I failed myself by not reading the reviews 😭 I’m extremely depressed as I saw how my belly button is on the side of my stomach and not on the center as it was before. It’s way above as well in which it has caused me panic attacks because it’s now much harder to breathe. My right side is lumpy and after 3 1/2 weeks it began to leak. It feels like all the fat stayed in a pocket, I can still see my original belly button at the bottom of my abdomen.
This doctor expressed himself badly about a previous client calling her names 🤦♀️ that right there should had been a red flag for me but I was very naive in not wanting to lose my non refundable $3k down payment, oh how much I regret this now. Now not only it caused me nearly $13K but I now have health issues. Everything with this doctor was just bad, he should definitely have his license removed.
Words can’t express how terrible I feel to know that my body changed for the worse, I’m crying as I write this because it’s so noticeable to where I’m depressed and could never be happy about my results.
I really don’t know how will I be able to live with this non-reversable medical malpractice as like I said it has had me in tears.
Please always read reviews and ask questions, I so much regret doing this procedure with this Doctor Valenzuela that it seems I’m not the first victim.
I asked what’s the worse that can happen and malpractice was not the answer given. Only that maybe enough fat wouldn’t be removed if anything that would be the worse case scenario.
I am too seeking into legal matters because it can’t be ignored that the same doctor keeps destroying woman’s life and it’s being ignored by the entire facility.

My procedure was painless, I slept through it for the most part. Everyone at Sonobello was so nice, so compassionate and so comforting! Michelle, one of the nurses is an excellent phlebotomist and so very kind and sweet. No one that I came in contact with was anything but friendly and nice! I am looking forward to the complete healing from my procedure so that I can see what size I will be. I have definitely gone from a women’s size 22 plus to at least a size 12. The procedure in combination with a healthy, protein filled diet and daily walking has gotten me to this point. Sonobello has changed my attitude towards myself and my health by having somewhere around 5 lbs of fat removed from my belly. It’s amazing to look down and not see a stomach protruding out from my shirt and wonderful not having to constantly, and I do mean constantly trying to suck in my belly for my own vanity. The procedure was easy, recovery will take some time, but in the end, it is all worth it! “I had my procedure done yesterday and it was a treat. All the staff were courteous and professional. The office is clean, well lit and has a relaxed atmosphere. My nurse, Allison is exceptional. I do not use this word lightly but Allison is exceptional. My healthcare experience as a professional has spanned three decades and more than that as a consumer so I know what great healthcare service looks like. So when I tell you that Allison is exception I am consciously making that distinction. Allison was patient with me, her demeanor instantly put me at ease and made me comfortable. Because she had a procedure previously she was able to share her own experiences with me which made me even more comfortable but these are not the things that make Allison exceptional. With all of the work activities she was involved with yesterday, it was a typical Monday, she was able to isolate and make me feel like I was her only focus, like caring for me was her only task! That is exceptional healthcare! I did not feel rushed and I never got the feeling like I was just another number. I was slightly sedated from the medications I started in preparation for the procedure and was slightly anxious which made me lag a little in my responses. Allison was patient and I could tell she wanted to make sure I understood her instructions before she moved on. She did not rush me.
My doctor, Dr. Chavis, is very personable and has a disarming demeanor. He thoroughly explained the procedure and answered my questions. He personally called me the day after my procedure to check on me as he promised.
In closing I would say my overall experience at the Indianapolis office was stellar. Allison should be recognized for her exceptional patient care and be held as a model of exceptional patient care.

“I had my upper abdomen, lower abdomen, and waist done. I was not happy with the way my stomach looked but since surgery I am more self conscious about it. Not only is my stomach not even and severely discolored due to the excess amount of scar tissue due to the surgeon’s aggressiveness I had to have a second surgery to remove the hanging pockets of fat on my back that looked like I had breast on my back. My second surgeon Dr Wise was amazing and he is the one who pointed out the unevenness but unfortunately said he could not fix it due to the fact there was not enough to work with due to the previous surgeon’s aggressiveness. I am currently seeking legal counsel regarding this and spoke to this at my 6 month follow up in which I was told I would be receiving a call from the director. That was 3 weeks ago, still no call!”

