Also they push to try and sell you other treatments for this and that. Speaking from experiences, it does not heal nicely. It’s lumpy and bumpy with scars from the puncture marks. Every visit they showed me pictures from my last visit so that I could see the progress I was making. They talk to me during surgery to let me know how things were going. “Total SCAM. I Went to a consultation, where she made me believe they could remove 70% of my fat. I VIVIDLY remember being half dressed in her office while she motioned her hands around my belly saying, “we can get AALLLL of that”. She then texted me and told me I had two days to sign to keep my discounts. I did eventually sign after going back and forth with her nervously many times.
But then had a pre-op with the actual surgeon. The pre-op with the surgeon actually involves another consultation. He said “maybe” 50% of fat could be removed BUT for 4K more could add a tuck. So I was obviously upset. I paid my saved up cash for “all of that” fat. So I obviously decided no, it’s not right for me, and asked for a refund.
Even though what I paid for to be removed wasn’t possible, $2,500 is non refundable anyway. And THAT is why this is a scam. You have a consultation that promises NOTHING, pay up, and lose your cash when you go to PreOp to find out the truth. Stay away.”

“My initial consultation was with Bailey. What a wonderful lady!!!! She listened to all my random thoughts and gave me thorough feedback!!!! Because she gave me the info I needed, I booked my next appointment. It was with Nurse Lynn, She was kind and reassuring. Then I met with Dr. Parikh. What a great doctor!!! He was straight forward and told me exactly what he could help me with and listened to my comments. It was a lot to take in, but I was excited!
The day of the surgery, I met with Lynn again. She asked me if I had questions/concerns. I had read some of the negative reviews, mostly about pain levels. She assured me that they would STOP anytime I was in pain and take care of it. That made me feel so much better!!!! Audrey was the nurse that assisted Dr. Parikh! A fantastic team. They kept talking to me, asking how I was doing! It was minimal discomfort! After they finished, they put on the pads and compression garment. They told me to be sure and take a pain pill when I got home. I did! Really, the worst part was all the "oozing"....just messy and constant for a few days. I NEVER HAD ANY PAIN!!!!! I took Tylenol as they told me it would help with the swelling.
I was tired and a bit sore, but that's all!
I just went to my 1 week visit and met with Lynn! She gave me great tips on how to keep the progress going! Because I lost all that fat, I certainly want to do whatever I need to NEVER have fat again.
I am soooo very excited that I took the leap and trusted my instincts about these talented people! I see improvement every day! And, the compression garment feels like a warm hug!
I recommend going in with realistic dreams. Listen to what they say.....really listen! I hope everyone gets the opportunity to have them help you in being YOUR BEST SELF!”

UPDATE AFTER SURGERY:
The whole process was so smooth and seamless! The most difficult part was the numbing process. That was pretty painful, but quick. Dr. Sheridan did lipo on my upper and lower abs, also my waist. Casey assisted Dr. Sheridan and they both made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Now there was SOME pain during the procedure, mostly a burning feeling fat back on the sides, but it wasn't unbearable. I'm one day post op and I feel GREAT. The leaking is now down to just a bit and I'll be able to shower today. I don't think I'll need the prescribed pain meds today.

“Lauren T is the best aesthetician hands down. She cares for her patients throughout the Venus procedure. She always makes sure I am comfortable. She is such a joy and the sunshine to anyone's darkness. She greets me when I arrive eith her beautiful smile and hug. She just has this happy bubbly and energetic energy that is contagious, so when I enter her room whatever negativity I had before entering the bldg, it disappeared.
When she had to cancel one of my appts because something happened to her equipment she called to reschedule me with another aesthetician. I told her no ma'am, I'll only come see you!
The chats during the venus procedure are awesome and she remembers the little things about me and my family. She doesn't make me feel like another patient with a patient number/chart, she makes me feel like I am her client, a person, if that makes since.
Lauren deserves a raise, a special shout-out at headquarters/home office meetings, and, of course again.... a RAISE!

