“This was my 6th month appointment. I live almost 2 hours from the office. I was running late, about 20 minutes by Google map time, so I called to see if they could still see me or if I needed to reschedule. They were very nice and told me to keep driving and they would work me in.
My doctor had relocated to be closer to family so I saw a different doctor. He was very nice. He put me at ease and explained a little problem I was concerned about. The staff in this office are very nice.
The only problem I had was getting a call returned. When I expressed my concern about that it was explained that they would look into it and assured me it would not happen again. And it did not.”

“I did the Lipo360 and Skin removal. Lipo was extremely painful. Some of the worst pain I’ve felt including child birth. I was told beforehand that we could stop and medication could be adjusted if I felt discomfort and that was not the case. Instead I was given two little stress balls; one for each hand, and told to not tense my muscles, because she could cause damage. I was crying, and she told me we needed to finish so my results weren’t uneven. She kept saying it should hurt less than a tattoo. I have many tattoos, and that was no where near comparable to pain from a tattoo.
Skin removal procedure was good. When it was time for this procedure at the end, the area was numb so I did not feel pain during this.
The 3 stars is for the skin removal procedure and all of the office staff and nurses I was in contact with. They were great.
All in all, we found a resolution.”

I went to my first week appointment today with some concerns. I do realize it has only been 1 week so I am putting a lot of faith on TIME. Nurse said that with time, my belly will flatten out. Before procedure, my most problem area is my hips/waist and when I look in the mirror, it seems like not much has changed. So I am very nervous with that.
Also, noticed that no one took my measurements before my procedure, just pictures. I found that very odd, they did take measurements today after 1 week. But I would have love to know where I started.”

“I if I were just rating the Nurses, Courtney the aesthetician and the office staff I would give them 10 stars if I could. I give three stars because my overall experience. I was excited about this new journey in my life. My surgeon was Dr. Atun and I felt confident that he would do a great job… UNTIL during and after my procedure. I did a lot of research and like many others, I believed the hype of quick recovery and being, “snatched” shortly after. After my procedure I had such a hard time. I had to come back to the center in one week, two weeks, I ended up in the hospital. I ended up with a staph infection, cellulitis, necrotic tissue and uncontrolled pain. Dr Atun suggested that I put some bacitracin on it. Stay as far away from that Dr. as possible. He was not concerned with my health at all. He did not want to write me any more antibiotics even though my wound was clearly infected, I was running a fever, the wound was red, hot to the touch etc. The nurses AGAIN were phenomenal! They were all supportive and helpful to me. After the hospital figured out what was wrong, I needed up with the appropriate treatment. I had a total of SIX antibiotics, including two IV antibiotics. Healing myself with medihoney and silver alginate dressings. I had to remove slough daily for my wound to heal. If it were t for the staff here, this would have been worse of a nightmare. I thank God for the support of all of them. One thing I would like to say though is when people have their pre-op appointments, they need to tell people the real and true expectations such as, you may have some hardening, that’s normal, you may have a ton of pain (it’s a surgery) give them the true expectations and not make them wait for the one week, two week videos that are emailed to you. That could save a lot of panic and phone calls. It’s better and closed now but it took over three months to close.”

“So I’m about a year out from my procedure and I talk openly with people all the time about my experience, but I’ve not done a proper review.
First, the sales lady was probably the best part of the experience. She was nice, to the point, and open about the options. I signed day of the visit for 4 areas.
The day off, I was the last appointment and it felt like it. They had the vibe of a restaurant waiting to close. They gave me some anti anxiety meds, which wasn’t much more than the dose I normally take, and said I was ready.
The surgery room was a small area with just a gurney. You walk in, lay down, and then you’re ready.
I wasn’t excited about being awake, and wasn’t feeling anything from the anti anxiety, so my nerves were through the roof, and let me tell you, this lipo hurt like hades! I could feel the sucker hitting the inside of my belly button, felt it under my thighs, it was like torture. The doctor kept pushing my leg out of the way when my body instinctively tried to protect itself, and made comments about how I could deal with getting tattoos, but not this.
I’ve given birth and I can say the pain was lower at points.
My sister came to pick me up and said she felt uncomfortable with how quickly they wanted me out the door. Again, it was closing time and I really felt like that played a role.
I went for most of my follow up visits except the 6th month. Every time I saw the survey they were supposed to give me, but didn’t. By 6 months, I never really wanted to deal with them again.
My weight has stayed steady since the procedure, and in clothes, my stomach is flatter, but I don’t feel it’s worth anything near what I paid. Especially with the hour + session of intense pain.
My good friend had the same procedure elsewhere and was blown away by the experience. I truly regret not going with her doc.
Before choosing the commercially obvious sona bello, talk to your friends and see who they suggest. It could be a huge advantage when you’re already committed to doing it.
And my year mark, you’d probably never notice I did anything despite me being an active and generally fit lady (also, I have a weird jut it at the top of my abs… not flattering at all. It’s pretty apparent in the attached pic)”

