When I raised concerns post op, they had the audacity to say “oh maybe the doctor didn’t go as aggressively in that area.” That was the area of largest concern! It wasn’t touched. I was told any revision is included in the price and that’s why it’s so high. But when you fully miss an area! Now I will have to have a second procedure and have even more recovery time!!!! Furious doesn’t cover it. You won’t see a doctor at the follow ups, just the nurse. And you’ll need to ask a boatload of questions on information that should be in your post op packet.
They will tell you their procedure process results in less downtime. That’s not accurate at all.
Go see an actual plastic surgeon for good results at a fraction of the price. Leaving two stars only because I’m left a bit better than before but the results are anything but what was promised. I think I would be happier if they hadn’t missed an entire area.”

“My wife had a procedure done there on 10/5. We have had multiple concerns post operation and it feels like Sono Bello took our money and ran. The office is very hard to get a hold of ,when we do get a hold of the office, it takes 3-4 times to have a nurse or doctor follow up. We had new symptoms today, tried calling the office, 3 attempts to get through, the front desk went to put us on hold but failed and instead we could hear the rep but she couldn’t hear us, hung up and never called back. We tried calling the office again, no answer and then got routed to the corporate line. We are worried we need to go to the ER and no one at Sono Bello will talk to us! Also, we just found out from the corporate line that the office was supposed to give us our surgeon’s number but the office failed to do so.

I am likely calling our state representative to see which state office can help us get a refund and get their license revoked. Zero patient care post op”

I would not recommend anybody go to this location. Please be aware of the pipe dreams they are selling. The front desk staff a great but once your in the back everything changes.”

“I am disappointed in the lack of this office in doing my refund. I decided after my initial procedure. Lack of compassion on the table during procedure as well. The nurse was stunned as the doctor told me to shut up or he would stop the procedure. I was then given a squeeze ball to help me get through the pain. I decided to get multiple lipo, but only one was done. I am still waiting for my money to be returned so I can go and get a tummy tuck instead. This place, I will say, is way overpriced, and if you finance, they just wait to pay back. I had my procedure in March 2023. I'm still waiting after I was denied a dispute with the credit card. I'm told I have to talk with them personally. I have called on many occasions just to hold for more than an hour, and no one takes my calls after I tell them why or who I am. Just pay what you owe with no fees for the order. It's not like you have to put it back on its shelf. I want to go somewhere else to get my tummy tuck and finish the lipo elsewhere!”

“I had been thinking about lipo for over 5 years (I'm 63) and finally decided to get it done because of the new Trip Sculpt process that didn't put me completely under during the process. I felt the consultation was though and answered my questions. The process was smooth and fairly quick. I had a couple of tickle spots by my ribs. The drugs worked great and I wasn't uncomfortable. I went home and slept almost 20 hours. I made sure to drink over a gallon of water a day, no caffeine or alcohol and really bumped up the protein. I felt lots of soreness in my ab area and tingling pains in my waist for the first week but it improved each day. I used arnecare for the swelling and bruises and they are improving. I do believe the final results will be what I was looking for. Ps, a big thanks to the staff and doctor who took care of me. I felt like they care about my comfort and wanted to give me the best care”

