5. Yes, the staff is extremely pleasant, But this is sales and they are selling cosmetics procedures and if you are willing to pay the cost...You are in.

I had a budget and would have been a cash-pay client. However, there was no wiggle room. I was even willing to pay a bit more to get what I wanted. Again, the prices are pre-set. Everything that you have seen online goes out of the window. Hence the reason that Sonobello can not advertise the exact cost for procedures. I hope this helps.

“90% great. Dr. Gutierrez is GREAT. Funny. Very Honest. Actually told me one procedure I had already paid for would yield very minimal results and recommend I get a refund. Also suggested that I swap another procedure I had paid for a different procedure. Told me it would give me much more bang for my buck. He REALLY cares more about the patient than the money. Kim - nurse - was phenomenal as well.

Administrative staff was very mediocre. Don’t mind making you wait around for an hour. Very difficult to get on the phone.

The national call center that answers the phone when the local office can’t is just bad. Rude, arrogant and condescending. Have no problem lying to you to get you off the phone.

Overall, the medical care you receive FAR outweighs the very mediocre administration you have to deal with.

Would highly recommend. Will use them again.”

“Surprisingly, it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I’m only 5 weeks post-op so I haven’t seen my full results yet. But I’ve gone from 174lbs to 159lbs. Dr. Gutierrez is amazing! He walked me through step by step everything I needed to do both before and after my surgery. The surgery itself went well. Yes, you hurt for the first couple of days but it’s not horrible. I didn’t even have to take the narcotics prescribed to me. I’ve had non-cosmetic surgeries before that hurt much, much worse. And being in reasonably good health prior to the surgery, I was able to do all my own aftercare on my own (although I don’t recommend it). In my case I had no choice at the time. Everyone was very friendly and polite. “I saw the reviews and thought this could be a great option. My appointment was scheduled for 9:45 a.m. I arrive at a friendly staff, then my consultant Jessica King calls me in, turns on her timer, takes my weight, and tells me there is nothing they can do until I lose 10 more pounds. I was cool with that but she wouldn't give me any information about the procedures or what they could offer to me once I lost the 10 pounds. She hands me her card and escorts me out of her office. Then tells me to call her if I have any questions. I was like Wow isn't that the point of a consultation? I was in so much traffic coming here and this is how I'm being treated. I was in her office less than 3 minutes. I guess her timer ran out! Lol! Get your BMI numbers before booking an appointment. If not, you will waste your time like I did. I'm so disappointed at her passive-aggressive behavior.
No Sonobello for me because if you treated me this way in the beginning, I could only imagine how the rest of my treatment would be. I hope this helps someone who's thinking about this option for weight loss. This was my experience with this particular staff member. Yours may be different! Good Luck!”

“My experience here in Baton Rouge has been nothing short of amazing. When I met with BB for my free consultation, I was kinda just testing my luck and wasn't sure if I was ready to move forward yet. She was so knowledgeable and helpful about explaining the benefits of Sonobello; the awake procedure, being close to home, faster recovery, ect. that I went ahead and signed that same day. My procedure was done less than a month later, and I have NO regrets whatsoever:)!

So at my pre-op appointment, I met Dr. Gutierrez. He explained everything thoroughly and realistically to me and we did end up making a small tweak to the original quote because he saw the whole picture and wanted to be sure I’d be satisfied with every aspect of the end result. Dr. Gutierrez followed up with me the day after surgery so I would be able to let him know of any concerns during healing. I did have to reach out to ask for some advice after hours, and he everything he could do to be sure I was doing great and even scheduled and early appointment with me to check everything out before my one week appointment was due. I was so paranoid about everything but Dr. G and nurse Raegan were there when I needed peace of mind.

When I tell you that I have zero regrets, I totally mean it; the support throughout my ongoing journey, the professionalism, even the price. And speaking about price…. It was comparable to the same as what I would've paid elsewhere, but the benefits of the awake procedure, living close-by, and the faster recovery is what sold me on Sonobello. I returned to work at 7 days post op and even though thats not on the price-tag as a discount, being back to work after a week, versus 3-5 weeks, saved me money too!

I haven't even started my Venus treatments yet but my results are phenomenal just at 1 month post op. I look better than imagined and I still have lots of healing to go. Any concerns that I bring to the attention of Dr. Gutierrez are promptly and professionally addressed. I couldn't have asked for a better team of experts to help me through this journey.”

“My consultation has been booked for over a week for 3 p.m. and they called me 2 hrs before my appointment to tell me that they will either have to give me an earlier time or reschedule me, and they gave me no reason for the need to change my appointment time. Not ok. Whatever, moving on. I elect to push it sooner, so the new appointment time was for 1:30 p.m. which only gave me about 1.5 hrs to get ready and get there. I live in Loranger, which is 50-60 mins away and I have a 10 yr old to get out the door as well as myself and my husband. I show up later than the appointment time, and they reject me because I'm late, when the inconvenience started with them in the 1st place. They're unprofessional and not accommodating in the slightest. Again, no explanation for the appointment change when it was booked well in advance. We can't all just pause our responsibilities and lives for your company's convenience. Will not be rescheduling. Thumbs down.”
