“I'm sure they do a good job , but I'm not going to use them if I ever save up the money . I had 1 visit the consultation (suppose to be free) she asked if I wanted to put money down to reserve a day . I put 500$ which I am pretty sure she informed me i would get it back if I canceled in time . I canceled next day than called the next day n guess what no refund on the money . So after just 2 days of making the appointment I lost my money. Kind of bull , but live and learn and Dont trust ppl n your money”

“First off the staff are really lovely and friendly and very helpful and do everything to make the process and visits as graceful as possible. I really enjoyed my Venus Treatments. They were the best. I AM really thankful for the other staff that were there to support me before, during and after the surgery. I still want to recommend people come here just don't get the same Dr I had.

It's the Doctor that ruined my experience when he basically told me at the start that I was going to have not so desired results after the procedure and this made me decide not to go through with it.

When I did changed my mind and decided to go ahead with the procedure after talking to a staff member, unfortunately I didnt't change Doctors and that was where I messed up.

The healing process went well and as promised, however, I was appalled by the ugly scar that developed from the incision on the left side of my belly. The right is just a fine line but has what my friend called "oreja de perro" - "dog ear" at the end of the insicision. When you stretch the skin it looks like a small hole, big enough to fit the head of a Q-tip.

I was told to wait til 6 months and the Dr will examine and make any necessary adjustments. When that time came, he said there was nothing wrong with the incision site and no touch ups needed. So he ended up being right about the not so desired results.”

“I ended up paying more after I signed the agreement. Because the surgeon added more areas to get the desired result which as not discussed on the first assessment. On the day of the surgery , the surgeon told me the AbEx will be done at a later time. When in fact , couple days before that, during the preop he said he will do the AbEx instead of just the Trisculpt. In the middle of the procedure, I asked for more pain medication. The nurse just told me they don't give IV pain meds. The surgeon heard me but still continued to do the liposuction even when I was already in tears.”

So I decided not to get the bra fat I want my 3000 Dollars refunded and they will not call back and they play games on the phone. Plus the doc never called in my script and when I told them they said he was in surgery and would call it in as soon as he was done but I'm the mean time the numb meds had worn off and I was in in so much pain on the floor in tears waiting for the doctor to call in my pain meds. BEWARE AND STAY AWAY FROM SONOBELLO Greenwood village‼️‼️ I have been calling for 4 days and still have not got a call back. But when they are trying to get your money they calling and answering on the 1st damn ring. They try to get you to get stuff you don't need, like she told me I needed a tummy tuck and I'm like I really don't want get cut on and my tummy looks fine without it and I'm still healing. Just be careful before you start signing papers, they are professional sales people and haggle you like your buying a car!!! Do you research FIRST!! I wish I had!!”

“Run… stay away from this place. I went for my follow up. Expressed concerns regarding indentions in my stomach from the lip they did. The nurse told me give it time. She literally said it can take up to a year and a half to be fully healed and see a final result. I did that. I gave it time. I wore my faja, lip board, and foam. Did ALL the things they said do this long… now I’ve moved and my result is terrible. I don’t live close enough to go in person. I’ve already postponed my wedding once due to being able to see this unappealing result through my wedding dress. Now they won’t help me. Even though I did exactly what I was told. I live hours away from a location now and they refuse to help me. Keep your money. Save it for a business that values their patient”

