“The Des Moines location is only with the high pressure sales rep. Everything takes place in Omaha. You must make the trip for the pre op, procedure, one week post op, 3 month post op and 6 month post op. You don’t get to see the random doctor performing the procedure until the pre op, after you’ve already paid the high deposit, nor do you get to see before and after pics.
I hired this place two different times. The high pressure sales reps, which I saw two different gals, and saw two different doctors. The second time should’ve been a red flag that there’s so much inconsistency. The first time I had a bad sales rep, good doctor. When I went back three months later it was flipped. I had a kinda good sales rep, terrible general doctor (they don’t have to be plastic surgeons to preform plastic surgery). That experience will be under the Omaha review since it was done there. Both sales reps were misleading by not letting me know the doctors were being flown in from different states. They said those doctors were the only doctors available during my available time frame. When asked about seeing the doctor I had the first time, I was told he was asked not to come back because he hurt a patients feelings. Not the fact that he was from a different state.
You’re better off paying the consultation fee of a real plastic surgeon. You’re actually talking to the doctor preforming the surgery and you can see before and after’s. Going to the BBB are actual claims initiated by real patients. That’s the only place they don’t have the power to filter out adverse reviews.”

“They have you show up 15 mins for your appointment then take you back 10 minutes after your appointment time. All to wonder why you are upset with the situation. It's supposed to be a quick 15 minute consultation but it takes way longer than that. When the consultant feels they need to justify that they are supposed to take you during that time frame and say they are not comfortable with you being upset. It's best to end the appointment. I respected their time frame twice only for them to not respect mine at all. The other time was a week ago and I was told my consultant was going to be 20-30 minutes late. There are way more places out there that I'm sure will respect my time and have a mutual benefit for me and a positive out come.”

I do believe that the price could be lowered, as it may attract more potential customers to the business. I believe that the pricing should take into account the different amounts being taken from each area. The abdomen, hips, and waist could be grouped together for pricing, and a separate pricing scale could be created for the arms. This would reflect the varying amounts being treated in a more fair and accurate manner.

If individuals are unable to get approved for CareCredit and do not have a major credit card, there should be alternative options available for them to utilize your services. Implementing a monthly payment plan or another form of financing could make the services more accessible to a wider range of people who may not have traditional forms of credit. This would help accommodate those who require more flexible payment options.

“Although I was very impressed with the friendly staff and information I am only giving 3 stars BECAUSE. I live in the Des Moines, Iowa area and would need to travel 4 hours to Omaha to have the procedure. The thought of traveling by car 4 hours after having a procedure wasn't appealing. And then there is the inconvenience of asking someone to take time to take me to Omaha. If they find a doctor that is experienced in my area I would be very interested in having my abdominal area treated.”