“My experience with Sono Bello was great. Bailey was my initial consultant. I had a few concerns, not with Sono Bello, but with other health issues. She was very helpful and patient with me in working everything out. Audrey was my pre-op nurse. She was professional and friendly. Dr Boedecker was my surgeon. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone. Lynn was my intra-op nurse. Again I would recommend her to anyone. My philosophy with surgery is- if your brain doesn’t sense pain when it is happening you won’t have pain after. I had NO PAIN. Discomfort yes but no pain. I had a prescription for pain meds but only needed Tylenol a couple of times.
I did everything my team told me to do now I’m just waiting to see what my final body looks like. Very pleased so far.”

I’ve had two separate procedures and I wish I never did either I let Bailey hustle me into both procedures. She’s great at her job that’s for sure . “I’m a month post op and so far the experience has been smooth and full of great people who care for your wellness and happiness! Dr. Sheridan did my chin, arms and waist. I was unsure about the procedure. I asked for his opinion.. he actually told me I didn’t ‘need’ it which was comforting that he wasn’t pushing any work on to me but wanted to address the areas that would make me happy. He was good of leveling setting expectations since I didn’t have much to get out.
The office staff is very accommodating, professional and as happy for you and you are for your self. April has been very on top of communication. Yes they push reviews but they earn their good reviews! Gabriela was so good with my consult as well. Answered all my questions and gave her advice from personal experience.
5’5” 155 lbs. Yes there are lumps and yes swelling but to be expected. This isn’t a wave of the wand.”

They were very gently; and they were sure that everything was fine. I went home that day under a beautiful sun that greeted me because it knew I was happy.
Today; 48 hours after my procedure; I never took any narcotics for pain; not even any medicine over the counter ; I am only taking the antibiotics 3 times a day; and arnica; I am drinking a lots of water and walk 10 or 15 minutes every 2 or 3 hours; today I walked on my treadmill for 20 minutes; in 48 hours when I look in the mirror my happiness is infinite . I recommend Sonobello of Austin; They will care for you ; so don't delay; save your date and go to Sonobello of Austin .

“It’s now been 3 years since I did my lower/upper abdomen and can say it’s something a totally regret and have never felt so duped in my life. First off, you’re totally awake for the procedure and surprised I didn’t pass out from the pain and was told more than once to “keep still” and was in tears with the pain. If I had great result I could get past that, but afterward my stomach was really lumpy and I was told there’s another procedure I could do to help with that and guess what? Another $1,000+ after I already had to finance in the first place. So of course I couldn’t afford that and years later I don’t have a smooth attractive belly, I have a LUMPY one because I didn’t know I was going to need another treatment after the fact to have the end result I wanted. If you can’t afford this too then don’t do it. If they had TOLD ME before hand maybe I could have financed it all at once but it was too late. I felt totally scammed and held hostage to come up with more money or have scar tissue lumps forever and here I am. So if you can afford all that, have a high pain tolerance and don’t give a crap about how they treat you then go for it!”

I did end up scheduling some procedures, which were all at super competitive prices. All of the nurses and doctors were professional, nice, informative and caring. I felt relaxed and comfortable at every visit (especially procedure day). Everyone that I had contact with was awesome! 🙌🏼😊 I very recently met Sydney while getting a Venus treatment and she was amazing! Sweet, funny, engaging and still very professional.
Of course, once you decide to have a procedure(s) you end up dealing with the front desk staff quite a bit. I rarely say this about front desk folks (because most of them seem miserable), but I LOVE THESE GIRLS!!!♥️ They are so sweet but more importantly, they are VERY professional, patient and have always been great about scheduling, customer service, call-backs, and helping to make sure any questions/concerns are taken care of right away. They have me looking forward to my future appointments (rather than dreading the drive and disturbance to my calendar, hey I live pretty far away lol).
I can’t recommend Sonobello enough. From start to finish, they’re wonderful! I love the informative post-op emails/videos they send. I have been told that my final results are still several months away but I’m pretty pleased with things thus far. I definitely give them 2 thumbs up!👍🏼👍🏼 5 stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Don’t go anywhere else for body contouring!”

