Edward Kubek, M.D.

Dr. Eddie Kubek was born in Chicago, Illinois, and raised in Indianapolis. He has been married to his wife, Choey, for 15 years, and together they have two young children, an 8-year-old son and a 5-year-old daughter. He speaks both English and Spanish.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Kubek is an avid landscaper and enjoys operating heavy machinery in his free time. He especially values time spent outdoors with his children whether it’s swimming, fishing, or teaching them how to drive a tractor or excavator.

Professionally, Dr. Kubek has earned recognition for his commitment to patient care, consistently ranking in the top 5% for patient satisfaction in IU Health’s East Central Region over the past five years.

His medical philosophy centers on a holistic approach to surgery, emphasizing that optimal outcomes are best achieved when procedures are supported by strong foundations in nutrition, physical fitness, healthy habits, and mindfulness.
