they would give me 4 of these procedures for free, since I have had all of the problems with them. BUT, you actually need to have at least 8 procedures done, in order to see a good result. So of course, this means more of my money! Well, when one of their techs, Lexi, was using this machine on me, it would burn very bad on my left side, right where my incision is at. The first 3 procedures were done by Lexi, and she knew, NOT to run this over that area. My last appointment was with a different tech. I told her right out of the gate, "Don't go over this area, it burns very bad" So what does she do???? She goes over the area anyway! Not once, but twice! I was full of anxiety so bad that I could not even finish the last session. I said "no more" it burns! If I had to describe it, it felt like a torch touching my skin. Now fast forward to today. I am certainly showing signs of fat coming back on my stomach area. They tell you that they are permanently removing your fat cells. So, I have complained to every doctor, nurse, and admin personel, that I have come into contact with at Sono Bella. They totally agree that the "doggy ears" should not be. I said I want a refund! Sara, in the Scottsdale office said, "We are willing to give you a refund of $1695 but, I cannot help you with that, if you post a review." I said NO, not even close. Yesterday, I received another phone call from a phone number up in Washington State, and she offered a refund of $2500 (they upped the offer) and she mentioned the most they usually will refund is $2000, but in this case, we are offering more, and again, I said NO. I told them I don't need your money and that I believe you are trying to bribe me into keeping my mouth shut. Of course they say that is not true. So please be aware of Sono Bello!”

“I have had the laser lipo and am currently receiving the Venus treatments. It has been an overall very good experience thus far, as other reviews say, the lipo is not a super fun experience for about the first week, after that, it’s much easier. The results are pretty impressive. I am currently receiving Venus treatments to accelerate the healing process and tighten up loose skin. Desiree and Lexi are wonderful Venus technicians, always so professional, and yet warm, fun, reassuring and supportive people. They really focus in on exactly where and what is needed.
With the lipo, these are board-certified plastic surgeons who know what they’re doing. You have to be realistic with your expectations, depending on your body type, skin, elasticity, etc. You have to wear your compression garment, no if’s and’s or but’s!

“11 days ago, I had laser lipo with AbEx. Even with the swelling, I must admit I am really pleased with the results so far! Dr. Case along with Nurse Vanessa and ST Audry made the entire experience far exceed my expectations. “I had an appointment today and ran late due to traffic; I called and let them know I will be there just a few minutes late; I was reassured I would still be seen even. When I arrived, my appt was for 5:15 pm and I arrived @ 5:17 pm, that I had to still fill the paperwork out and there was NO WAY I could been seen, period! I then asked that I would fill the paperwork out while waiting but I was still told...NO WAY, they cannot see me.

I am very upset as I have been waiting almost 10 + years to finally make the appointment, and then driving for 45 minutes, arriving a few minutes late, being turned away. That is not how you treat potential business. I will let my friends who are also looking into a treatment, that to NOT Waste their time, they do not care, their time is more important.”

I wanted to send a picture to the nurse that was helping me as well as the surgeon because the transformation is really unbelievable. I called the office asking for an email address and was told they won't give me one. I really have no idea what they thought I would do with it since I told them why I wanted it, but due to them behaving like past due patients don't matter I have lost all respect for this particular office and they way they treated me. It makes me feel as that I no longer matter because they have my money. Terribly disappointed Sonobello.”

“The whole process was professional, friendly and caring.

Definitely uncomfortable for a good week after, and using the compression garment longer than the minimum 3 weeks will give you better results. You also need someone to care for you and assist you for several days. It’s a must!

You can put it on yourself if you hook up the crotch on the compression garment and step into it with your right leg, put your arms through the straps. Then you can hook it up yourself after about five days. Start hooking from the bottom up one hook at a time. You have to pull hard and over time you can tighten it because there are three rows of hooks.”

