“So disappointed in the cuatomer service they are all smiles and courtesy when you go for a consultation but after nobody cares if you are in pain or have concerns
I had to call more than 3 times because i had an infected wound and when finally the nurse saw me she only taped it and told me to keep like that
It made it worse and left me with a big hole that when the doctor finally got to check was taken care off
After that they were supposed to give me the venus legacy but after all the time knowing i had a cancer history they decided that I would not qualify fir the treatment and gave me 200 dollars refund
Shouldn’t that have been addressed before when i was signing
Now after 6 months my belly botton is closed and they said only appointment with a nurse practicioner so im pretty sure the response will be that i need to pay again for it to be reconstructed
When i told the front desk person i rather see the doctor because of my bad experience with the nurse she became very rude and nasty
When they should treat us with courtesy and respect
We trusted them with out life and bodies we pay a lot of money since is not a cheap place at least listen to out concerns and understand our questions and doubts
Im not happy at all i regret going there is not worth the money after all u need someone that can check all the process and make sure is dine correctly”

“Rude receptionist at consultation. There are people of all calibers going to get consultations. I don't need some secretary treating me like I'm a piece of trash because they were behind. I was on time to my appointment and a consultant came out to say that it was only one consultant but booked for 2, and she apologized but it would be a long wait. She asked the receptionist to give out starbucks cards. I nicely asked the receptionist how many people were in front of me, and she said there were 5 people in front of me. I had a previous engagement at 2pm. I initially sat back down and thought about the time, then informed her i was going to leave. She had an 'whatever' attitude from the beginning. I left then thought about it and return to ask about the Starbucks card since wasted my time and gas when I drove from another city. She said she would but I didn't really wait long, so no. But the one consultant had already came out stating that they were really behind, and she herself had already told me herself it was 5 people in front of me.
So the amount of time I actually spent in the office should not have mattered because I had an appointment time, which they could not fulfill at that time or nowhere even near that time. She acted like the Starbucks card came out of her money. Personally, as a consultant in my field, my time is my money. And my time and money was wasted on a Saturday. If they were behind, they should have called their clients ahead of time, to state that so we can make up our mind before driving all the way there, just to find out and deal with someone with a piss, poor attitude.

As someone who already had work done a few times I am a serious client, and I'm pretty sure if the metrics were pulled a high percentage of people who have consultations, don't come back. I was very excited to get the cost and proceed. With that, being said, the person client facing should be friendly and not reflect poorly on the company they represent.”

“1. The consultation was with a patient care employee instead of the surgeon who overpromised what the surgeon underdelivered.
2. I had the same surgery performed three times only for me to have a double chin and my face to end up lopsided.
3. The first surgery didn’t have significant results as one would expect after enduring that much pain and paying that much money.
4. I had to wait six months to get approved for a satisfaction guarantee revision surgery that caused nerve damage and left half of my mouth droopy for at least a week and slowly started to get better after a month thanks to outside treatment. SonoBello did not call me back with any solutions when I immediately alerted them about the situation.
5. After practically begging and waiting another six months, they performed a third surgery to try and even out my face (which I had to pay the surgery fee for again) that still left my face asymmetrical.
6. After begging management to call me back, they never did. But one of their Venus technicians said they would give me two skin tightening laser treatments for free. Which is a joke since two treatments is not going to make my face symmetrical again.
7. Their scheduling is very unreliable. 90% of my appointments got rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts on their end.
8. Their managers are always “in a meeting” and never call you back.
9. The only positive thing about my experience is that their nurses and the Venus technician are extremely nice people.

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with one of SonoBello‘s patient experience directors to discuss all of my concerns and brainstorm acceptable solutions. They were extremely supportive and I truly appreciate their efforts to make things right.”

