Dr. Kunasz is a board certified Plastic Surgeon with an M.D. from the Georgetown University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelors in Biology from LaSalle University in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated Cum Laude with General University Honors.

Dr. Kunasz completed an internship in Pediatrics at Walter Reed Army Medical Center in Washington, DC and a General Surgery internship at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI.

Dr. Kunasz completed his residency in General Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI and continued with a Plastic Surgery residency at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Dr. Kunasz is a recipient of many U.S. Army honors and recognitions including Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal, Army Achievement Medal, Armed Forces Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal.

Dr. Kunasz feels doing what is best and right for his patient is a priority and in his spare time, he enjoys cycling. He is fluent in Ukrainian and his favorite charity is Right to Life.