I did go down 2 pants sizes but the procedure itself was very painful and the recovery was slow. It took close to 6 weeks before I started to feel normal again. I went back for my 6-month check to discuss my concerns; my belly looks lumpy and unnatural, and I was told I needed more recovery time or another one of their procedures for additional cost. I had a very bad experience with Dr. Robles and SonoBello. I had liposuction procedure done March 2022. As the summer months came around, I noticed a very large indentation in my stomach area from where Dr. Robles had perform the procedure. I was patient and waited all summer, thinking that this was part of the healing phase, and that my stomach area would even out, after I was fully healed. As fall approached, I became very concerned with the area because it was very noticeable. I was able to get a consultation for a post procedure Check up and talk with Dr. Robles about my concerns. Dr. Robles is clearly the worst Surgeon in that building. He looked at my stomach and pretended not to notice the large indent that he created. He showed very little concerned, nor did he care about his poor quality and technique when performing my liposuction. Unable to show humility, and admit that he did a poor job. I have spoke with 2 other doctors who special in body contouring and they have all told me, any indent that I have on my stomach from the procedure is a “ reflection on the skill set, poor technique, used, and overall lack of education by this surgeon”. I gave Dr. Robles the opportunity to resolve this matter and fix the situation, but he told me there is nothing that he will do. I asked him if the Venus program at their office would be any help to me, and with no reassurance, Dr. Robles replied “ maybe, you can book an appointment see what happens”.
This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional from a business like Sonobello. I paid for their services, and their doctor, Dr. Robles made my stomach appear worse than before it was going into the surgery. I expressed my concern with the nurse that I spoke with on my post procedure exam that occurred on November 2, 2022, and she stated that a person would be reaching out to me shortly to talk about my results and see if there was any other options. It’s a month past being told that, and I have not heard anything. Like everybody who has gone to Sonobello, I paid good money, for good results. If your staff member messed up the procedure and did something wrong, then Sonobello needs to do the right thing and fix/resolve the issue.
It is clear that Dr. Robles is the surgical doctor that graduated, most likely graduated at the bottom of the class, but still is considered a doctor. I would highly recommend anybody looking into Sonobello, stay away from Dr. Robles and his poor surgical skills. All he needs to do is admit that he messed up, and he needs to fix the issue with surgery or any other treatment provided by Sonobello. He needs to be a grown man, show humility, and own up to his quality of work.”

“I had pretty extensive work done including liposuction of the chest, abdomen and flanks. I also had skin removal done from the abdomen. I had lost over 130 lbs through diet and exercise and decided to splurge on getting things "fixed". Through the 6 months of recovery, I had concerns my flanks, some bumps and hard deposits under the skin, but was told to go through the process, and would look at the concerns after recovery.
As soon as I was able to start back at the gym, I was back at it! Building muscle, cardio and always watching my calorie intake.