“I had my first consultation 7 months ago. I wrote a 5 star review. I saved the money and went back to Tiffany. I was disappointed that the cost went up because I worked hard to lose weight and drop my BMI so it would be cheaper but nonetheless I decided to move forward with breast augmentation before lipo. My husband also had a consultation to do lipo and skin tightening surgery. I had my surgicslvconsultation with Dr. Schaner. My husband and I did NOT like this surgeon. I am a Doctor of Pharmacy and no slouch to the medical field. He was very callous. In my consult with Tiffany none if us even thought I needed a lift. Dr. Schaner recommended a lift. I told him I didn't want a lift. I was pleased with the AI model Tiffany showed me with just implants. I have large ariolas and I don't want to cut them which would be required for a lift. Dr. Schaner said the AI model was inaccurate and that it wouldn't look right unless I got a lift. He manipulated one boob and my nipple was hard which caused my ariola to change size. The other side the nipple was not hard and the ariola was it's normal size. He took his surgical measurements. My husband even mentioned it out loud to Dr. Schaner and he didn't bother to re-measure. These are the preliminary surgical measurements. Pretty sure it needs to be precise. Dr. Schaner then indicated that my nipple should be much higher and he pointed in the middle of my chest. My husband is a man's, man and he knows what a great set of boobs should look like so we starkly disagreed with Dr. Schaner. I dont want fake looking boobs. I just want my boob but slightly bigger. He actually hurt my feelings because Tiffany didn't think I needed a lift either. I have always been confident and have received many compliments the way they are so I left my consultation feeling really self conscious as if something was wrong with me anatomically. It's my woman parts and I am just a bit sensitive about it. I didn't want a male Doctor anyway. He didn't even fill out all the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I signed blank consent forms because he left the room to soon. Horrible experience. I have chosen not to do surgery. I was offered a consultation with another surgeon but in my opinion if they hired Dr. Schaner whom I consider to be incompetent to practice then I don't care who the other surgeon is. There is no way I am trusting this company with my body if they can't even get preliminary measurements right. The whole consultation was disorganized and awkward. I drove 3 hours round trip. Wholly disappointed. Surely there are better surgeons. I will re-visit this again at a future date after I have thoroughly researched every surgeon in the state. I was kind-of just trusting the process. I am a Doctor. From one Doctor to another you have an immediate trust because you understand each other and possess a similar core knowledge. I was out on this guy. No go for me. I love my body. I just wanted to make some enhancements to an already beautiful body. My husband and I felt like Dr. Schaner was just pressing for the upsell to male more money on the surgery. I worked hard to save money to pay cash. He stated he would not do the surgery unless I did à lift. My thing is why are they using AI if it's not accurate? Tiffany thought their AI was a very effective resource and pretty accurate. Obviously it's not going to be exact. Who is telling the truth? Is the AI a good representation of post surgical results or not? I will put it to you this way, they could send me a coupon for a free breast augmentation and I 100% would not use it. I love myself. I have a complex now. I want bigger boobs but scared of the surgery now. Yikes”

“Awful experience. I was awake and not loopy for my procedure. I voiced my concerns about feeling every stick and movement, my nurse missed my iv serval times and they don’t even offer iv pain medications. I am a registered nurse in an er and we do an array of procedures in Ed and make sure our patients are as comfortable as they can be. Pain is considered a vital sign. I was 10/10 pain the entire time with tachycardia and rapid breathing due to pain and nothing was given to manage that. I asked for more pain meds post procedure and was told no . I left in tears and dressed myself and walked my self . I did not even need a driver. I would not recommend this place or procedure . I will be canceling my skin removal and additional services. I recently had laser on my face and was given more meds to be comfortable. After spending over $13,000 this was not worth the experience you endure. Ladies take your hard earned money and go to a place that can offer real pain management. My doctor left the building before I could get dressed and out the door totally unacceptable . As a health care provider our job is to manage our patients comfortably and at least see them before you run out the office. Additionally I am one day post op paid for upper abdomen area and it was not done only my lower abdomen. Called the center no one in office so after all I endured they didn’t even do an area I paid for !”

