Virgil Willard II, M.D.

Dr. Willard is a highly experienced and skilled board certified plastic surgeon. He graduated from Bowman Gary School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina with a Medical Degree and a Bachelor of Science in Zoology from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, North Carolina.

He completed both his residencies in General Surgery and Plastic Surgery at North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.

Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, he is a member of numerous prestigious medical organizations, including:

American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Southeastern Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons, North Carolina Society of Plastic Surgeons, High Point Medical Society and North Carolina Medical Society to name but a few.

Dr. Willard’s medical philosophy is to follow the “Golden Rule” by treating patients as he would like to be treated.

Married with two sons, Dr. Willard enjoys scuba diving, salt-water aquariums, volleyball and garden ponds. He also donates one week a year to travel to the Dominican Republic on a surgical, church mission trip.