“I will start off by saying that every single person in this office is incredibly nice, kind, respectful. I have never been more pleased with a group of women.
I began my search for a surgeon who could remove my breast implants due to me having symptoms possibly pertaining to them. I had my first appointment with Dr. Gal and was given lots of information to which I did further research to ensure I was making the best decision pertaining to the capsules surrounding my implants.
Anyone who shows symptoms of this unverified “breast implant illness” are to remove both the implant and the entire capsule.
So I go into my second appointment with Dr. Gal and explain that I do want the explant + FULL capsulectomy. She then says a few times that “if it is not safe, I will leave it be”. Now as a non medical personnel, I am trusting the doctor I am having do surgery on me to do what I have made expected. I am paying for a full capsulectomy, so of course she is going to get it all, right?
Fast forward to surgery day..
I wake up from my surgery to the words, “the doctor didn’t get all of the capsule— she deemed it unsafe”.
The amount of disappointment, anger, sadness, regret that I felt post op was intense.
Post op I did more research..
•There is a HUGE difference between a plastic surgeon, and a board certified plastic surgeon. ( Dr. Gal is not board certified)
•If a surgeon is EVER hesitant that they cannot get ALL of the capsule, run.
•A board certified plastic surgeon CAN and DOES get all of the capsule even with it being stuck to the chest wall, because they have the level of skill to do so.
I was left with 10 percent capsule in my right breast, and 30 percent in my left breast.
I now have to go to another doctor, a board certified in plastics + reconstructive to have this fixed. I have to pay many more thousands of dollars to have this fixed. I have to put my body through more trauma so soon after this surgery to have it fixed. I should be recovering, and getting my life back that I had prior to getting implants in, in the first place, but I cannot.
What do I think should have been done? Well when Dr. Gal heard me adamantly say in my second appointment, after I had done further research— that it was just as important to remove the capsule as it was the implant, she should have told me to find another doctor. She should have explained that she was not skilled enough to get all of the capsule. She should have given me the chance to see a doctor with the level of skill that I needed— a board certified plastic surgeon.
Since having this surgery I have in many ways explained my incredible disappointment with the fact that the entire capsule wasn’t removed even though I paid many thousands of dollars to have the entirety removed. I have explained many times that I am going to seek out a more qualified board certified plastic surgeon to fix this mistake.
I finished my last appointment with Dr. Gal and was hoping to get some kind of closure, apology, acknowledgment, reimbursement even to pay for the surgery that I now need to have to fix this mistake— and nothing. I was given the round a bout about how “their intention was to remove the entire capsule”. Okay, but you didn’t remove it all? So why did I pay for a full capsulectomy yet didn’t get what I paid for? Why do I have to find someone properly skilled to fix this lack of skill on your part?
I hate this, I am a person who hates complaining. But this is not okay.
I went in hoping to get my life back, get rid of these symptoms that I believe to my core are caused by the implants— and now it’s turning into a 12k investment that I shouldn’t have had to make.
I would have appreciated more accountability on Dr. Gals part. I would have appreciated her charging me only for a partial capsulectomy instead of a full capsulectomy. Since she only removed partial.
The new doctor I am going through to have the rest of the capsule removed with is very confident that he can get what was left by Dr. Gal— and with that I am hopeful that I will get my life back.”

“I am post op 3 weeks. But, I am still very sore, uncomfortable, and swollen. But I see some insane results. Knowing that I’m still swollen and will be even smaller is so worth this journey. I am already in a size smaller. I tried on my wedding dress again, and I needed two sizes smaller. I am ecstatic and happy I made this decision. “So glad I did this! I’m only a week and a half out from my procedure and I can already see a huge difference. I’m loving the fact that my problem areas are now non-problem areas - Just Like That! But let me back up….to the beginning since it isn’t all roses and champagne. This isn’t a day at the spa. It’s more like a mini-torture chamber. I have to admit I wasn’t sure what to expect. Was I going to feel pain? Was I going to be so loopy that I didn’t notice? So I asked….and of course, I get the same canned answer every Doctor seems to give “it won’t hurt me a bit!”. Seriously!? Ok, now that I still don’t know, I’m walking into the “OR” having taken my cocktail of drugs just 5 minutes before. Ok. I can do this. As soon as I lay down, I feel all the needle pricks in my designated areas ( one for each are). Alright, not too bad and I expected this. Then, the real discomfort occurs, putting lidocaine through the probe under my skin in all those areas. Wow, it hurts. At this point I start shaking uncontrollably, mostly due to the lidocaine and probably some from shock. I also elected NOT to look so I can’t comment on exactly what happened. About 5 minutes passed so that the lidocaine could take effect and then the liposuction started. To be completely honest, some of it actually felt like I was getting a massage! Some parts of it felt great! The hard part was the lidocaine injections and the lipo / laser part was easy. I was awake and moved around so they could access all my areas, albeit increasingly slower. By the time I was done, the cocktail started to kick in. The nurse got me dressed and off I went, slept in the car ride home, slept for another couple hours. I woke up, had dinner and went back to bed for the night. When I woke up the next day, I was expecting to feel sore, oozing blood, swollen and bruised. But, no! I was sore but normal! Honestly I could have gone back to work! Yes, my areas were sore, but not more sore than if I had a tough workout at the gym. Recovery was easy. As I said I’m happy so far - final results are still pending. They actually didn’t move forward with one area so I thought I would have been charged less. Nope. Nobody called back about it either. It’s been over a week and nothing. I also haven’t seen any photos of my before/after. Maybe that will come later?!”