If possible, could pillows or some support be added underneath the arms when they have to be held over the head or to the sides during the procedure? That little support would've helped a lot. Just a suggestion. Diana & other nurses also were exceptional speaking with me over the phone after I left. I hope I'm not forgetting anyone. Every one of you were ALL fantastic!

I needed simple FMLA paperwork to provide my employer for a 30 day plus absence due to the surgery. Unfortunately, they refused to fill out the necessary paperwork. This is extremely unprofessional, as I was simply asking for the same level of support I would expect from medical professionals, this is a basic courtesy. If you need any kind of documentation or paperwork I would suggest going elsewhere. I have been left in a difficult position with my employer. Very disapointing.”

Update-3weeks post-op and prepping for my legs/thunder thighs😎. Abs are FLAT. Jeans are falling off me, lost 10 pounds(not kidding) but I’ll add that I started Lumen 3weeks prior to surgery. It is still tight feeling so I’m not going to do any crazy ab workouts or yoga but walking. BEST investment I’ve ever done for myself.

Ok- round 2-legs. Nearing 1 week post op and same great experience. Still walking around like a baby deer but it gets better everyday and I’m at max swelling right now. Definitely saw results right away before swelling set in but even at full swell - (seriously have no knees right now) my jeans I haven’t tried to wear in a year comfortably fit loosely today. Work would’ve been tough at 3 days even a desk job if you don’t want people knowing. I think legs hurt more due to having to walk, but it’s easier less painful in general getting up and down than abs. Don’t go into this thinking there will be no pain. Pain is managed effectively during and after the procedure but it is still a surgical procedure you need to heal from. But everyone is great- nurses to front desk and everywhere in between. I really appreciate the follow up call from Dr. V and the 5 day follow up from the nurse. Again feeling ZERO regrets.”

“I'll start with the positives. Everyone I encountered were fantastic. I had to break up my procedures into two sessions, which was fine. Everything was explained to me in detail. 5 stars for that. However, there was a break down in communication and the ball was dropped multiple times. My 1st post op appt was okay. It wasn't conducted my the doctor who did my 1st procedure. I felt he was reluctant to go all in because didn't do my 1st procedure. That's when I learned of the second part of my procedure. Second procedure completed. Time for my post op appt. The nurse came in a did the triage process. Never saw her again. I waited for 2hrs before another nurse came in to check on me. Apparently, she was not aware of that nurse leaving for day. Meanwhile, the doctor is performing procedure and see postoperative patients in between. Not a problem, I work in the medical field I understand how things work. I wasn't the only patient that day that was inconvenienced. It still took another 45mins before I was seen. Which took all of 10mins. The other issue. On my last post op visit. The nurse asked if I wanted pictures sent to my email. I said yes. Never got them. She also said she would contact the Huntsville office and have the staff contact me about my concerns. No one ever called. Towards the end things became really unprofessional. A lot of money was spent to not be happy and get the silent treatment.”

“So, I wanted to wait until everything was done from the initial evaluation until my last post op appt. The initial assessment went well. Very enthusiastic to answer all questions and help navigate through the process. It wasn't until after my 1st procedure I learned more that was never expressed to me in my 1st consultation. My 1st procedure was in February 2024. I learned that Nashville by law can only take out so much volume in one session. Which required me to schedule a second session. Not a problem. The 2nd half of my procedure was scheduled in March 2024 and everything went well. My concern began after my last post op. I wasn't happy with my results. And that's when the run around games began. I called the Nashville clinic to discuss possibly having the procedure done again. The staff told me they would send a message to the lady in Huntsville to schedule a follow up to discuss my concerns. Never heard from anyone. So I called the Huntsville office to get the ball rolling. I explained my concerns. But she seemed to be more concerned about her success rate. Stating she's never had anyone call to have a procedure done again. She wasn't rude by any means. However, I was given an excuse. She told me she would have to call the Nashville office to discuss with the staff OR availability or something to that effect. And she would call me back. My last post was in October. I called early November and it's now December 30th and I have not heard from anyone. I paid a lot of money only to be disregarded as if I no longer mattered. That really hurts me to my core.”