“My name is Jacqueline Sullivan so you can look up my file .I had a consultation on Friday 4/26 with Elisabeth and I thought it had went great went thru the consultation went over my meds she knew I was on methadone she knew I was in an addiction treatment program as I told her and she congratulated me for being clean so long anyway she created my plane and because I went on straight forward she said she was going to put my deposit on carecredit and she scheduled my surgery and everything . Told me my pre op was Tuesday 4/30 at 930am . She gave a paper to be filled out that had nothing to do with me it was for a pain clinic and so because of all that mix up I called them Monday 4/29 I know 5 times that morning asking for Elisabeth so we could figure out the next step she failed to call me back so I called again in the afternoon and the receptionist again said she would give her the message and at this time it was 330/4pm and the addiction treatment center closes at 11am and my primary care closes at 5 so I asked to figure it out before the last doctor closed as the other one opened at 5am as I could get something done before 930am anyway she said she would call me right back she called me back at 630 pm on a Monday evening when everything is closed and proceeded to tell me that because of the situation with paper that they wouldn’t be able to proceed with the surgery then when I question going back to the treatment center again at 5am the next morning to tell them I needed them to fill out that paper then she proceeded to tell me that the doctor doesn’t want to work on patients on methadone even though at consultation I was told there was a specific doctor who worked on patients on methadone and when I questioned that it was the fact they don’t accept patients in addiction treatment programs when on there website where it list the conditions for a NON candidate it didn’t mention anything about anyone in addiction/addiction treatment. I have already contacted my lawyer as that is discrimination. I will also be contacted action 9 because I found out later that day they worry so much about methadone because they give you a hand full of pills (twilight anesthesia) and hope for the best also found out they are not board certified and the results are not as they tell you there going to be . They get women’s hopes up and then take them away like it meant nothing even the ones paying thousands in deposit when they can cancel for no reason . Very unsatisfactory go check the better business bureau website at all their complaints of women who’s bodies they messed up . Sonobello needs to be out of business and shut down as it is not a real plastic surgeon.”

Very unsatisfactory go check the better business bureau website at all their complaints of women who’s bodies they messed up . Sonobello needs to be out of business and shut down as it is not a real plastic surgeon.”

“Honestly I had an attitude when I first came in for my initial consultation. I was just gathering information that was all. Then out comes Jessica. My first thoughts, I embarrassed to say was one of judgement. She was beautiful and dressed to the nines. I thought here we go, she is going to tell me if I just do this procedure I will be able to look like her. My attitude continued until I sat down with this ANGEL of a woman. I'm 66 years old. I have been carrying around this skin from my C sections for 30 years. She didn't say oh this will give you more confidence. She didn't say this will make you beautiful. She said, we can help you so you will be more comfortable. I did not expect this at all. She was real, empathetic and kind. I don't want or need a bikini body. I just want to be more comfortable living my very active life . Traveling, skiing. Swimming, hiking and working two jobs. I signed nothing. I told her I needed to talk with my primary care doctor and I would get back to her. She said that is a great idea. There was absolutely no sales pitch pressure. I wouldn't have done it if there was. I talked with my personal doctor who told me this would change my life. That is what I needed to hear. I called Jessica and said let's do it! She was so genuinely excited for me. I DID IT. I'm a week out now from my procedure. Not going to lie it was an INTENSE procedure. The recovery has been rough. But things are feeling better. Everyone in this office from the front desk to all of the medical personnel have been so positive, real and caring. This is a big decision, one that has been in the making for 30 years. My second surgeon Dr Wise was amazing and he is the one who pointed out the unevenness but unfortunately said he could not fix it due to the fact there was not enough to work with due to the previous surgeon’s aggressiveness. I am currently seeking legal counsel regarding this and spoke to this at my 6 month follow up in which I was told I would be receiving a call from the director. That was 3 weeks ago, still no call!”

I had my surgery and he followed up with my caregiver (my husband) and explained what to expect in the healing process and how to go about taking care of myself. I will see him again post-surgery to gauge how I’m doing.

“Since going to Sono Bello Scottsdale to do my Venus Sculpting with Liza; I have seen a small difference in my stomach area. Liza is super cool and down to earth. I would definitely recommend her for a 5-Star treatment.

However, I did get upper/ lower abdomen & back liposuction in March 2023. My back is still fat and I have a lump above my belly button. I was not happy with the lump and was told the surgeon could fix it. Instead of fixing it he stated “it’s scar tissue; so he can’t do anything about it”. As I know that to be false due to going to other consultations. I will not spend money to get another surgery from Sono Bello Scottsdale but I do enjoy my Venus Sculpting with Liza.

I have noticed with working out, eating better, drinking more water, and getting my Venus Sculpting (for the past 2 weeks); I do see a small change in the lump over my belly area.”