Prior to my procedure I was given very informative information to prepare and I received phone calls following up to see if I had questions. During my pre-op visit Dr. Robles and nurse Audrey answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable. On the day of my procedure, everyone was amazing! I know I said that before, but I have to say it again because it is true!!!! The intake staff were helpful and patient. My nurse, Mel was the BEST!!!!!!! She is so awesome; I was so blessed to have her. She really cared about me; she held my hand when I needed it, and she truly took care of me!!!!! Dr. Robles was also amazing. He talked to me during the procedure and his words were comforting. The two of them made a sometimes uncomfortable procedure very bearable!!!! Thank you!!!! As for the procedure, I had the Trisculpt in 4 areas. I was made as comfortable as possible and they always paid attention to my pain level. The procedure went well; didn’t take too long; and I’m happy to say I’m recovering nicely. Again, I can’t say enough how wonderful everyone was!!!!!! I would definitely recommend this location. “I’m not sure my experience has been typical, so I hate to do a public review. I thought I’d come in for the procedure, feel good in a few days, and watch my results reveal themselves over the coming months. Instead, this is more like getting braces. I had the procedure, but won’t be “done” for months. I’m still in constant pain 3 weeks later. I’m all bumpy and bulky and have what looks like it will be a hideous asymmetrical scar. I have to keep making the 45 minute drive up to Scottsdale for follow up appointments , and I don’t know if this is what I am supposed to be experiencing at all. It’s certainly not “Remove unwanted fat permanently in one visit”, it’s WAY more than one visit. And I was not prepared for the amount of discomfort I’m in. Maybe in a few months I will look back and say it was all worth it. But you are asking me now. I wish I had been better informed of how long the healing process would take, and I still don’t know if all of the lumps and bumps and puckering I’m having are normal, or if they will be permanent. Hopefully at the one month mark someone will tell me. Bet you regret asking, huh? :)”

I started my journey with a different team, a team that wasn't graceful nor timely with call backs (the nurse) but I prayed about this experience because I wanted it for my health's sake first. I was told I would have to wait 3 months so that I could get my A1C lowered as I am diabetic. That wasn't a problem because I know it was for MY sake. Wasn't mad at that. That whole experience made me determined to get it together in 1 month, test month 2 and rock it. Thank you to Dr C for being my inspiration to do it in less than 3 months. I called, got in with a different doctor...Dr Wolfort. Dr Wolfort was divinely assigned to me. He is super knowledgeable, professional, relatable and just kind. He was the reason why I decided to stay on this journey with SB and he doesn't even know. He is the most amazing surgeon ever. He cares about his work and his patients. It is very apparent. My pre Op nurse, Melanie...she changed everything I felt about the nurses/staff at Sono Bello. I wasn't feeling great about the ones I had dealt with before. But Melanie!! She was fresh air, professional, caring and someone anyone would want to befriend. She weighed me and noticed my weight loss and actually celebrated with me with a scream and a hug. She was bright and knowledgeable and made me feel like I was in the right place. Melanie should be everyone's pre op nurse. Request HER. And Trish...my other nurse, what a game changer too! She was professional. She got me prepared with such a kind deposition. Her whole demeanor put me at ease. Thank you so much to this team!! I would recommend them to the world. It was indeed very painful. I would let people know up front that it is a painful procedure and it takes time to get back to normal. It's been two weeks and if I sit more than ten minutes it hurts to get moving again. It is getting better every day, but I seriously can't see going back to work the next day as I was led to believe. I can't say I would recommend this procedure until I see the results. And then I would be very clear on the down time. Thank you.”

I was told I would get a laser treatment for skin tightening and didn't... When I inquired I was told that it doesn't really do anything so just a little confused as to why it was mentioned in the sales pitch but not followed through on. My understanding is that my doctor doesn't do that but I believe it should be offered after the procedure as someone who does do it or something similar since I is part of the sales pitch. Secondly I think that going into a little more detail about recovery might be helpful as I experienced quite a lot of pain and discomfort the first 3 weeks. Also I was offered to float my belly button to offer better skin retraction but that was not done”