“After a short waiting period, the nurse assigned to my care called me and lead me to a room. She explained what she was going to do and went over procedures to follow before the day of surgery. The nurse was very friendly, listened and answered questions. The surgeon came in and explained the procedure very thoroughly. She asked if I had any questions as she explained what was to occur. The surgeon asked about my health and if I had any medical concerns that might delay the surgery. She asked about medical clearance from my primary care provider. She explained what will happen after the procedure and my home care. At the end the nurse asked if I had any questions and walked me out. “I’m not even sure where to begin. I was very skeptical about going through with a procedure for fat removal as I have never really been one to pay for body or face “work”. Gabriela was amazing with the consultation and I walked out with all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I like quick results, but any procedure of value is going to offer an extended process of healing and results, so patience is key. However, I am elated with the results three months post op and look forward to the continued positive changes. Outside of what you pay for, the experience has been wonderful. I can’t remember all nurses by name, but everyone has been so friendly, accommodating, and I have felt greatly tended to. I enjoy being greeted and assisted by Melissa at the front desk who has been an absolute sweetheart. More recently, I have enjoyed my Venus treatments with Lauren. She was also very informative about the benefits of treatment, is highly experienced, and ensures that I gain the most out of my therapy. “I had my abex procedure 5 weeks ago. I’m writing the review that I wish I could have read when I was doing my own research. I can say that I’ve had a really great experience working with everyone from Bailey the consultant to Dr. Turner the surgeon. My results are already absolutely fantastic. So I started out at 130 lbs (5’3”) but I had A LOT of extra skin. I had lost 50 lbs a few years ago after having kids and I was tired of stuffing my apron belly into my jeans. I loved that I didn’t have to go under general anesthesia. Dr. Turner was great and even had me come in a couple days after on the weekend so he could check on my incision to make sure it wasn’t separating.
Here’s the downside. I, apparently, was that outlier of the person who felt everything during the surgery. It was pretty brutal, to be completely honest. Fortunately, I have a high pain tolerance, though I’m not sure that’s something to brag about lol. I felt everything. It was really gnarly. Was the surgery in itself traumatic? Yes. Was the recovery much more painful and difficult than i expected? Yes. I did feel a little misled by the recovery aspect. There’s no way I could have been back at work in one week. Now at 5 weeks, I’m finally feeling close to normal, physically. Was it worth it? Absolutely! No regrets. Not one. My results are better than I ever could have imagined. I had been overweight since early childhood. For the first time ever, I have a cute belly button and no muffin top! I can’t wait to show off my new body in a bikini…I’ve always had to cover my belly but now I’m completely proportional and I have massive gratitude for that!”

“I do not recommend! Once they receive payment you're just a number. The first surgeon I consulted with had a terrible bedside manner. So that set a negative tone. Dr. Sheridan ended up performing my procedure and he did a good job. However, I received zero follow-up after my procedure. It's very difficult to schedule an appointment and I haven't had a Venus session yet. I'm almost 1 month post op and I required minimal work so it's too early to judge my results. But, I've told all of my friends and coworkers that were considering going to Sono Bello to reconsider.”

Prior to the appointment I got 5 calls only because I provided my info clicked the chat box they had wide open availability. I thought I’d give it a try and consult.
I was 10minutes late, reason does not matter - my fault, but there was not an intent to honor the appointment at that time. No one would answer the phones to let them know I was running late and if I should come in at that point.
Things happen. I’m certain they are not on schedule themselves all the time.
At Sono Bello you’d be just a number of many more, not a person. I didn’t even know who I was meeting. They probably have last minute bookings only. Glad this happened on the first appointment, I will absolutely not come back.”