I will always and forever be a bad b*^ch. However, Sono Bello has made me a the baddest. I look TF good honey! I did have some pain and some swelling, but it doesn't matter because at the beginning of the year and the end of the day they transform in my body.
Dr. V is amazing, I don't know if I can refer him or not, but I'm telling you to tell them that you want Dr. V. He has a great personality and he is so informative. Any questions that you ask him he is 100% transparent and I really appreciated that from him because I was really nervous. Don't let me start with the nurses, all the nurses are bad b&@$hes too so you know you about to get snatched when your nurses are fine baby!
Let me break this down, I inquired about my procedure and in a few days I was in there like swimwear! I have diastasis recti also and I didn't want to pay $11,000 for Lipo. For me, this was the next best thing and after I got everything done this was THEE best thing. Am I in pain? Of course, because your body was being worked on, but the pain is worth it baby!!! If anyone is trying to the sway you to not do it they are some haters!!

“Back in 2006 I had a tummy tuck with a local surgeon (not Sono bello) that left me with a huge scar and “dog ears” where the belly flaps over the waist.
I had dealt with it for many years then decided this year I was going to go to Sono bello to get it fixed.
At the consult I was given an option for a tri-sculpt which is where they work on your abdomen, waist and the back part at your waist.
I did not feel pressured to sign and I was surprised at the affordability.
I went ahead and scheduled the surgery.
Day of the surgery I was well taken care of by the nurses and Dr Chavis. I felt very little pain even though I was fully awake as it felt more like pressure on the stomach.
I am now 6 months after surgery and love my results. The husband was so impressed that he has even called for a consult.

My nurse for this procedure Michelle, simply superb!!!! My procedures I got done: full abdomen (upper & lower), my waist and ABEx. In my pre-op, Dr. Wise was honest and stated unless loose skin would bother me, I would not need ABEx. After discussing things with him and my husband,, who knows that it WOULD bother me, I opted for the extra skin to be removed. I work out faithfully 4 to 6 days per week, heavy lifting and HIIT, and primarily eat 85% to 90% clean. I never had children,, but menopause was working against me as any of my bad weight which, no matter how much I work out or how well I eat, "Gertrude" would not leave my body and it was time for her go. I was so nervous when I arrived for my appointment & even considered backing out. Michelle spoke with me as if she and I have known one another forever. We laughed and spoke about life. I saw Dr. Wise outside of the room. Once Michelle gave him the okay to come into the room, he was so gentle and understanding. He reviewed his next steps, drew on my areas he would work on and put me at so much ease. I took a peak in the mirror when I had a moment alone to see his mapping out on the areas he'd be working on. I texted my sister, "GURL! HE is about to have me snatched!!!!" LOL! His bedside manner is more like family and not just a surgeon. I could really tell from my pre-op and my actual procedure, he truly cares so much about his patients. Also as he worked on me, I could tell he was meticulous about his work. I asked him why he became a plastic surgeon, without any hesitation, "I like to fix things and love to work with my hands!" The way he spoke showed he loves what he does and is clearly thorough. I couldn't believe I was awake through the entire thing. I slightly dozed off during the ABEx portion, as I couldn't feel a thing. Michelle was like a protective little sister protecting her big sister. She and I sang songs from the music playing while Dr. Wise worked on me. I was super nervous about being awake for this procedure and it was nothing like all of the experiences I excessively researched. The toughest part were the numbing shots, however, for me, a paper cut hurts way worse. So far, my procedure has been positive. My only complaint is, WHY did I wait SO long to pull the trigger to do this. THANK YOU Michelle for providing me the sense of comfort THANK YOU Dr. Wise for your gentle hands and treating me as well as you did for my procedure. Now the hard work starts with the postoperative care.”