“I HAD lazer Lipo done on 4 areas.. the Staff is always friendly. The Dr's. Are wonderful. Dr. Robles was my Dr., He understood exactly what I wanted, assured me of the risk, as I have a heart valve problem. Had me go to the cardiologist before surgery and my annual physical was due anyway, so I got that done at the same time. After clearance we scheduled the surgery. Had the covid clearance 3 days before.. and it all went well.. 2 weeks out from surgery now.. its all going well.. Im soo pleased with my results already... . There was Zero pain..

although I had pain meds prescribed if I needed them. Minimum bruising, and very little left now. Im cleared for massages now once a week for 6 weeks to help with the drainage.. and the scars you can barely see..
All in all.. I love my results.. I can see my rib cage for the first time in 3 years and I run, work out, and wear my Bikinis swimming and surfing all the time. I didn't have these results until now.. know also if I ever have a problem.. I can always reach out to the staff and if its important the Dr. Will call me back..

“First, let me clarify the "4" rating. The pre-op and procedure were excellent. Dr. Case and his staff are amazing! However, my immediate post-op experience was not great and stemmed from the ill-fitting compression garment. I am very short-waisted and the garment kept rolling up and caused me more pain than it helped. I bought one from Amazon but was without any usable compression garment for a full day. One week after (today) is when I turned the corner and started feeling human. Dr. Case's skill and customer service is not in question at all but I would suggest finding one compression garment as an option for patients like me.”

“Staff has been amazing. Everyone I have interacted with has been friendly and put me at ease all along the way. I appreciate the accessibility and quick response to my questions.

The procedure itself was MUCH more uncomfortable than I anticipated. Still quite sore on my sides and upper abs. I don't think the meds were given a long enough time to take effect before we started ... and we started with this area, which was unfortunate for me. Dr. Case said I would feel like I'd had "a few too many margaritas" (aka nicely relaxed) before we started, however it felt like I had had NO Margaritas. The other areas were far less sensitive, whether that is due to length-of-time with meds or because they are less-sensitive in general I can't really say. The "not-really-sedated" experience was sub-optimal. The only other surgery I have had was wisdom-teeth removal 25+ years ago under general anesthesia. That was certainly a more pleasant experience. I'd say this pain experience was on-par with natural childbirth transition phase.

Post-procedure follow up has been very good. I appreciate the inclusiveness of all post-care products and office visits (Arnica, compression garments, silicone tape). All these add to the overall successful results and feeling of being "cared for."

Would I do it again? Maybe. Overall a good experience.”

The pain post op is equally awful. Walking, sitting, standing, and don’t even think about picking something up if you drop it, it belongs to the floor now.
Outside of the pain, it’s been a great experience thus far - all of the staff has been some welcoming, and accommodating! They make something extremely uncomfortable tolerable, and really try to reassure you that there’s nothing to be embarrassed about. Great team in Scottsdale!”

“Everybody there was great. The nurses were very accommodating and made sure that I had all the information that I needed so that I could continuously make informed decisions about my surgery. If I text with any questions after my surgery I was gotten back to you by the next day with an answer. The doctor tell me what I needed. I went in for surgery and was nervous, but the doctor asked me what type of music I liked and that's what we listen to in the operating room so that I could continue to feel comfortable. I am loving the look at my stomach. The only thing that I didn't like is the drainage bulbs that I had. I had four almost 9 days but there was no more drainage after three and so I had to lay, very uncomfortably, for the rest of those days with those drainage tubes for no reason. Other than the drainage tubes I would totally recommend them. I had went to them previously for Lipo and the tummy tuck EX was because after the lipo, I had sagging skin left at the bottom of my stomach.”

“I had my surgery done 1/22/2021 which was upper and lower abs and waist done (Tri-Sculpt E/X). Staff from beginning to current day has been nothing less than professional, courteous and prompt with return calls even when I thought they were ignoring me, but the truth was I had missed calls from them including my doctor due to me sleeping my pain away. Just to name a few staff that I would like to especially thank is Shannon who did my consultation, my procedure nurse was Nicole, my aftercare nurse Tia and Doctor Nobles were all kind, made me feel like they were listening and heard me of what I wanted and needed throughout this process. Tia was also very knowledgeable about the aftercare process and calmed my anxieties about my pain, discomfort and recovery process, as well as, results I should expect to see in the near future. Oh I don’t want to forget the two receptionists in the front who always greet me with a warm smile and friendly customer service! I’m six days post-op and I haven’t seen the results I would like to see but Tia reminded me to be patient because I’m still swollen with some bruising. “While I am 100% glad I did this and am happy with the results I see already, I have to admit, I feel I was a little unprepared for the aftermath. My consultant made it sound like I could return to playing softball, even if lightly at first, after 2 weeks or so. This contradicted what the doctor told me later.