“I have struggled my entire life with my weight and got pretty heavy in College, mostly from stress. Lost quite a bit of weight and had an unsightly skin flap on my abdomen. It was like an alien being wrapped around my waist. It would get moist underneath, itchy, downright annoying. For years, I'd stand in front of the mirror and wish that somewhat flat flab roll could be just cut off. But regular folks like me don't get cosmetic surgery. As I got older and had a better appreciation of who I was, what I had accomplished in my life, I felt I deserved to stop hiding this foreign body. I considered going to Mexico to save money, but thought I'd wind up on Botched. I happened to see a Sonobello commercial when I was on a girl's weekend. The ladies on the commercial had similar love handles and excess skin and the transformations were amazing! I never spend money on myself. I color my own hair, do my own acrylic nails, etc. Decided removal of this annoying flab roll was the greatest gift I could give to myself. My initial appointment was very informative, so I took the plunge. I have NEVER met a finer prep nurse than Erika, she explored my normally difficult to find veins to make sure the anesthesia would be delivered to keep me comfortable. She REALLY aided me thru the surgery both mentally & physically - a true professional! Dr Park made me feel at ease and his attention to detail was exemplary. I'm in day 3 post op, have only taken one painkiller. I've been on every diet on the planet and at age 65, diets were never going to take my love handles away. Now I've got a few million less fat cells in my body and look forward to seeing my abdominal without the resident alien. Thank you Sonobello for making a dream come true!”

“I had a tummy tuck for a guy. I have been battling weigh all my life. I used to be 345lbs and now I am down to 210lbs (with a lot of muscle). My problem was having the skin on my belly of a 345lb man. The Dr. S. and the whole team at sonobello made me feel right at ease and answered all my questions and concerns. I remember nothing of the surgery except for seeing the amount of skin removed and the fat that was sucked out to correct my shape. I am in almost no pain after surgery, basically after the weekend I was totally fine. I got to see the before pictures and my 1 month postop pictures and I am amazed! “I am so thankful for the team at Sono Bello Milwaukee in the Brookfield office. From the beginning consultation with Jessica all the way through my first procedure. Dr. Martin and Sharimah were so down to earth and personable. We laughed and chatted during the process and they are just real people which these days is a rarity. I would go out and have lunch or coffee with them anytime. As for the medical treatment, Dr. Martin is truly an artist at her craft. She looked at my body and saw where to make the changes and what that would look like in the future. Sharimah talked me through each part of the process and never left my side. “Let me start with the staff is friendly and it is a new facility. I was very excited to have a Sonobello here. I didn't want to travel outside the city for a procedure. My recovery was relatively easy..I was up moving in 2-3 days. Back to work in 4-5 days. That part is very alluring to all busy working moms who can not take off weeks at a time for surgery, plus finding someone to take care of you while your down. The Abex was great and worth the $$$. That specific area looks great. He did wonderful with that area.
Now here is my issue with their business practices. Be prepared to not speak directly to the Dr until pre-op, AFTER you schedule your surgery date, and have paid for your package/procedure.
I scheduled pre-op and met with the Dr, then he adds 2 more areas that should have been better explained to me during my consult. My consultation was not a very thorough examination or assessment. Personally I felt it was a bait and switch tactic. So you could commit, sign the dotted line, and now you need more funds to get more additional areas the Dr recommended.
Now, what if I wasn't able to afford any additional areas, and only budgeted for what was presented to me during my consultation? Luckily, I was able to, but what if?? That seemed like unethical practices to me. You should be able to speak with a Dr, NP, RN, or someone with clinical experience before you decide to spend $10-16k.
Second, I thought I was going to have everything done in 1 procedure, for them to tell me I needed to schedule my second stage. Which I wasn't prepared for, and I'm having to schedule more time off from work, child care, etc etc.
Third, if you do not go to your follow ups, that may affect getting a revision...
So make sure you go to your follow ups!!!
Fourth, after 6 months, I still have skin or a stubborn fat pocket that was an area of concern from day 1 after my procedure. I thought it would shrink over time, but it is still there. Even after several flimsy garments they provide, which give no contouring what so ever. You will have to be proactive and find your own shapewear to get the desired results you want. Also, I was advised with the nurse (since I haven't seen the dr) during my follow up, that the Dr will not be able to revise that area because it is loose skin. WTH!? And again, I still haven't seen or spoken to the Dr after ANY of my follow ups to see if there is any modifications or solutions that he can do. I will have to schedule my pre-op for the second stage in order to speak with him...Which I am STRONGLY reconsidering NOT getting my second stage, and canceling all together..
Overall! my results are OK..I love not have a fupa, and a flat pubic area, the fact of being able to go back to work quicker than traditional surgery is a huge plus, also being able to move after 2-3 days is another benefit. There are pros and cons with sonobello. I wish I truly loved my results, but I'm left feeling MEH! 😞”

