Thomas Chung, D.O.

Dr. Chung is a Southern California native who was born in Los Angeles and raised in Arcadia. He lives in the community with his wife, Nataliya, and their son, Daniel.

Recognized for his surgical expertise and leadership, Dr. Chung has been named one of “America’s Top Surgeons” and “America’s Top Plastic Surgeons” by the Consumers’ Research Council of America. During his service in the U.S. Navy, he received multiple Meritorious Service Medals for his leadership as Chief of Surgery, Chief Medical Officer, and President of the Medical Executive Committee. He also holds honorary membership in the American Society of Plastic Surgeons.

Dr. Chung’s approach to patient care focuses on achieving exceptional aesthetic results while prioritizing patient comfort. Specializing in awake procedures, he uses advanced anesthesia techniques and innovative technology to create a comfortable experience while delivering natural, balanced results that complement each patient’s unique physique.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Chung is an accomplished trumpet player with the San Diego City Guard Band and previously performed on the Disney Symphonic Fantasy Tour, appearing at venues such as the Metropolitan Opera House and the Hollywood Bowl. He also enjoys traveling, golf, and tennis.