“I had my lipo on 9/12/23. The staff is very professional. My surgeon was amazing. I am only on my second day of recovery however, I had minimal bleeding and pain yesterday and also today. The surgeon called me this morning to check on me. Yesterday, the surgeon made sure that I had all my meds (pain and anitbitoitcs) which she had prescribed before I underwent the procedure.
My procedure started on time. Highly pleased so far with the results and pain level. The surgeon is board certified which was important to me.”

They claim prices less than a tummy tuck which is very untrue! They don’t offer clear explanations for why this is so much! “I went to Sono Bello because I didn’t like the way I looked when I looked in the mirror so I told them my problems with my upper lower stomach waist and bra roll which is all over basically and I feel as I was ripped off because i payed over 8 thousand just for those areas when they offer something called lipo 360 at a lower price but it wasn’t offered to me then because I was informed that I would have lose skin I told about a procedure call abex which is like a tummy tuck but less invasive it gets rid off lose skin I paid I believe another 3900 for that I had my surgery on March 2 I believe I’m 6 weeks post op not happy so far I have loose skin anyway and my incision where they repositioned my navel still has the stitches that has falling out but is stuck in it the only time you see your surgeon is when their after your money after that you never see them again I feel I was very much taken advantage of and overcharged could have when out the country for less money and better results family and friend asking me for my advice I would tell them to go elsewhere or do there research staff is supper friendly but it set up that way to get your money not satisfied at all Dr Martinez was my surgeon”

They was able to tell me general pricing for 3 areas but was unable to give me a general price on only 1 area. I understand that prices vary but they should still be able to give you an average price or at least a starting price. It was a scripted sales pitch and was not pleasant. Not everybody has the time to drive an hour and then do an hour consultation during working hours and then drive an hour back if the trip isn't going to be worth it. So unless you got time and money to waste then I wouldn't recommend them.”

During consultation, I was made to think I was a good candidate for smart lipo but during the pre op, the doctor let me know that I really need to lose weight and would not see any dramatic change with sonobello's service. I feel like it was a waste of the company's time and mine to go through financing and making appointments. I am grateful that the doctor was very honest and that's why I feel like I should have seen the doctor during my consultation. To top it off they will not give me a refund of my downpayment, even though I didn't have any work done. I feel like sonobello tricked me and took my money. Now I'm being told oh that doctor you spoke with is conservative and we want you to talk to another doctor we have. I feel like they would say anything and I cannot trust them what they say. I definitely would not recommend.”

“I feel very lucky to have gotten the team I did to help me get my journey started! My consultant Kristine was the sweetest and helpful with answering all my questions, listening to my concerns, and helping me find best package , and even getting me financed! Day of surgery, Tiara was my best friend for the day. I was so nervous, she would just keep reminding me why i was there. She'd let me just ramble on about whatever, we laughed, I cried lol. It was super comforting to have with me, and the stress ball idea in my worst moment, was exactly what I needed, ty!
Dr Gage is very professional, honest and compassionate. He's been more than helpful before, during and even after my procedure. I had some concerns, he took all into consideration and told me what I needed to hear, and not what I wanted to hear. I had a couple of what turned out to be minor issues, but in the moment wasn't sure if it was major or not, and Kristen was on the other end of the phone with me for both of them. Kristen was amazing and a great help with getting me answers, giving suggestions to help always checking back in with me after each one. I was happy to have her at my 1 week post op appointment, where she made me feel really good about my decision, and gave me some really good advice, went above and beyond to help answer all my questions! She really is the perfect person for that position.
Nicole and Cassie are stellar at what they do! Everything you call there, it's usually one of them and they are quick to get you what yiu need or to who you need. Every time I called or texted, which was alot lol, they were on top of whatever it was I needed, and or super quick to respond back!
This has definitely been an experience, and I couldn't have hand picked a better team to share it with! ❤️”

