Mark Peters, M.D.

Dr. Mark Peters is part of Sono Bello Little Rock! Dr. Peters was born in Indiana, grew up in Baton Rouge, LA, and now lives in Memphis, TN. He has four children: 3 boys and 1 girl. He loves spending time in Louisiana with family. During Mardi Gras, he rides with the Krewe of Endymion and his daughter will be a Royal Maid for the 2025 parade. When not operating, Dr. Peters loves to cook! He has won best seafood recipe contest for his fried grit cakes and beer shrimp. He also enjoys watching sports, especially LSU teams and the New Orleans Saints. He plays pickleball, rides ATVs in the mountains and on trails with his wife and loves to travel. Dr. Peters favorite charities are Autism Speaks and St. Mary’s Residential Community in Alexandria, LA where his youngest son resides.

Dr. Peter’s Medical Philosophy is to treat his patients as he would like to be treated. He takes the time to make certain the patient understands the options and the expectations. He strives to respect each member of his medical team and to always lead by example so everyone can positively focus on the patient.