“After having a procedure done in October I decided to wait and see how everything unfolded. I'm glad I did. Dr. CV is incredible, and his bedside manner is professional. He checked on me once I was home.
Alysha, West, Tierra, the Venus treatments young lady (sorry I forgot her name), and Cammie were more than I could have imagined. I thank them for their honesty, sincere concern, willingness to help by going above and beyond, and their advice. If I could, I'd adopt West and take him home. He is so genuine.
When I ran into issues regarding outcomes and missing items, Alysha put me in contact with Natalie. During our first conversation she was highly professional and more than willing to help resolve any and every problem. She even scheduled my next appointment that would include meeting with her and having a doctor comment on my concerns. Going further, she stated that if she was busy to let the front desk know that she is to be interrupted for my visit.
Well...
She was totally unavailable during the entire time I was there. Even the Venus treatment lady attempted to reach her during this last leg of my visit, to no avail. I informed all that, per Natalie, I was to see a doctor. This too was a bust because the doctor was no longer there.
Additionally, the nurse who did what was to be my final evaluation was less than any of the other nurses, at previous appointments. She didn't inform me of my status as it related to expected outcomes. AND! When it came to getting another "onesie", aka compression garment, they were completely out. She had the nerve to suggest buying a waist trainer. No. Again, I spent thousands at this establishment; this is included as it should be.
Here is where Tierra came into play. She ordered one and had it expedited to my home address. Great professionalism!
Back to Natalie...
With all that had failed, I reached out to Alysha again, expressing my disdain. Another appointment was scheduled for Natalie and a doctor.
On the morning of this scheduled appointment, Natalie called to cancel. She referred to a meeting that she had to attend. I only hope that it was a meeting focused on teaching her better office management skills. During this conversation, she came across as agitated and short. Heck, I'm the one out thousands of dollars and SHE'S upset? Ok.
After finally getting her to grasp that I was at the gym and unable to meet with her at an earlier time AND that being on the floor did not allow for me to have my schedule at hand, I advised that I would call back to schedule.
Oh! I mentioned the ordeal with the onesie, and Natalie tried to berate me for not calling the office in a timely manner, which I had. Over the course of 3 months, I continually reached out to Sono Bello regarding the missing garment.
Btw, today I received my 2nd garment. Hence, I have been wearing my first garment for 6 months. Daily washing has taken its toll on it. Thank God for the new one. (thank you West!)
While speaking to Natalie this last time, she told me that during our pending appointment, the doctor would NOT be present; this contradicts what she’d formerly advised. Now, as she explained, pictures will be taken, and my concerns documented. From there, it will be another 3 months before I am to be seen by the doctor. He will review the 6 months+ pictures and make medical judgements at that time.
With the love, care and concern I had received initially and continue to receive from those mentioned earlier, I've suggested this office to friends. Two of which are business owners and looking forward to having work done here. Now that would be a big, fat NO.
I would not put my enemies through this headache and lack of professional attention exhibited by Natalie. It's a shame that one person can darken a bright light, but she has done just that.
I too was strongly considering touch-up work, but for that, I couldn't even get a consultation. Looks like it was not in the cards for this place.”