She also said I would lose about 10lbs in fat initially, and that did not include the skin being removed. When I mentioned this to the doctor, he said "whomever told me that lied and this was not about weight loss". And he was correct, I am not down any lbs, probably due to the initial post op swelling (I'm 2 weeks post op today). Which is fine because even with the swelling, I can see my flat tummy and smoother, smaller waistline and hips. That was what I came for. :)

I also was not prepared for how long the numbness and swelling was going to last and this was probably my fault. I was so eager for to do this, I may not have paid as much heed as I should have, or asked more questions. I also did not realize I was not going to be put under general anesthesia. I was put under local anesthesia and awake the whole 3.5 hrs, which was a moderately disturbing, uncomfortable, and sometimes painful experience. One I never want to repeat, yet don't regret, and I am glad I went through with it, if that makes sense.

My advice is to do as much research and ask as many questions to the doctor, at your initial consult with him, as possible to be better prepared.

As for the staff, they were friendly, genuine, and wonderful to work with, and they have helped make this an overall good experience.”

“I am on week 2 and still having discomfort and pain,numbness tingling etc, I was fully awake the Norco and Zany never really kicked in. 2 and 1/3 litters of fat was removed from upper/lower abs and waist. Surgery was about 4 hours husband picked me up and we went to California Pizza kitchen then home and I slept off and on for 2 days walked 10 to 15 min. I went back to work last Wednesday and I sit all day that wasn't fun, I wore the compression garment for 24/7 the first week now I am 12 on 12 off I hate it its pretty much a full body with long legs so tight and un comfortable. It's hard to sleep and sit standing not so bad. Swelling has gone down but day by day it varies worse then not. I'm sure it will be worth it when all said and done. Dr. Case has great beside manner and the nurses TIA and Nicole where great. Rest of the staff was super friendly as well. I will post after pictures soon and will update in another week.”

“From the appointment to the procedure I loved having my procedure done here. Brooke helped me book my procedure, she was so kind and understanding. My nurse (same one for pre op and the procedure) was great and answered and talked to me during the procedure. Dr. Case was very detailed, he took out just over 3 liters of fat and did the EX procedure, removing skin below my belly button, can’t believe how flat that section is already. I never wanted a full tummy tuck so I was happy to find this option.
I was on the table for about 3 hours, and it was pain free. Many times I was laughing because I was getting tickled near the rib area. I’m still blown away that I was awake the whole time.
Day 1 and 2 I took my pain meds at home and got up every 2 hours as instructed.
Day 2 lipo spots stopped seeping
Day 3 I was able to reduce my pain meds by half and took a shower, changed my bed sheets and did a load of laundry. My drains are under 10ml each, draining them 3 times today.
I will follow up with the one week update.”

“I have heard about Sono Bello thru TV, after calling and setting up an appointment I was greeted by Carly in the phone, without knowing any nurse or Doctor, I felt very comfortable just talking to her, she was so positive, welcoming, making sure all my questions were answer, I felt care and in the right place, after meeting Brooke who coordinated and discussed with me all my options to make the financial part more affordable, then I met with the Doctor he did not made any promises that I was going to look like when I was 18 years old, his explanation was made according to my 60 years of age and my history of surgeries in the past, I have done many liposuction procedures in the past and when your body has gone under so many traumas your insides are not the same, you develop scar tissue, your skin is not smooth, you have to be reasonable in your expectations, all I knew iat the time is that I felt safe, well inform and down to earth expectations, the procedure went well, my nurse Patricia took good care of me. I had many areas done my arms, waist, upper and lower abdomen and front bra rolls plus a tummy tuck at the end, the first 2 days you are kind of sedated and you are not so uncomfortable until after 3 days, my arms are sore still after 6 days but you can do anything, but because I had skin remove from my abdomen the soreness is going to take longer to heal and see any great results at least for 3 months, I know I am going to look much better then when I went in, I also need to help the situation by following instructions, drink plenty of water, walk in moderation, eat healthier and follow their instructions. So far I have been very satisfied with all around care I am looking forward to my recovery, I know it has only been a week, I know I have to be patient but so far no complaints from me, I know communication between the nurses and Doctor is crucial for a great recovery, and I know without any doubt I will get that if I need it, so far I am glad I had it done. Yes, it can be painful and uncomfortable but through past liposuction I know the results will be amazing.

