David Stapenhorst, M.D.

Dr. Stapenhorst is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an M.D. from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas, and a B.S. in Bioengineering from Texas A&M University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

He completed his Internship, Residency and Chief Residency in General Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, and his Residency in Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, with rotations at Memorial Hermann Hospital-Texas Medical Center, LBJ General Hospital, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and St Joseph’s Hospital.

Dr. Stapenhorst is Board Certified by both the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. He is affiliated with numerous prestigious medical professional organizations, including:

Fellowship in the American College of Surgeons, Member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, Member of the Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons, Member of the Texas Medical Association and the Harris County Medical Society.

Dr. Stapenhorst is married and enjoys traveling, cooking and sports.