“I went through a very rare occurrence after my first procedure and was dealing with a lot personally. Everyone and I mean everyone was amazing. They are always compassionate and understanding of my conflicts that arise. Dr. JOHNSON is a great guy. He is awesome at what he does. There is already a huge difference in my body and so far I have only gotten my first lipo. I have to wait a bit for my next one, which includes the abex. I can see what my body is going to look like and it is awesome! Bailey made sure to show me pics of women with curves like me and theirs turned out exactly like I want.”

“I had my initial consult in the Waco, Texas location in February 2023. I had so many questions and Ivonne C was the most helpful. She explained everything about what the procedures offered and yes the cost. We always need to know about the cost. She is very knowledgeable. She helped ease my anxiety. I left the appt not knowing if I would schedule the surgery as I needed to discuss with my spouse . Ivonne was never pushy. She gave me her personal cell number and told me to reach out if I had any questions. My appt was on a Friday so I took the weekend to decide. Once I decided to book the surgery she walked me through the process and scheduled all my appointments. Pre op appointment was at the Austin, Texas location on June 1, 2023. Front desk crew were professional and friendly. Morgan RN greeted me with the most cheery demeanor. She did the interview of my medical history and answered questions I had. Dr Sheridan has a very positive energy. He didn’t make me feel rushed even though I am sure he’s very busy. He spent a lot of time with me and eased my nerves. He was honest with what to expect. I always appreciate honesty. My overall view on Sono Bello is nothing but positive. My procedure is next week and I feel very confident in their ability to make my transformation dreams come true. “My doctor was M.D Turner, and he did my cosmetic surgery for liposuction and tummy-tuck. I am very impressed by his professional experience, as well as the care he had for me. I also appreciate that he explained to me, in detail, what I had to do before and after the surgery. Between the hard work that I had put in before and after the surgery, and the help from Turner, I am feeling amazing after 1 and a half months. “From the consultation to my procedure, everyone was great. From Gabriela as my consultant, to Tonya as my nurse, and Dr. Tuner as my surgeon, and the front desk ppl, my experience was flawless. They worked with my schedule since I live far away and answered all of my questions. When I was was missing medications due to the pharmacy, not them, they fixed the problem promptly. “My consult with Sono Bello was with Bailey (love her!) nearly a year ago. I am a researcher by trade and will overthink everything if given the chance. So a year later when I inquired about AbEX Bailey reached out, answered my questions, and was able to get me scheduled the following week. Dr. Turner was my surgeon and I met with him and Sarah for my pre-op. Morgan was my nurse the day of surgery. I'd shared that I had pretty high anxiety and they were very personable, patient, and reassuring. Dr. Turner's jokes didn't hurt. Lol. I won't lie, the actual procedure was not painless, but they did everything possible to make me comfortable. For me after care is where facilities like this can show who they are. They did not disappoint. They were able to connect me to Beau Monde (highly recommend), post-op care service, who took great care of me at home. Most surprising is that barely a day has went by that myself or my caregiver didn't speak to someone from the facility. Even Bailey checked up on me. Dr. Turner provided me with his personal cell and between him and Morgan all of my questions or concerns are promptly answered. It's great to be treated like a person instead of just a transaction. I know I have quite a journey ahead of me and I feel I have the right team to get me through it.”