“I went for my consult a little over a month and had my 1 week post opt today. I decided to wait until I had my surgery to a review. I will be 100% honest, Daisy was my first patient consultant. She was a bit snotty. She spent more time talking about herself than actually answering my questions, which were then answered with sarcasm. The next day I called and expressed my concerns, I was transferred to Melissa who was very helpful, answered all my questions, and I then made my payment for my surgery. Sandy was my pre op nurse, she is such a sweetheart! 🥰 Made me comfortable and answered all my questions. The day of surgery Donna, Sharon, and Brittney were my nurses. They are all dolls 🥰They helped prepare me for surgery, taking final tests, administering meds, and monitoring throughout surgery. These ladies were amazing! Dr. Sieman completed my surgery, he was amazing as well but I think I want to acknowledge his staff because they play a big part as well. The nurses have excellent bedside manner, they are always happy, never seemed bothered, always making me laugh, attentive and patient. It was lovely seeing the nurses again today. You can tell they really do enjoy their jobs. I would like to acknowledge the front end staff as well. Charles and Brenda was extremely helpful and made sure I was well taken care of! I had a 10:30am consultation appointment, today, March 2nd. We arrived at about 10:20am, filled out my paperwork and waited. They took people that arrived after me and had appointments after mine. They cared to my every need and comfort during my waiting time during pre and post op. I adore them. Dr. Siemian and Dr. Dutton worked magic on me. They reassured me the best they could to the point that I felt comfortable going through with the abex. Nurse Amy was my surgical nurse. I am very disappointed with her for two reasons. After being discharged and brought to the car and surrendered to my driver, she cut and brushed off his questions and told him that all information was on the sheet/discharge instructions. She had no idea what the questions were and I feel that she should have answered or redirected him. I was out of it! The second issue was that I did not come home in the garment that I’d already been informed that I would have during preop the day before. I now have a blister and had excess pain that I possibly could have avoided. My major concern is scaring and the two piece was not the best option for me. Not sure if the breakdown, but I wasn’t amused. Back on the positive, DONNA was amazing. It seemed I had a trillion questions and she answered every one of them. She wasn’t angered, nor rushed in her processes. She helped me into the correct garments, made special care to not cause me pain when removing surgical strips, and she gave me options to messaging, and dietary options, travel care, and most importantly, how to keep my scar thin and smooth. She shared my excitement. Couldn’t ask for a better nurse.”

“4 stars for Melissa and how well she did in explaining the process. And what to expect. The cleanliness of the office and relaxed environment.

The guy who checked me in. Can use some training. He was not able to multi-task. He took like 3 new calls while telling me "I'll be right with you." I expected to be helped after waiting for him to complete the call he was on. But nope 4 calls later and I finally got the paperwork they tell you to come 15 minutes prior to complete. Well it took him 12 minutes to get me checked in.

The cost of the service is extremely expensive. I don't know what I expected to pay but $17k makes a girl rethink some things. I think with my personal goals/scenario the good outweighs the bad. But that price is probably my biggest hurdle. I hope I can get the procedure. This will make all the difference on wether I'll be mobile a while longer or in a wheelchair sooner than expected. God willing 🙏 I'll make what I need for this.”

The staff consists a lot of young (but good looking) inexperienced medical aides. No one could get my IV in on surgery day. So I had surgery without an IV. Dr. Mendoza was terrible to work with. Always rushing. Looks like my surgery was rushed for sure. I don’t think the pictures they showed during the consultation belonged to him. Afterwards, my follow up appointments kept getting cancelled/rescheduled by the staff. Please do your research better than me, and spend your time and money somewhere else.”

“I've had nothing but a bad experience with Sonobello in Orlando, FL.
They don't give you enough information from the beginning for patients to gain a better understanding of the procedure. My first surgery was performed by Dr Walter Siemian who did a awful job, At first he told me he could do everything in one procedure which wasn't true. I actually needed two procedures and the second surgery wasn't any better. I complained to Charles the office manager who referred me to Dr Da'yal, another doctor within the facility for a revision. Dr Da'yal did give me some results but not enough for the money I paid. I was told there was nothing else they could do by Dr Da'yal. I wrote a review on Google about my experience a week later Charles called me asking me to please remove the negative review from Google and advised that he would schedule me with Dr Mendoza who was one of their top best. I later saw Dr Mendoza who advised he could correct the problem which would require an actual tummy tuck but, it could be done only at his office in Tampa, FL. I've since left Charles messages as he was the one who recommended Dr. Mendoza. However, I have not heard back from Charles. This has prompted me to post another review and take further action.”

“I must say PLEASE PLEASE!!! don't waste your money with this facility. I've had 3 procedures done and I'm still not satisfied. I was told I need the liposuction with XL skin removal I had this done with Dr Siemian who did a awful job. I was later referred over to Dr Di'al who removed some fat but not enough. He advise on my 2nd visit with him for me to have a different procedure that would cost me more money. The manager Charles at Orlando office advise me that it's going to cost me between $4000 to $5000 for this other procedure to pull my skin up. They don't explain enough to patients it's all about making more and more money. I'm definitely thinking about filling Suite through Orange county Civil division. I believe if the judge see my before and after pics he/she will grant in my favor.”