“I cant express enough what an excellent and positive experience i have had with Sono Bello! From my consultation, pre-op, procedure and all my follow up's The entire staff is fantastic and so friendly. And what can i say about my results...WOW! I had my upper and lower abs, bra roll and sides done and the results are better than what i imagined it would be. I am not going to lie but for me the procedure was more painful than I expected. I just may not have a high tolerance for pain. During the entire procedure the nurses and Dr.Bonillas tried to make me as comfortable as possible. They were so sweet and i could tell they truley cared about my comfort. That really helped me get through it. That evening Dr.Bonillas personally called to see how i was doing. I was still pretty medicated so i dont really remember what i said to him. The recovery was also more painful and took longer than i expected. That being said, it was worth it! I just had my 6 month post-op and had a couple of areas of concern. One was above my belly button and I was told that is loose skin and cant be touched up. Even with the loose skin, I am very happy. The second area is on my side where I have a small indent. Dr. Bonillas agreed that it can be touched up and we will be doing a revision soon. He could have just as easily said its loose skin as well (not that i would have known any different) and sent me on my way but he is a perfectionist and will be fixing it. Thank you to all of you wonderful ladies and Dr. Bonillas at Sono Bello! I would highly recommend you to anyone!”

I could not have asked for a better person to walk me through everything, hold my hand and educate me about what to expect during and after the surgery. Her caring demeanor, genuine concern and expert knowledge was a great comfort to me!
Finally, I met Dr Case.
After hearing so many glowing comments about him I was anxious to “size him up” for myself. He did not disappoint! I was most struck by his total honesty. He gave me an accurate assessment of the procedure, including all the possible complications and did not sugar coat any answers to my questions
Dr Case even called me that night after my surgery! I couldn’t believe it! I’ve had so many surgeries and no doctor has ever called me at home that evening! I was deeply touched and very appreciative!

In addition to Dr Case’s thoughtfulness and impressive professionalism I love his funny, dry sense of humor!! He makes me laugh!
After meeting with him I had complete confidence that he would do an excellent job!
Which, remains to be seen because I am only one week post-op
Which brings me to Tia. I met with her to have my drains removed (which I was almost more nervous about as the procedure) As it turned out, my fears were completely unfounded. She expertly removed them with me hardly knowing! She treated all my other needs and proceeded to educate me about what to expect for the next few weeks. Like everyone else I encountered Tia was kind, professional and very caring!
I cannot stress enough how amazing all these people are at SonoBello Scottsdale!!
I would highly recommend them so far. I will report back in a few months and reveal what I am hopping will be a very positive result”