“This is in the top 5 worst experiences of my life, and if I could give negative stars I would. Terrible experience, from the customer service to the pain and recovery and the staff follow-up. They do not do their due diligence to prepare you. They brag that you can be back to work in a few days. They put you in a small white room and give you a pre-surgery "cocktail." They leave you in that room longer than they should so it has worn off by the time they get you for your procedure. Then, as you are screaming in pain, they give you a stress ball and ask if you have trouble getting numb at the dentist. Then, apologize that they don't have enough local anesthetic. I left in so much pain it was ridiculous, and I've had major surgery before, and it didn't compare to this pain. At my follow-up, they ordered the wrong compression garment, so they had to order me the correct one. After a week, when I didn't receive it, I followed up and found they FORGOT to order it again. The incompetence is rampant. I didn't receive my compression garment until four weeks after my surgery! You are told how important this garment is, yet, I didn't have one for FOUR weeks! My results have been compromised on more than one occasion. The office manager will not return my call. This place is a scam, and they could care less about you after they get your money! Please tell me there is someone to help, as obviously, the office manager will not, and my results are lacking/non existent.
UPDATE: I still have NO results 5 months in. I was contacted by a customer service person who tried to tell me that the doctor was not correct in saying they ran out of local anesthetic. I then asked to speak with with someone else as now she was trying to tell me that she knew better than the doctor and never got a response. They obviously just want your money and do not care about you as a person or your results. I had to spend several more thousand dollars on lymphatic massages for scare tissue damage and to have feeling in the areas they touched. I have spoken to others that have had similar experiences. I urge you to not use this company!”

“Find a different provider. Don’t walk, run in the opposite direction. The staff will bend over backwards to get you to schedule your surgery and spend a huge amount of money, but afterwards it’s like pulling teeth to speak to a real person. Couldn’t reach them on the phone repeatedly with post-op questions and no one ever calls back. Scheduling post-op procedures are a pain and availability is an issue for your “complimentary” services… how convenient. They also changed my appointment time without proper notification so I’m still owed a treatment and of course they’re booked solid. As for the surgery itself, I can’t say that it was worth the money or the recovery.”

I went in over a year ago and decided I would wait. I went back in, and Gabriela Hahn remembered me by name, and I was shocked. She also remembered why I came in the first time. Dr. Sheridan is an absolute artist and made me feel comfortable from the first time I met him. Dr. Sheridan even called me after the surgery to check on me, normally it's one of the nurses or front desk staff doing that, but he (Dr. Sheridan) did. This was the best decision I could have made and if you are second guessing about going to Sona Bello Austin, please do not hesitate. These people care about their patients, and you better believe I will recommend them to others who may have questions. Just a great place with great people working there. Kudos Sono Bello Austin”

Then came the pre-op with Dr. Turner who was nothing but wonderful. He was very patient, plain spoken and had a wonderful bedside manner. I had the A-bex and liposuction procedure in October, 2022 and could not be any happier in the results. I received two calls from Dr. Turner in the days following my procedure to check on my progress. I had the procedure on Friday and returned to work on Monday. I cannot say enough good things about Bailey's support, Dr. Turner's professionalism or the nurses care. Definitely a fan of everyone there.”

“Let me start by saying I went to Sono Bello in Austin, Tx. I was very leery at first, but Bailey was very kind, and helped me thru the start of the process. Now fast forward to 2/21/23, that was my surgery date. Dr Sheridan preformed my surgery, he told me I would feel very little pain, which was true. I was given a cocktail of pills, and that did the trick, because I hate anesthesia, it makes me terribly ill. I have read reviews of pain that was so bad people referred to PTSD type of stuff, well I can only speak for myself but I have a very low pain tolerance, and had I felt anything I would be hear telling you. Jennifer was my nurse and that gave me my pills and IV, and if I could give her a hundred stars I would. I have a real fear of IVs, so many bad experiences, she got me on the first stick and was so gentle, shout out to her, she is the best. I can’t really speak of my results it’s to soon. But, hopefully I will do that sooner rather than later. If you are thinking about doing this, I say as of now it’s a good decision, hopefully my results speak for themselves.”

“This was the most painful experience of my life. I had laser liposuction in my arms, outer and inner thighs, bra roll, and upper and lower stomach. The doctor broke my the amount I wanted done into two surgeries. The first surgery was uncomfortable and painful but tolerable. I was told with the pain medication and local anesthesia that I wouldn’t feel anything. I bought this up to the nurses and doctor prior to my second surgery but I was not given additional medication. The second surgery was so unbelievably painful I sobbed the whole time and the nurse looked so uncomfortable but the doctor didn’t stop. He didn’t even ask if I was ok. I didn’t ask him to stop because I just wanted to be done with it and never have to come back. This was the most awful experience in my life. How unprofessional. They should have known to break it up into multiple surgeries if they could only give me a certain amount of anesthesia and pain medication prior to the surgery. And one of my thighs has a visible line in it and shaped differently than the other one. Also the doctor didn’t even finish the second surgery. He was supposed to do my knees but forgot. I would never recommend this place to anyone.”