I know I was not the most cooperative patient during surgery but he kept his kool, was very patient and positive and surgery was a success. today is the 1st day after surgery & I have no pain. getting out of bed is a little uncomfortable, but overall if you follow the instructions everything works out well.”

“I waited a while to post this. I had my procedure a little over 6 months ago. Without going into long details I'll say this. There were parts where I could feel everything, I even told the doctor that but he could care less. I paid for the more expensive chest option because of the type of tissue and fat build-up I have. They only did the regular procedure. I was never offered a refund for the difference. Low and behold 6 months later I have the same issue with my chest because I fully believe they didn't do what they were supposed to do.

Moral of the story. I felt the procedure. The doctor didn't care. I never had a huge difference in appearance. They charged me for the more expensive chest procedure and only performed the basic. I wouldn't recommend to anyone and will be pursuing them for at least the difference in chest procedures.”

I drove down to Orlando and met with one of the ladies she was nice and she said I may have issues. “Just like I have written about my first experience, I want to talk about my experience with Dr. Dayal at Sonobello Orlando. It was so much different. From the moment I checked in with the nice receptionist to all 3 nurses that were preparing me. The nurse that was getting me ready, I believe it was Evy, who was very sweet and tried to get me to relax because I was so nervous, to the nurse that was assisting Dr. Dayal, Dominique, was also so nice and even made me laugh. She really helped me calm down. The bed this time was warm, and the nurse even put something in my hands to keep me warm. I was not cold at all and was very comfortable; even fell asleep a few times.
Dr. Dayal was amazing; from the moment he came in the room he said "Hi, it's so good to see you again", it was a simple but caring gesture he had. Then the nurse who was preparing me with the medications and IV was so sweet; I felt like she was treating a family member she really cared about.
In the surgery Dr. Dayal kept explaining everything he was doing and he said to me "You are doing great" quite a few times. If there was a spot that hurt some, he would explain why. I was really impressed by his care.
I just can't believe my experience this time was so much different. From the time I spoke to the office manager Charles about my revision; who was understanding and tried to do all you could to help me; to the pre-op when I met Dr. Dayal, to the surgery day.
Even today, my first day after the surgery, I am up and walking around the house and other than feeling a little drowsy from the pain medication, I feel pretty good.
I don't know what happened from over a year and a half ago with your office, but I guess the new management made things a lot different. Thank you, Charles, for making sure your team makes everything possible to be caring and go over and beyond to care for patients.
I wanted to make sure I took the time to let you know the great experience I had this time. I am confident that my results this time will be a lot better.”

I had my surgery done with Dr. Mendoza and he is a great physician, very professional and great at his craft!
My pain tolerance is low and there was a bit of discomfort during the procedure towards the end but nothing unbearable.
I had an amazing nurse day of surgery her name is Amy make sure you ask for her!
I am currently 1 week post op, i got my upper and lower stomach, waist and chin done. I am moving around greatly but still a bit sore (as normal). I highly recommend lymphatic massages afterwards to help the healing process. I'm excited to see my results within in the next couple of months.

