“Courtney Wheeler was my consultant. I met with her on a Monday and had my pre-op the very next day. Yes, it’s fast I know. I wanted it fast. Doing Lipo is something I had been considering for a while and once I made up my mind I know Sono Bello was the place I needed to do this procedure with. Courtney made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. She was very caring from the start and helped guide me through the process. On Tuesday, I met with Board Certified Plastic Surgeon Dr. Amid Moshyedi and his staff for my pre-op. Again, right away I knew this was the place to being doing this procedure and I really felt that I was in great hands. My doctor made some wonderful recommendations which I would not have considered if he hadn’t given me the honest feedback. Thursday was procedure day. Went in, didn’t take long before I was in a room taking my meds. The nurses explained everything and really did a wonderful job of making me feel so comfortable. My doctor was extremely professional, and did a fabulous job! I’m so happy and would highly recommend Sono Bello and particularly each and every one who I met along the way!”

“Cynthia and Crystal were amazing today for my reoccurring Venus treatment! I’d be remised if I didn’t explain why their kind gesture meant so much to me.

I had an appt today, & planned my trip from Fredericksburg to Tyson’s Corner with a 45 minute early arrival (using Waze).

Well, NOVA traffic had other plans. I called the Tyson’s Corner clinic 45 minutes prior to my appointment and let one of the front desk receptionists know who I was, and what time my appointment was scheduled. She confirmed. I then stated, “Hey, I’m sorry but I’m in some bad traffic and I’ll be 30 minutes late.” Her reply, “Ok, I’ll let your Venus treatment provider know.”

I pull up in the parking lot, and the gentleman that works at the front desk called me as I was swiftly walking towards the front door. He said, “I know you called to tell us about your delay, but I’m sorry. You’re too late to receive your appointment today.” Mind you, at this point I left my house 2 1/2 hours prior...and called ahead to let them know of my delay (which I was 5 minutes faster than expected).

I am full aware of their limited staff and resources (they only have 2 rooms/machines) for the Venus treatment, so I can appreciate that my late arrival could cause a disruption in the flow of the remainder of their patients’ and providers’ schedules. However, the time to tell me we needed to reschedule was 1 hour and 15 minutes prior to his phone call (during or immediately after my original phone call).

After explaining the situation to him that he should’ve been familiar with, he then went and talked to Cynthia and Crystal (normally there’s only one provider, however, they were training today). They both agreed to give me the treatment right away and for as long as they could before their next appointment block.

So while I had a terrible experience with the gentleman at the front desk, those two changed my experience! Would recommend either of them to anybody seeking this treatment as part of their journey!”

“Ok Everyone.....please read carefully.
As a single parent with a busy stressful lifestyle I needed a jump start on my physical transformation goals. I’m over 40, not as active as I’ve been in the past and struggled to get past a plateau of weight loss. I’ve used Sonobello to give me a kickstart. And that is what it does....it’s the first phase of the steps needed to change your life.
Post surgery with Dr. Morse, who was great by the way......I’ve changed my eating habits to support my recovery, followed all the instructions and started adding in minor workouts. I’m losing weight, have more energy and I’m so happy with the new me. But what’s so exciting is this is just the beginning! I’m only three weeks out of surgery.
The nurses have been wonderful and I can’t thank Courtney my sales rep enough for her empathy, patience with my questions and support.

I had my initial consult with Courtney at the Woodbridge office, she did not make me feel pressured to make a decision and she was upfront about the procedure. “This is a pure cosmetic market place. They do procedures with local anesthesia, but they do charge like if they will be using the service of an anesthesiologist. They wanted me to pay before I would be able to talk with the Dr. The ‘consultant’ could be more like a Macy’s counter cosmetologist than a plastic surgery specialist. Do not spend your money with this people. You can get much better and accurate results with a real plastic surgeon.”

“Very disappointed in the experience. Ms Levitt told me what my results would be which were not even close to what they actually were. Signed the papers and when I asked about the refund policy I was told once you sign the papers you can not get your deposit back if you cancel. First off, that is not ethical and really quite shady.
Schedule date for pre-operative was wrong, surgery time I was told was in correct
I now have to have the procedure re done so hopefully the 2nd time is the charm
My appointment was 12/12 and I had to make 3 calls to get in touch with the office manager, Amy to get it rescheduled . Why would I have to call three times? I am assuming the office manager Amy either didn't get the messages or she had no interest in ever returning my call.
BUYER BEWARE!! Once they get your money they have no interest in helping you regarding providing the service and customer service you purchased.”

“The negative reviews for this place are a bit ridiculous. Yes, your appointment may be delayed. Do you understand the Doctors are conducting procedures while you are waiting? They can not have an exact timeline. Would you want them to cut short on you because they have another appointment?
Ladies, this is not magic! If you did not get the results you wanted, did you diet, change your lifestyle? These go hand in hand. I didn't lose much weight after, but fat was removed. Then I went to a weight loss Doctor and changed the way I eat, diet, water in-take, medication. I went in to Tyson's in May 2018. Set my appointment for procedure in June. Simultaneously I started seeing a weight loss Physician. I started at 188 pounds. By September I was down 34 pounds. By October, 40 pounds and to this day I have kept it off by changing my eating lifestyle. I am 147 pounds and now a size 6, possibly a 4 instead of the 12/14 that I was.
Be honest with yourself. You can't get liposuction and go back to bad eating. Fast food, fried chicken, pasta breads, soda, etc. are not going to help you!”

She helped me to clarify my own reasons for doing the procedure and now I couldn’t be happier with the results! The facility at Tyson’s Corner is beyond awesome. It’s very nice, and the people are even nicer. Nurse Angie was amazing and made the experience comfortable and enjoyable. “A horrible experience! I was rescheduled 2 times and on the day of my procedure i waited 4 hours since Dr. Monroe was running late again. I was his last patient because I refused to be rescheduled again. Big mistake because I was under medicated and I felt everything! Then the nurse rushed me out with no time to rest post operative. I left there with a lot of blood and fluid draining from my incisions and to top it all off i am very unsatisfied with my results.”

“I had an appointment for my surgery, And I take off from work then they called from sonobello that my surgery got canceled, and I didn’t had any another day available to reschedule, so I request for my refund back, and I went there no body explain to me just they give me some papers to sign for refund back, and I did. Then my refund was not the same amount that I paid, and I called them back, and thay said $900 is none refundable, It is really not acceptable.
I want to talk with my Lawyer about this situation if anyone has any problem like me please contact me, because this place is horrible and the reviews are really bad too.”

“I was hesitant in my decision to undergo any type of body altering (contouring) procedure because of the many preconceived risks. However, I must say the staff at this location completely removed any doubts and/or fears I had prior to having my liposuction procedure completed. I would like to say THANK YOU to everyone, from the front desk ladies who greeted me professionally (and with a smile), to the nurse who kept me calm and made me feel oh so completely comfortable about my impending procedure (and during the procedure) to the fantastic highly skilled knowledgeable doctor who performed the procedure for making this experience one of the best choices I’ve made in my life. It’s been 4 days since having the procedure and I’ve experienced minimal, if any, bleeding, no pain (just soreness), limited down time (I was back to work within 3 days) and I can see a huge difference in the targeted area immediately (considering the swelling). I’m pleased with the top notch customer service I received from this entire office as well as the awesome results I’ve experienced thus far :)”
