“I had my lipo and abex 360 done in July 2023. The initial consultation was good. Daisy was great and very personable. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable on the day of my procedure. However, I felt like they forgot that I was in the pre-op room. My procedure was supposed to be at 10 AM. I'm pretty sure I wasn't seen until 2 or 3PM (there were no clocks on the wall and I didn't have my watch or phone), but it took a long time to begin the procedure. During the procedure, I could hear Dr. Mendoza talking about taking his wife somewhere for the weekend. (Note: Do not have a procedure done on a Friday). I felt that my procedure was rushed. Dr. Mendoza didn't even finish stitching me up, his nurse finished. I assume he left to go enjoy the weekend with his wife (he did call me a day or two later to check on me.).The nurse helped put on the compression garment and I put on the rest of my loose fitting clothes in the bathroom. I was then wheeled out to the waiting room to my boyfriend and then to the car (5PM). There was no post op consultation. Once I got home, I realized that I still had the IV in my arm and had to remove it myself. After the procedure, I had a question for Daisy. She never returned my calls or emails. Three weeks later, I finally got in touch with someone else to have my question answered. It's been 6 months since my procedure and I am not completely satisfied with my results. I've been told that I have 'loose" skin. I'm not sure how, because I wasn't that big in the midsection.”

“Absolute worse experience, from customer service to the procedure and doctor himself. I went in for lipo for some problem areas, while being assessed at initial visit the doctor recommmended I do a tummy tuck as well to get the best results possible. Him being the expert in this field I agreed and scheduled the procedure,paying cash. At the first post op appointment I expressed my concerns on how things were healing and how the results were not what I was expected nor were they what I was told they would be, the doctor said to wait the remaining months and I should see the outcome I was guaranteed. Unfortunately, after the 6months the results weren’t what they should have been and I went in to schedule a revision. I was told a revision wouldn’t be possible for me and therefore I had left a google review to inform future clients that sono bello does NOT honor their policy of guaranteed results or money back. I was then contacted by corporate stating they can schedule a revision for me but I would need to first take down the google review, which I did. Once the review was taken down and the revision was scheduled I went in for final assessment before procedure. I was then informed that the doctor will not do the work and I had to drop down to an unrealistic weight first without even taking my gown off to assess my BMI or body fat. I am an avid gym goer and weight lifter therefore the number on the scale is muscle and I don’t have any fat that I could drop without it being considered unhealthy. All in all I would highly recommend going elsewhere and avoid sono bello due to the fact they don’t honor their policies and customer satisfaction is false advertisement.
After going down the rabbit hole of reviews it seems this is a constant issue with Sono bello. Customer relations is poor and so is the results. Seems they do half of what they promise and take the money and run. With mine that is definitely the situation as when I went in for revision I only asked for the areas they missed to be done properly as I paid over 13k in cash. But corporate declined and as I said before I would have to drop weight although my body fat is only at 9.6%. When corporate reads this and wants to resolve the issue then you can issue a refund. This review I will not be removed as you made me do last time.”