“DO NOT I repeat DO NOT get your procedure done here, or at least not in this location. They have zero empathy or respect towards the patient and not professional at all. If you have questions about your results they will keep postponing your appointments. My 6 month post op evaluation was supposed to be in May. Well, its July and I have not had my 6 month recheck. First they scheduled me for a regular visit knowing very well I was supposed to be seen by a doctor. They called 2 days before the appointment to let me know that they had made a mistake when they scheduled the appointment, which by the way was scheduled 3 months before, and they did not scheduled me with the doctor. I got scheduled for a moth after and again 2 days before the appointment, “the doctor had an emergency” so again my appointment gets postponed almost a month after. This time they gave me an appointment in the morning. I specifically asked if this was correct as I have always been told that the doctor only sees rechecks in the afternoons as he is un surgery in the mornings. I was assured it was correct and they did it that way to make sure that I get seen due to my previous problems with my appointments. My appointment was supposed to be next week. They just called me to tell me that “the doctor just gave them his schedule and he will not be there on the day of my appointment”. At this time I am very upset because this is ridiculous. I have to take time from work for these appointments and this office simply does not care about their patients and have no sense of responsibility for their actions. I asked to speak to a manager and 35 minutes later I was still waiting in the phone for a manager. In fact I am still waiting for the manager to call and talk to me.
So spend your money elsewhere because at this location you clearly will be a $ sign. Everything is peaches and cream before your procedure but after you pay, they don’t care. Which probably explains why they have to advertise themselves so much as if they were that good there would be no need to advertise so much. If I could have given them zero stars I would.”

“I had my procedure May 16th, it went well, however there is no real aftercare. They email you videos which do not address your concerns. At my 1 week post op was told to begin my massages at 1 month post op, however in the mean time I could self massage. Yet in doing my own research due to the inflammation build up, it should have started around the 1 week post op. There is no real communication channel to address concerns, and phone calls to the office to speak to a nurse for a response to any concern, depending on what time you call, is like 2 ships passing in the night.

“The only star worth mentioning was my sales rep. Stacy was sweet. The rest of it has been horrid.
You won't meet the surgeon until the Pre-Op (which your surgeon will undoubtedly be late for).
The surgery was uncomfortable, from the cold bed (it was just put on before I laid down) to the bedside manner of Dr. Mendoza and the pain that I was told to not complain about or he'd stop. At my 3 month check up, I started telling the nurse that something was wrong and I'd need it looked at. At 6 months, I requested to see a new surgeon and Dr. S confirmed my nightmare that a revision would be needed and approved. Things went downhill from here. After several phone calls to the office, with no response I gave up and filed a report with the BBB. I was then contacted by Charles (office manager?) and apologized to for the response rate. I was told about a $250 gift card for the delay.... Since then I have called and emailed several times. I was told that the revision could be scheduled and when I had a conflict come up, I was told it was no problem. Then all of a sudden, a $25 gift card came in. Not what was promised. Then I was told it was no problem to reschedule... in the next email I was told there was a surgery change fee. I'm no longer interested in a revision, I'm no longer interested in the lies of what I would be receiving. My surgery was botched, painful and the service after that is lacking. If you're looking at this review, my opinion is find a true plastic surgeon that can help you.”

“While at first I thought I was happy with the procedure, after 6 months, I noticed that the procure was not well done at all. The reason being is, my belly button was brought down because rather than making a new one, they pulled the skin down after removing the fat and excess skin which resulted into my belly button being very low. Additionally, there was still remaining fat. Doctor Simeon did not inform me prior to the surgery that I had diastasis (separated muscles) which meant I didn’t qualify for the procedure he did on me. I ended up spending a lot of time and money which just resulted in making my body worse, and to top it off, they didn’t refund my money so that I could do the right procedure with another doctor. I don’t recommend Sono Bello at all. Be careful.”

“Horrible experience today. Booked my appointment a few days ago and showed up 30 minutes prior to my appointment. In their email, it stated to come early to fill out paperwork. I did everything they asked. I was very clear when I booked that I had a 230 appointment in Lady Lake for a 2nd opinion. They booked me for 12 noon and stated it would take an hour. Perfect. However, 1145 a lady walks in and states she is there for an 1130 appointment. She was told there were 2 people ahead of her. I became concerned and asked the receptionist if they were running late. She said about an hour and that it would be about an hour before I could be seen. I explained that there is no way I can wait that long and she said, I can rebook. I told her I drove over an hour and this was unfortunate because I cannot wait that long. I was brought up that your word is your bond. I work very hard as an RN and this was my day off to explore my options. I had to leave without getting any information. She said she would set up a virtual appt for me (never did). I left with no apology nor any concern for the inconvenience. I went to my 230 appointment with Bassin. Staff was educated, kind and very informative. The surgeon took the time to explain the different procedures, outcomes, examined me for the best possible outcome. They also showed me a portfolio of their actual clients. I am a cash paying customer. Sono Bello, you lost a great customer today and your staffs lack of caring is a representation of Sono Bello. I am happy to say, I am booked with an exceptional surgeon elsewhere. I am a travel nurse and I have several travel nurses waiting to see how my appointment went. God was watching out for me. Sono Bello was NOT!”