“I had Trisculpt done on 3 sites and I feel like I was misled into thinking this would be a low or minimal pain procedure when in reality it was by far the most excruciating pain I’ve ever felt. If you scroll through other reviews you will see I am not alone. After the fact I was told that most patients experience minimal pain but there will always be outliers. Even if that is true, potential patients should be made aware that not everyone responds the same way to the drug cocktail provided and this is not a guaranteed low or no pain procedure. I was originally planning to go back for AbEX but am now investigating a tummy tuck instead since there is no way I can bring myself to go through that pain again.”

“Just a few details that lessened my overall experience. I signed up for smart/lazor liposuction September of 2021. I met only the coordinator prior to meeting the surgeon, only 2 days before liposuction was scheduled. He immediately wanted to add more areas, costing me additional thousands of dollars. He remained positive, showing up 45 minutes earlier on surgery day. I was rushed into the procedure without enough time for the oral pain medicines to fully reach my blood system. I specifically remember being in tremendous pain the first 20 mins. I also remember the surgeon and nurse discussing how the next client following me canceled and they were excited to "finish the day sooner". Nearly one full bleaker of fat was removed. I was promised 2 or more.
I never saw the surgeon again afterwards. Post opt... The 3 month before and after photos, were not distinguishable. I did like the following up Venus treatments for which I paid an additional sum of $1,200. Though they were short handed, impossible to contact, and difficult to schedule. The sessions were very short as well, sometimes near 20 or 30 minutes. The surgeon never checked or recognized me again in the hallways. Poor customer service. This place is really only about the money. Oh, and the building was unsanitary. I've visited tattoo shops with a more clinical vibe.”

“So this review is likely to be pretty lengthy but here goes. I had the laser lipo and AbEx procedures done at Sono Bello Austin. Boy was I nervous as all get out. I had my consultation with a very nice woman named Gabriela who informed me of what was to be done and what it would cost. Shortly thereafter, I paid the appropriate cost for the procedure I had chosen. I won't disclose what I paid simply because everyone is different and each person's cost is likely to be different as well. I will say that when all was said and done it was worth every penny I paid. My surgeon was Dr. Sheridan and prior to the surgery I had heard bits and pieces of him being a perfectionist which I didn't mind at all. I had my upper, lower abdomen, and my waist done with laser lipo and I had some skin on my FUPA excised. I am a small framed women and even after 6 children I still managed to keep an attractive figure with a nice toned stomach. I believe my issues started when I went through a phase of weight training. Instead of continuing to lift in order to maintain my results I just stopped. Someone told me a long time ago that if you abruptly stop lifting weights all the muscle you gained will turn to flabby fat. I should have listened. Any how, I exercised and maintained a healthy diet but alas, all the exercise didn't give me the results I wanted so I started to research Sono bello. I so appreciated that I could stay awake for the procedure as I don't trust general anesthesia. Still I was afraid, of the potential pain, of what ever could go wrong, going wrong. You name it I was afraid. Surgery day quickly approached and the moment of truth was upon me. I took my cocktail of drugs and all inhibitions were erased at that point and I was just ready to get it done. My nurse Morgan was so awesome, she made me feel very comfortable and calmed my nerves. The surgeon came in and drew on my body to mark the areas that were to be worked on. I can't remember much about the surgery, there was some pain but nothing that was unbearable I'm pretty sure I slept through the majority of it which was fine with me. Dr. Sheridan was also very nice and welcoming and when I tell he you came and did his job!!! Wow! I'm extremely happy with the results. I'm about 5 weeks post op and I feel great and I look great. Even the soreness I felt for weeks afterwards wasn't the worst pain I've ever felt. I wouldn't do anything differently. I love my results and they still aren't final yet. If you're still on the fence about whether you'll do this procedure or not. You should go for it. I have my confidence back and to me that's the most important thing. Thank you Sono Bello Austin TX”