“THE PHOTO IS MY STOMACH AFTER PAYING $6,000 FOR AN ABEX PROCEDURE TO REMOVE EXCESS SKIN. I am beyond unhappy with this company. From the beginning i've had nothing but problems. The first procedure I was in pain during the procedure which I did not know was not normal. Even though the doctor saw me squirm and saying I was in pain he just kept going without giving me any more numbing solution. When I went home and after the drugs had worn off, I was in some of the worst pain of my life. It was a struggle just to get up to use the bathroom. This pain was so severe I was traumatized and terrified to continue the other procedures. I decided to go ahead and give them another chance and continue the process as I was desperate to look better. I was supposed to have the abex procedure done with the first procedure, but for some reason he waited to do it till the second procedure. My stomach was still very hard from the first procedure. So once my stomach softened up I was left with all this loose saggy ugly skin after already having skin removed. Now I have to go and get cut into all over again and new scars because it wasn't done right the first time. I also had my back braw roll done and my dorsey pad and they both still look like nothing was ever done. The doctor told me there was really nothing more that they could do. They knew from the beginning that I was not going to receive any significant results from these procedures and instead of letting me know, they just took my money, did it anyway. Now when I am asking for a refund, they don't want to give me a refund even though they misled me from the beginning. They have a satisfaction guarantee, however there is no way possible for them to satisfy me and dont want to refund me. Manipulative, lying sales practices. I have to hand it to their sales staff. They are master manipulators. Overpriced (MASSIVELY), over promised and under delivered. I was charged 2k for an area that wasn’t even done - and was told the other area that is supposedly included with that was an entirely separate area. When I raised concerns post op, they had the audacity to say “oh maybe the doctor didn’t go as aggressively in that area.” That was the area of largest concern! It wasn’t touched. I was told any revision is included in the price and that’s why it’s so high. But when you fully miss an area! Now I will have to have a second procedure and have even more recovery time!!!! Furious doesn’t cover it. You won’t see a doctor at the follow ups, just the nurse. And you’ll need to ask a boatload of questions on information that should be in your post op packet.
They will tell you their procedure process results in less downtime. That’s not accurate at all.
Go see an actual plastic surgeon for good results at a fraction of the price. Leaving two stars only because I’m left a bit better than before but the results are anything but what was promised. I think I would be happier if they hadn’t missed an entire area.”

We tried calling the office again, no answer and then got routed to the corporate line. We are worried we need to go to the ER and no one at Sono Bello will talk to us! Also, we just found out from the corporate line that the office was supposed to give us our surgeon’s number but the office failed to do so.
I am likely calling our state representative to see which state office can help us get a refund and get their license revoked. Zero patient care post op”

“I am disappointed in the lack of this office in doing my refund. I decided after my initial procedure. Lack of compassion on the table during procedure as well. The nurse was stunned as the doctor told me to shut up or he would stop the procedure. I was then given a squeeze ball to help me get through the pain. I decided to get multiple lipo, but only one was done. I am still waiting for my money to be returned so I can go and get a tummy tuck instead. This place, I will say, is way overpriced, and if you finance, they just wait to pay back. I had my procedure in March 2023. I'm still waiting after I was denied a dispute with the credit card. I'm told I have to talk with them personally. I have called on many occasions just to hold for more than an hour, and no one takes my calls after I tell them why or who I am. Just pay what you owe with no fees for the order. It's not like you have to put it back on its shelf. I want to go somewhere else to get my tummy tuck and finish the lipo elsewhere!”

“The entire process was from start to finish was effortless. They give you all the information that you need and tell you exactly what to do. My procedure was done by Dr. Mendoza who was incredible! Very professional and his bedside manners were excellent. I did not feel any pain during the actual procedure. He called me a few days after the procedure to follow up and see how I was doing. My nurse Brittany was very nice and kept me calm. Brenda at the reception area was always very attentive and eager to help you upon arrival. Overall a great experience!”

“I am 64 and was very frustrated with my body so I tried the tri sculpt procedure for my abs and pubic areas. The doctor was very reassuring and the staff very helpful. The surgery went well and the first week I was quite sore but it has gotten better every week. I also got the Venus treatments and feel they make a big difference in smoothing the scar tissue. “I had been thinking about lipo for over 5 years (I'm 63) and finally decided to get it done because of the new Trip Sculpt process that didn't put me completely under during the process. I felt the consultation was though and answered my questions. The process was smooth and fairly quick. I had a couple of tickle spots by my ribs. The drugs worked great and I wasn't uncomfortable. I went home and slept almost 20 hours. I made sure to drink over a gallon of water a day, no caffeine or alcohol and really bumped up the protein. I felt lots of soreness in my ab area and tingling pains in my waist for the first week but it improved each day. I used arnecare for the swelling and bruises and they are improving. I do believe the final results will be what I was looking for. Ps, a big thanks to the staff and doctor who took care of me. I felt like they care about my comfort and wanted to give me the best care”