“If you're considering lipo here read this first...
I went in for lipo on four sections in early March 2019. I've been through a C-section, a lap band and labiaplasty so I had a pretty good idea of what I was in for. Everything about this lipo felt very much like some back alley clinic and I'm not exaggerating. It was terrifying. I laid on the table crying the entire way through the procedure. Every fiber popping and all the pain was terrible. The doctor's bedside manner was just as bad.
But that's not the worst part... The recovery...dear God... I've never been through that much pain in my life. The sales lady said I'd be back to cooking that night... Let me tell you...it was a week before I could function at all, and much longer until I was even a quarter of my regular self. If you're a single parent of a small kid, please get someone to help who is prepared to stay for awhile.
My swelling got so bad that I couldn't even hold still without crying. When I went into the office the nurse immediately knew I was retaining way too much fluid and said it needed to be reduced via syringe. When the Dr came in, he said I have no fluid and basically made me feel crazy. I told him to check for fluid anyways and had to really press the issue. When he finally agreed and got the syringe in my stomach, he pulled off 400ml of fluid. Think a Gatorade bottle worth. Every two days for two weeks after that I had to go in and have that much fluid removed. When I asked him why this was happening he said they pulled out the maximum amount of fat without hospitalization... As in 1 cc of hospitalizing. The Dr then told me he's done over 1600 procedures but only 10 with the amount of fat they removed from me which is why I had so many issues. Had ANYONE told me this could be an issue or given me the chance to say take less fat I most certainly would have. Now it's 4 months later and I still have no feeling in my hip areas. One side of me has an extreme dent where he took too much.
Of course I am definitely flatter on my stomach but what I went thru to get here is something you see on TV shows.
The only great party about this sonobello was my nurse. She was awesome and seemed more intune then the Dr.
I hope this helps someone.

“I debated for quite a while whether to have any type of body contouring done after substantial weight loss. I searched around for what I wanted and needed for a few months. I decided to give Sono Bello a try after seeing TONS of before and after pictures. I thought that if they could do even half of what I was seeing in their results then I would be perfectly happy. Well let's just say my results are more like 100% BETTER than any pictures I saw. It is absolutely unbelievable what Dr. Case was able to do for me and my confidence. “Worst experience of my life. I showed up 30 minutes early to fill out paper work, when on 15 minutes was asked of me. I got that paperwork completed 10 minutes before my schedule apt. An hour and a half later I had still not been called and 5 people who checked in after me all were seen, 2 completed their apts whilst I was waiting. I came prepared to spend money today. To have this done for myself, and enjoy this process. Instead I left feeling racially discriminated against, with a clear view that they don’t respect appt times or calendars, and sure that this is 100% not the place for me. You all are garbage. I had my Trisculpt procedure done November 2018. I did my lower and upper abs, bra roll and love handles. It has been 3 months (I'm halfway to full recovery) and I have to say...I AM CRAZY HAPPY with my results so far! Even if my results don't get better than where i am right now, i will NOT be disappointed.
Prior to my consult with Sono Bello, i did a ton of research on TriSculpt, Lipo, Coolsculpting. I looked into just about every clinic in my area that offered these services.
You can look up reviews on Sono Bello and will find mixed reviews. One constant that kept coming up with Sono Bello is that women felt pressured at the consult. They just want your money, it's all about sales, they don't have your best interest. In my experience, I met with Liza. She impressed me right away with her knowledge of the procedure. She took her time to explain everything to me. She kept asking me if I had any questions. I never felt rushed or pressured at anytime. My husband went with me and she would ask him as well if he had any questions. Even my husband was impressed (and he wasn't crazy at the thought of me wanting it done). At the end of the consult I decided to schedule my procedure, my decision and not because I felt pressured in any way by Liza.
My next appointment was my pre-op with Dr. Bonillas. Once again, I was very impressed. He took his time explaining everything to me. He wasn't rushing through the appointment. He wanted to make sure any of my questions or concerns were addressed. My husband went to this appointment also and Dr. Bonillas even asked him if he had any questions. After leaving that appointment, I knew I made the right decision by choosing SB.
The procedure itself, I will be honest, was not what I expected. For me it was painful, long and cold. However, the nurses and Dr. were so kind and caring. They did their best to make sure I was as comfortable as I could be. I may have cried at one point. The recovery was also more painful and uncomfortable than I thought it would be. Lots of swelling and bruising. The recovery pain was longer than I thought it would be. For me it was about 5 weeks before it didn't hurt to touch my skin. This is just me though. I don't have a high tolerance for pain. But now, 3 months later, I don't even remember the pain and the results are worth every bit of it!
Bottom line is... I was very skeptical to go to Sono Bello because some of the reviews I read. I am so thrilled that I didn't pass this up. From my very first appointment to this last appointment I had at my 3 month, everyone there is awesome! The front desk, nurses, Dr, they are all so friendly and professional. I have not had one bad experience with them, in person or on the phone. I have zero regrets!