I contacted them through their internet portal on 12/27 at night. They wasted no time to call me. I got a call before I could finish typing my contact info. They quickly booked me for a consultation visit at their Roseland location which is a little over an hour drive from me. My appointment was at 11am and I got here a little before 11. The doors were locked and it's raining. I met a gentleman who apparently had the same appointment time as me. He had called and a young lady came and opened the doors. She lacked the slightest empathy. I wanted to conclude this was going to be bad but I try to give grace. Upon entering, she didn't care to ask who I was and if I needed help. She even went out of her way to help me with a future surgery that I wasn’t ready for in this one. I’m looking forward to my surgery and will definitely update my progress. I think, speaking with the coordinator is better than going through the front desk. Excited for my future.
UPDATE: I had my procedure and wish there instructions matched more than the booklet they gave me. I didn’t think I had to change my pads for my incision once I got home. I had a lot of drainage which was expected. Unfortunately my Incision are on my back, thank God I had my husband to help me change the pads cause I can’t reach my back. They didn’t supply me with enough pads either and I paid for a diamond package. I’m kinda clueless on what that entails. I had to wait an hour before being seen and then another hour to start the procedure. Once again timing. My appointment was at 12pm but procedure didn’t start till 2:01, I don’t think this is the norm as I had lots of surgeries in the past. An hour is normal but not 2. Then I had to wait another 30 minutes for a nurse (the only one in the office at that point) to remove my needle. Apparently she was with a future customer (I assume) and gave him a tour. I guess I hate waiting. Wish they had more people on staff and have days designated for surgeries and new patients consultation. They do everything on the same days and make people wait. Squeezing people in between, surgery, consultation and post ops.”

“I am very disappointed in this office. I am taking weight loss medication and was approved by my family doctor and approved by my cardiologist. Before this I was going through a weight loss program for surgery, to get the bypass surgery where it is a high-risk surgery because of the fact that I did have a heart attack and then open-heart surgery for a 5-bypass surgery. Which was severe but my doctors approved me for the weight loss surgery, but I chose to do the weight loss medication first. Now my heart surgery was in 2016, over 8 1/2 years ago, and this office denied me because of having the heart surgery. I am confused that I can get approved for a high-risk weight loss surgery, that is extremely invasive, but I am denied the sculpture/laser liposuction, which isn't as invasive as the surgery where they go in through the skin, fat, muscle and cut out more than half your stomach. I am not only confused but really disappointed that they didn't even just schedule me and talk to me, and possibly also talk to my cardiologist before denying me. I am hoping that I won't need any kind of laser or open surgery and can lose the weight I want and need to so my heart stays healthy and not have to go through that surgery ever again. “I had my Abex and liposuction completed by Dr. Bowker in July, and after 5 months, I'm so happy with the results. Sara, my OR nurse, explained everything and made me feel so comfortable. The only thing I would say should be done differently, and this is based on others that have had the procedure as well, is that they need to do a much better job explaining the recover process and that it entails. The recovery is a bit more difficult than what was explained, but it was well worth the results. Be prepared to do some sort of lymphatic massage after the surgery. You'll thank me later.”

“I had my procedure 13 months ago, and overall, I am grateful for the results. I definitely look smaller and feel more confident in my appearance. During my 3-month follow-up, I mentioned that part of my abdomen appeared uneven. The staff reassured me not to worry, explaining that my body wasn't symmetrical to begin with, which was one of the reasons I sought the surgery.

While I appreciate the progress I’ve made, I still notice a discrepancy in how both sides of my abdomen appear. To address this and to refine my results, I have sought a consultation at a different liposuction establishment for additional work on my abdomen and three other areas.
