“The only reason they got 4 stars is because the staff was excellent. Loved my doctor and the girls in the office. The abex they did on my stomach looks good. Unfortunately, for the $19k I paid, I still have bra rolls and my legs actually look worse than before. Now when I wear leggings you can see uneven bumps and bulges. I was told I needed to spend another $2500 per area for their Venus procedure. I'm sorry but for $19k I should be jumping for joy. I will post photos later.”

“I had my surgery this Thurs by Dr. Ashraf. She was amazing and I felt blessed to have her as my surgeon. She answered all my questions and gave me realistic expectations and honesty. She was also very warm and kind and has great bedside manner especially during surgery. I had 5 sections done at one time which is a lot but Dr. Ashraf works fast and makes you as comfortable as possible. During the more uncomfortable or sensitive areas nurse Kari was there comforting me and squeezing my hand which is exactly what I needed. Nurse Kari also has a really kind demeanor in general and I appreciate both Dr. Ashraf and nurse Kari very much. If I were to have another cosmetic procedure done I would 100% go to Dr. Ashraf and even travel if necessary to see her. Also wanted to thank nurse Julia for being amazing every step of the way from pre op appt, to perfectly putting in an IV before surgery and patiently answering all my questions post op… she is an integral part of the team that made this process smooth. It’s too soon post op to see full results and this requires patience but I do notice a difference and day 3 pain subsides dramatically. I’m excited for my post op this Thurs and to see the final results in 6 months. Having this procedure done has motivated me to calorie count again, eat clean, hydrate, and get on an excercise regiment as soon as I’m healed enough to do so. Thank you to the Sono Bello team for making the process seamless start to finish and for giving me the chance to have renewed confidence!”

“My experience with Sono Bello (Ontario, Ca) two months ago was a horror shit show! Actually, my problem is with Dr. G.....she was RUDE, ROUGH and MEAN to me during my procedure. She did not make me feel comfortable or safe, nor did she care about my wellbeing. She failed to administer the proper amount of numbing medicine for my body and I could feel every jab she did to my rib cage. When I told her that it hurts & I can feel it, she got mad and yelled at me to be quiet and to lay still. She sounded like a spoiled Diva, "I can't work in these conditions, if you don't lay still, I will cancel & you will be crooked! My body would flinch each time she jabbed that tool in my side. In the end, she did not complete what I pre-paid for and kept that fact a secret from me. My body is crooked and I feel like I got butchered. Dr. G's behavior was unprofessional, and I would NEVER EVER recommend her for any kind of procedure!”

I needed to get the weight off my bad knees so I chose to be aggressive on my thighs, everyone from checking me in to wheeling me out to go home were amazing. I have to give a huge shout out to Dr. Ashraf, she is absolutely amazing! I’m on my first day after my procedure and although being a little sore I am up walking with no pain. I can’t believe I’m sitting here and walking around pain free! I highly recommend that if you’re wanting to change something that you think of Sonobello first. “My experience was a few years ago, the staff was incredibly nice. I had several areas done but my main areas were my upper and lower stomach. When I was having the procedure done they spent 80 of my time doing my back area not my abdomen. Then I was given the wrong garment 3 times. I spent 10k and the only thing that looked good was my back. I asked about my stomach area going down but was always told it was swelling. The state only allows a certain amount of fat to be removed so if you have several areas only do a little at a time because you might not get what you want.”

“I gave 3 stars because I feel like sono bello is just out for the money, I had my consultation with Sierra, and just like others said, "she jumped right into the money" another reason why I gave 3 star's is because for the price of my procedure I didn't get what I signed up for, I didn't find out until the day of my procedure that I was only getting my lower abs done! I was so upset because when I had my consultation with "Sierra" I expressed to her that my abs was my main concern, so she pinched my whole stomach and told me how much fat could be potentially taken out because of the muscle in my stomach. I was so upset because I knew that if I decided to cancel right then and there that I would lose a portion of my money that I had paid, so no! I wouldn't recommend sono bello to anyone! Because now I'm walking around with my lower abs done and my upper abs are still the same, "what a waste"...SIERRA is not there anymore, but she quoted me for something that I did not get!...”