ke a decision to my body I was nervous and not sure on my intentions. After meeting with Stephanie my consultant I knew immediately I had made the right choice. Although I remained nervous deciding to make a transformation the excitement and upmost professionalism their team offered to me gave me the knowledge and courage to fullfill a long time goal. I am one week past surgery and I already have immediate change. I am excited to see the transformation as I heal in the next few months. Dr. Lionelli's bed side manner is sensational to his honesty and the ability allow me to feel comfortable. “I am not happy at all. I had my procedure on July 31. Not much has changed except I have a lip at the bottom of my stomach. It clearly states that if you’re not happy with the results you can come back within the year of having the procedure if you haven’t gained any weight. I lost 10 lbs and abdomen is still sticking out. I had my “6 month” visit today and all I can say is I wouldn’t recommend any one to Dr.Gage he Seems like all he care about is money instead of trying to solve my issue he states that he can’t do anything unless I pay for a tummy tuck. Now I just paid 6,400 for absolutely nothing. It feels like I still have fatty pockets in my stomach. All Dr. gauge keept saying was diet and exercise diet and exercise and there was nothing he could do. I lost 10 pounds I watch my diet and I do exercise I am 5’5 161 pounds I’m not trying to be 5’5 and wearing a size 2. I could have taken my money to a Board-certified doctor in Miami and paid almost $3000 less, and it would’ve been done right. If you look at the pictures the dates are on them you can tell that there wasn’t much of a change so no I’m not happy with this procedure with that doctor at all now I have to walk around depressed self-conscious of how my abdomen looks it’s disgusting”

Few years back I had done cool sculpting which did not work for me at all, no results. Which made this little bit difficult for me since cool sculpting created lotta scar tissue so some parts of my procedure was little uncomfortable.
Today is exactly 9 days, since I’ve done it and I already see results. Amazing I’m very excited.
One thing I would mention if you do more physical work do not rush back. I went back three days later and I was a little uncomfortable, maybe shorten your hours for few days.”

“From the moment of my consultation to the day of the procedure, all my questions were answered. I was able to contact them by text, which allowed for amazing response time. I had my upper and lower abdomen and my back done. I am on day 3 post op, and actually feel amazing. There is very very minimal discomfort when you try to bend a little, but over all it has been a breeze. I followed all the guidelines to the “t” and that is what I attribute to my great success thus far. Dr. Buck and nurse Hannah were amazing. I think I talked their ears off during the procedure, I was that comfortable. It’s to early to know the full extent of how it went, but I feel lighter in the abdomen. “This procedure was much more painful and traumatic than advertised. The doctor only appeared to care about my well being. He repeatedly scolded me and told me to stay still during the procedure despite the fact that I was in evident pain. I vomited for ten hours after the procedure. I could not even keep water down. I needed help but didn’t get any support from them. When I shared my concerns at my follow up appointments, the only relief I was offered was a “touch up” session, which obviously means more of the previous treatment. Be wary of this! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is!”

“Words can not describe the contrast of what I thought the procedure would be like and how it really was. Dr. Willis was so thoughtful and empathetic about his approach that I never dreamed I would be so pleased with the experience. I can't explain to you how lucky I feel to have gotten him as a doctor. It's also strange to even think that I really enjoyed this whole process. Considering it's natural to be somewhat afraid of the unknown.
From the first visit with Stephanie to going home after the procedure, the staff was first class and I never thought I would say I felt wonderful the day after. Here I am two days post operation and I'm in awe of the entire process and result. Even with the swelling I can tell my physique is dramatically improved and the excitement is overwhelming. Of course I'm a little sore but I have had workouts put me in more pain than this. Going into this I was afraid, and nervous. To a point I almost did not go through with it. Now I am overjoyed and pumped. Not only about the result, but how relieved I am of how everything went.