“I went for my consult a little over a month and had my 1 week post opt today. I decided to wait until I had my surgery to a review. I will be 100% honest, Daisy was my first patient consultant. She was a bit snotty. She spent more time talking about herself than actually answering my questions, which were then answered with sarcasm. The next day I called and expressed my concerns, I was transferred to Melissa who was very helpful, answered all my questions, and I then made my payment for my surgery. Sandy was my pre op nurse, she is such a sweetheart! 🥰 Made me comfortable and answered all my questions. The day of surgery Donna, Sharon, and Brittney were my nurses. They are all dolls 🥰They helped prepare me for surgery, taking final tests, administering meds, and monitoring throughout surgery. These ladies were amazing! Dr. Sieman completed my surgery, he was amazing as well but I think I want to acknowledge his staff because they play a big part as well. The nurses have excellent bedside manner, they are always happy, never seemed bothered, always making me laugh, attentive and patient. It was lovely seeing the nurses again today. You can tell they really do enjoy their jobs. I would like to acknowledge the front end staff as well. Charles and Brenda was extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of! I had a great experience and I’m glad I went to this Sonobello!”

“I paid $2,700 two and half years ago, and I only did it once. I went there recently, and they said there are 13 more. They called me today and said that because I need to use it up within a year, I need it Repurchase their treatment fee, the most ridiculous thing is that they still have new treatment fee, I asked why they didn't remind me that it was within the validity period? I have never received any calls to remind me that these medical institutions know how to collect money and then use contracts to restrict you. These contracts have always restricted patients or customers. This $2,300 keeps them running their clinics . Maybe they need money more than me.

I had a 10:30am consultation appointment, today, March 2nd. We arrived at about 10:20am, filled out my paperwork and waited. They took people that arrived after me and had appointments after mine. We left at 11:15am. If they could be so careless & uninterested in my appointment, how will they act when I'm locked in? This place is extremely unprofessional and ghetto. They were more worried about getting Chick Fil A then doing their jobs.”

“This was an amazing experience. Extremely happy with my results. The customer service reps were the absolute best. They cared to my every need and comfort during my waiting time during pre and post op. I adore them. Dr. Siemian and Dr. Dutton worked magic on me. They listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Believe me, I asked many. My major concern was scarring. They reassured me the best they could to the point that I felt comfortable going through with the abex. Nurse Amy was my surgical nurse. I am very disappointed with her for two reasons. After being discharged and brought to the car and surrendered to my driver, she cut and brushed off his questions and told him that all information was on the sheet/discharge instructions. She had no idea what the questions were and I feel that she should have answered or redirected him. I was out of it! The second issue was that I did not come home in the garment that I’d already been informed that I would have during preop the day before. I now have a blister and had excess pain that I possibly could have avoided. My major concern is scaring and the two piece was not the best option for me. Not sure if the breakdown, but I wasn’t amused. Back on the positive, DONNA was amazing. It seemed I had a trillion questions and she answered every one of them. She wasn’t angered, nor rushed in her processes. She helped me into the correct garments, made special care to not cause me pain when removing surgical strips, and she gave me options to messaging, and dietary options, travel care, and most importantly, how to keep my scar thin and smooth. She shared my excitement. Couldn’t ask for a better nurse.”

“4 stars for Melissa and how well she did in explaining the process. And what to expect. The cleanliness of the office and relaxed environment.
The guy who checked me in. Can use some training. He was not able to multi-task. He took like 3 new calls while telling me "I'll be right with you." I expected to be helped after waiting for him to complete the call he was on. But nope 4 calls later and I finally got the paperwork they tell you to come 15 minutes prior to complete. Well it took him 12 minutes to get me checked in.
The cost of the service is extremely expensive. I don't know what I expected to pay but $17k makes a girl rethink some things. I think with my personal goals/scenario the good outweighs the bad. But that price is probably my biggest hurdle. I hope I can get the procedure. This will make all the difference on wether I'll be mobile a while longer or in a wheelchair sooner than expected. God willing 🙏 I'll make what I need for this.”