“My experience with Sonobello was amazing. As a busy travel nurse flying from state to state, I was worried they wouldn’t be able to get me in between contracts, but it wasn’t an issue at all. From the phone call, to the first appointment, it was flawless and I scheduled right then. When I flew back into town they were able to get me in for my pre-op, then surgery the next day with Dr. Nalin Dayal. Everyone was so nice and made me feel right at home. They answered all of my questions and prepped me for surgery. I expected the results to be good, but what I gave them to work with, I had no idea Dr. Dayal could perform magic right in front of my eyes. It amazed me that I could look that good right after surgery. The next 2 weeks of healing came with the usual swelling and adjustments a body does, but even as I am still healing at 17 days, I couldn’t be happier with my results. I only wish I had done it sooner. This man gave me my life back. I haven’t felt or looked this good in 18 years, and I’m just getting started. I’ve lost 10lbs already, including the 4lbs he took out. 4lbs doesn’t sound like much, but when you see it as pure fat sculpted out precisely in the right spots in makes for a huge difference appearance-wise. When I went to make my follow up appointment, Melissa and the administration team worked me in at an earlier time to accommodate me without an appointment so I could make it back in time for a night out in my newly sculpted frame. Sonobello has a great system to keep you updated on your progress and what to expect along the way, and when I had questions, the nurse Celina was great to check with the doctor and answer them for me. I was nervous at first, but they set my mind at ease and I understood that I just needed to trust the process and they’re absolutely right. My results are more than I expected. I’m 48 and my shape is the best it’s been in a very long time and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ll never let myself go back to what I was and this makeover is just what I needed. “My wife and I had a bad experience at Sonobello in Orlando, Florida. Dr Walter Siemian did our procedure and our results after were awful. I had to undergo 2 procedures which was scheduled a month apart. The first surgery I had the upper/lower abdomen areas of fat removed along with excess skin removal. Three two liters of fat was extracted which made the limit. The second procedure only 1 two liter of fat was removed. Before being discharged, my abdomen appeared the same if not bigger. Dr. Siemian advised this was swelling and would eventually go down. Weeks later, I have yet to see the results I believed I'd have. I have been reschedule for April 26, 2022 to correct the half done job Dr Siemian left. The staff at Sonobello is awesome, very friendly and caring. They didn't hesitate scheduling another appointment with a different doctor to hopefully bring me the outcome I had paid to have. I hope to return with a better review after my next procedure in April 2022. Between my wife and I, we spent over $20,000 to get the results we've seen advertised.”

“I considered having a procedure at Sonobello for over 3 years and had the pleasure of meeting with Stacy in 2019 during my first visit. While I realized that I wasn't ready/able to do it at that time, the desire to have the surgery stayed with me and I was able to again visit with Stacy in 2022. This time, I am happy to say that I was able to schedule and move forward with having the procedure. I don't know who was more excited -- Stacy or me! Having someone like Stacy as the center's "first impression" is definitely a great thing because she made me feel welcome and encouraged me to move forward, but was in no way pushy (which would have been a turn off for me). She answered every question that my husband and I had, which helped us feel comfortable about making the investment and my undergoing a surgical procedure.
My surgery was performed by Dr. Dayal, who was very professional and had a wonderful bedside manner. Amy, the surgical assistant, was equally kind and attentive and both of them ensured that I was as comfortable as possible throughout the procedure. I am now two-weeks post surgery, healing well and feeling great. I can hardly until I am fully-healed and can look in the mirror without feeling self-conscious about my (former) problem areas. The change is already incredible and I still have some healing to undergo.
