Kevin Spence, M.D.

Dr. Kevin Spence is a trained cosmetic surgeon known for his precision, dedication, and patient first approach. Born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Dr. Spence developed a strong work ethic and eye for detail early on through competitive gymnastics and slalom skiing—sports he pursued throughout high school and college.

He later earned recognition for his academic and clinical excellence, including the Best Resident Research Project award at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC), a testament to his commitment to advancing the field through evidence-based practice.

Dr. Spence’s medical philosophy is rooted in the belief that “by genuinely prioritizing the unique needs of each patient and their safety, exceptional and personalized results will follow.” He takes time to understand everyone’s goals and values, ensuring that every outcome reflects the patient’s natural beauty and unique identity.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Spence enjoys staying active through exercise and skiing, and values quality time with his family. His favorite charity is ASPCA.