“Paid 10k for lipo and skin removal (tummy tuck). I waited until well after 6 months to do this review. My results are uneven and my belly button is so bad, I still can’t show it off. The staff consists a lot of young (but good looking) inexperienced medical aides. No one could get my IV in on surgery day. So I had surgery without an IV. Dr. Mendoza was terrible to work with. Always rushing. Looks like my surgery was rushed for sure. I don’t think the pictures they showed during the consultation belonged to him. Afterwards, my follow up appointments kept getting cancelled/rescheduled by the staff. Please do your research better than me, and spend your time and money somewhere else.”

“Guys!! Don't come here for Gynecomastia surgery!! They do not remove the Gynecomastia, they just cut pieces of it off, something I was not aware of before hand!! Imagine saving for your whole adult life to be able to get the procedure and it's done terribly. I went in having Gynecomastia and I left still having Gynecomastia. I'm 6’ / 210lbs and I've been into fitness most my life, point is my case was not severe at all. When I asked why I still have Gynecomastia, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that's the best they can do. Satisfaction guaranteed is just a slogan for them. “I've had nothing but a bad experience with Sonobello in Orlando, FL.
They don't give you enough information from the beginning for patients to gain a better understanding of the procedure. My first surgery was performed by Dr Walter Siemian who did a awful job, At first he told me he could do everything in one procedure which wasn't true. I actually needed two procedures and the second surgery wasn't any better. I complained to Charles the office manager who referred me to Dr Da'yal, another doctor within the facility for a revision. Dr Da'yal did give me some results but not enough for the money I paid. I was told there was nothing else they could do by Dr Da'yal. I wrote a review on Google about my experience a week later Charles called me asking me to please remove the negative review from Google and advised that he would schedule me with Dr Mendoza who was one of their top best. I later saw Dr Mendoza who advised he could correct the problem which would require an actual tummy tuck but, it could be done only at his office in Tampa, FL. I've since left Charles messages as he was the one who recommended Dr. Mendoza. However, I have not heard back from Charles. This has prompted me to post another review and take further action.”

“I must say PLEASE PLEASE!!! don't waste your money with this facility. I've had 3 procedures done and I'm still not satisfied. I was told I need the liposuction with XL skin removal I had this done with Dr Siemian who did a awful job. I was later referred over to Dr Di'al who removed some fat but not enough. He advise on my 2nd visit with him for me to have a different procedure that would cost me more money. The manager Charles at Orlando office advise me that it's going to cost me between $4000 to $5000 for this other procedure to pull my skin up. They don't explain enough to patients it's all about making more and more money. I'm definitely thinking about filling Suite through Orange county Civil division. I believe if the judge see my before and after pics he/she will grant in my favor.”

“I waited a while to post this. I had my procedure a little over 6 months ago. Without going into long details I'll say this. There were parts where I could feel everything, I even told the doctor that but he could care less. I paid for the more expensive chest option because of the type of tissue and fat build-up I have. They only did the regular procedure. I was never offered a refund for the difference. Low and behold 6 months later I have the same issue with my chest because I fully believe they didn't do what they were supposed to do.
Moral of the story. I felt the procedure. The doctor didn't care. I never had a huge difference in appearance. They charged me for the more expensive chest procedure and only performed the basic. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will be pursuing them for at least the difference in chest procedures.”

“Due to unforseen circumstances, I found myself crying and now the heaviest I've ever been after having my procedure done 6 month ago. I assumed that I was totally out of luck and not eligible for the satisfaction guarantee but to my surprise, I was greeted by the office manager, multiple nurses and in hand they happily brought renewed hope to me and reassured me that I in fact am eligible for the satisfaction guarantee and I don't even have to lose the full amount of weight. “RNs were able to answer all questions thoroughly. RN assisting surgery was encouraging and calming. Front desk staff always upbeat, helpful and dressed professionally.
Only suggestion is for first time visitors to have better education and given handout on what to expect preop and postop. Some of the handouts given during the preop would have been nice to have at the consult for educational purpose so when preop came, patient more prepared. Consultant was professional, knowledgeable, and able to assist with a brief overview.”