EDIT to my original post. The nurses and consultants were incredibly sweet, but the procedure itself can only be described as absolute torture. The cocktail of medication did nothing to ease my nerves. I felt everything, even after numbing meds. It took me 2 days to come out of my pill induced stupor to even try to articulate how painful this experience was. I screamed and cried on the table the entire time, and began shaking uncontrollably as my body went into shock. When I told them I could feel everything and I wasn't numb enough, I was given more pills and a washcloth to bite down on, and told it was normal to feel the fibers ripping inside body. This is what I imagine being fileted alive is like. This experience is in my top 3 most traumatic events, and that is next to being deployed to a war zone and bombed every day for 6 months. I can only pray that the results were worth the trauma. I still can't close my eyes without imagining that tube ripping in and out of my skin.”

“This isn’t about the doctor but the whole experience overall. I had my procedure last week.
1. My surgery was a bit rush.long story short after a lot of research. I had time off, so I booked at Sonobello on a Monday and I was to meet the Doctor on Friday, my appointment was changed for Monday without consulting me. After I took time off to go on Monday.
2. I arrived and checked in, filled out the paperwork pre surgery . Sat there for over half an hour, then I got a called from the receptionist asking me if I was coming in for my appointment. I went to the front desk and explained, I had checked in 35 min ago. I finally went in to see te doctor almost 40 min after my arrival.
3 . The nurse and the doctor were nice. The nurse was great at explaining the procedure, the doctor was in a rush.
4. My medication was never called in by the doctor or the nurse. I had to call and ask for the to send my medication to the pharmacy a day before my procedure.
5. I was asked to show up at 11:30 on the day of the procedure. I was asked to undressed, my blood pressure and vitals were taken and the nurse got a catheter in. The I waited for over 2.5 hours in a cold room. The doctor finally came in and apologized. Asked me to wait a bit longer . That’s when I asked to be in a less cold room.
6. After they were done. I was quickly rushed out. I asked the nurse to give me a few minutes because I was not feeling great. I was still rushed out and semiconscious.
Today , I went for my 1 week post opt. I wasn’t looked at by the doctor but a nurse.
I was supposed to meet with the clinical manager today after my appointment .Her receptionist told me that she could see me in 15 min. I left and she called 5 minutes later. I explain how I had felt like a number in a butchery. No real humanity, I was just a number. They wouldn’t even look at my chart for the correct name. She made excuses for every single situation. I understand human error but I can’t understand incompetence from a whole team. I wouldn’t recommend this place, go check a surgeon and people who make your experience enjoyable and treat you like a human, not another number.”

Just wish I’d had some- any real results from the Venus treatments.”

I have made it to one month post op! My experience was great. My doctor was Dr. Turner. He was very hospitable, perfect bedside manner. I was also awake during procedure and Dr. Turner and Nurse Chasity made sure I was well taken care of. They kept me informed of what they were doing and provided assurance during the process. Dr. Turner and Nurse Chasity contacted asap when I had an issue and explained to me the changes I experienced. I am not a patient person and the Sono Bello family has helped me reduce any concerns and always inform me that This is a Process and to Trust It!! Of course You have to put in the work as well!!! I am loving my results for far💕”

Edit: went through with my procedure. Dr. Sheridan did a great job and I'm thoroughly happy with my results.
Low point is that you'll have to stay on top of the admin staff from start to finish. They're super disorganized, say they'll call you to schedule, then don't. The only time they were totally on top of it was to collect my payment. I waited an hour and a half for a regular scheduled post op appointment where they kept saying I was next, even though there was only one person in the office when I arrived. SEVERAL people that came after me, got called before me.”