“The people were nice here BUT I highly regret getting my procedure done. After the procedure there's lumps you have to massage. I did it as instructed. Ate well. Worked out. Still was the same size AND almost a year later still have the weird lumps on my lower stomach. I saw 0 results and now I feel disfigured and wasted my money and put myself through a traumatizing painful experience. it definitely wasn't worth any of it. And they had to reschedule me 2 or 3 times which was very inconvenient since I worked and I was wanting this done before my wedding. I even asked if there would be enough time in between the procedure and my wedding. I was told "oh yeah definitely" didn't lose an inch or a pound at all. Just gained new hard lumps on my lower belly that I never wanted. Now stuck making payments every month now for gosh knows how long for 0 results and torture and disfigurement. Just don't go here.”

“At 59 years old I started my journey on losing weight in January weighing 242 lbs by May I had lost 30 lbs and I started looking into tummy tucks. I visited four different places and received quotes at the four places. Three of the Dr’s gave me quotes for full tummy tucks as I went to my second round of consultations in July and losing 45 lbs I realized that Sono Bello did not do tummy tucks and was a little disappointed but after Miranda explained it to me that Sono Bello does not do invasive surgeries I understood

My appointment was planned at 11:15 am per the instructions I arrive at 11 am to complete paperwork. 11:45 rolls around and I ask for an update, at that time they inform me that the person I'm scheduled to meet for the consultation wouldn't be there for another 45 minutes. That's 1 and hour and 15 minutes late and totally unacceptable.

This was my 2nd time coming in for a consultation and once I sat down with Miranda, I remembered why I had chose not to proceed with Sono Bello. Miranda had the same withdrawn demeanor as before. She is very vague and dismissive. It was hard to get her to provide any information on the actual procedure. I had to keep probing her to get her to explain the procedure to me and even then, her answers were short and condescending. I walked in, she finds out the problem areas, and then she jumps into pricing. It seems like she wants you to make a purchase, without telling you anything about you’re spending your money on. Maybe she assumed I knew what the procedure was because I had been there before but I didn’t. I felt that my questions should’ve been answered, not dismissed.”

The surgical consultant that was assigned to me was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I felt that she wanted to make sure my expectations were realistic. “From beginning to end the staff at Sono Bello Ontario Branch were amazing! All my questions were answered and I would get a check up email or call at least every other day before and after my procedure. I was super nervous but the doctor and nurse were very caring and made me feel comfortable. The recovery wasn’t that bad just make sure you do what they tell you and take the meds as directed and you will be fine. I’m on day 3 of recovery and the results are amazing! I am walking around fine just a bit sore but that’s expected. Can’t wait until the swelling goes completely down. Thank you Sono Bello!”

“First off I would like to thank everyone who helped me through this life changing experience I have wanted to-do for so long but did not think it would be possible. I would like to first thank the young lady who did my consultation and worked with me to be able to afford my treatment after i was not able to get every area I wanted done.
She worked with her boss to knock off some monies and get me approved for the main areas I wanted to get worked on.
Thank You. Next, I would like to Thank the NA who did my measurements and gave me expectations of what to expect during my day of surgery. She was very friendly and made me feel at ease and relaxed because i was very nervous and scared.
Last but not least, I would like to thank my nurse who was there with me before, during and after my procedure. She really made me at ease with the explanation of what was going to happen before during and after my procedure and she was there with me the whole time. That made me feel at ease and less scared. She explained to my son on what to do for caring for me once i reached home which was very appreciated.
My biggest thanks goes out to Dr. Chung who performed my procedure. Was there at my consultation, before and during my procedure. Explained to me in definite detail what would be happening before and during my procedure. His warm hands helped also(👍😉) because i was really cold. Thank you Dr. Chung and team.”