“I want to thank Sono Bello staff for all they have done to this point. I live in Fort Wayne and worked thru consultant Jennifer who was not only very respectful in handling a shy person, while taking all the time needed, fully describing every step I would go thru, down to telling me the best surgeons in our region (Indianapolis). She knows not only the processes, but gives pretty accurate personality thoughts regarding each doctor while attesting to their equal surgical skills. I chose Dr.Valesquez. I chose him due to knowing in my anxious worries, that I work thru that with sarcasm and comedy. Jenn described my need as the equivalent to Dr. V! I I also met pre-op nurse Kaitlyn when I met Dr.V - she was not only informative but excellent at explaining the procedure pre/post surgery- amazing young lady. Surgery was on 8/8 and I was very nervous. Upon arrival I met my preoperative nurse / medical assistant and she prepped me for the surgery and completed the protocol check list. Dr.V came in and began the procedure. I was very scared at first and unsure of doctors first move. Toya was kind enough to come hold my hand for comfort then Gabe me a stress ball to squeeze to keep me relaxed. Once complete with doc, Toys helped me finalize my dressings and put me in my compression suit and helped send me on my way. Headed for followup appointment Friday. I want to point out also that I had contact between visits with preoperative nurses who reminded me when to end certain meds pre-surgery as well as ensuring I picked up the prescriptions to bring day of surgery. Office staff and manager have been very responsive to questions, reminders, etc. Dr.V called me personally next day to question how I was feeling and reassuring me to call with any issues or concerns. Process start to finish has been nothing but on point from pressure free consult to post surgery. Everything I have been told has aligned with every step I have been thru to this point. Sono Bello has been great to me so far and I'm excited to see end results after healing. Also want to mention to prospective patients- one mistake I made reading inital Google reviews about Sono Bello are misleading. Read locations closely in regards to the company when you see the bad reviews. I changed my search to Indianapolis location so I could read real reviews tied to the actual center I was pursuing and with the surgeons and staff presented to me in my consult. “Absolutely the worst experience with the staff! Everything was fine at first but I guess you get caught up in talking that miscommunication occurs. I voiced those concerns and the staff became negligent and unfriendly. I felt pressured into continuing the surgery and ended up going through with it and regretted it completely! The staff was negligent and I didn’t get a follow up call the day after surgery I gave them an extra day to see if it was maybe something but never got a call. I was made to walk right after my surgery instead of being wheeled down to the car as explained by the nurse before the surgery. They don’t take criticism very well so if there’s something you don’t like leave it for the end! If I could I wouldn’t go through this again with sonobello!”

“The actual procedure went well but during the procedure I was wake and told the doctor that my stomach looked lopsided. I was told it would even out with healing. I’m 5 months out I’m still very lumpy and my left side is visibly bigger than the right side. I regret the procedure. I know others have had better results and I wish my results were better.
Update: I had my 6 month follow up and Dr. V took one look and could see the results were definitely not ideal. They are willing to fix the problem with another procedure. I will update again after the procedure to correct.

My initial consult was with Hannah and I enjoyed speaking with her about the procedure and what to expect. Dawn was amazing at my pre-op appointment and made me feel so comfortable. “A couple years ago I had a tummy tuck at another facility in Indy. It wasn’t exactly a good experience. I needed a revision, but I didn’t want to go back to that place.
Fast forward a couple years. I saw an online ad for Sono Bello and decided to give them a call. I inquired about fixing the tummy tuck and I had such a wonderful experience. There were so many segments that contributed to the positive experience.
1. Customer service was above reproach. My consultant was so kind. She put a great deal of effort into ensuring I could fit the surgery into my schedule.
2. Sono Bello shows a variety of tummy tuck results. This is important because many other places only show the best case scenario of all the individuals who absolutely do not scar. Then just adds an asterisk noting that individual experience varies. Sono Bello actual has reference photos of individuals who keloid. This is helpful because at least individuals are given an idea of tummy tuck results for people who do scar/keloid (like me).
3. Any revision required is free. Actually free. Not free with an asterisk and some could hundred dollar fee.
4. The facility is clean and welcoming.
5. The two compression garments given post surgery and at the follow-up appointment are free. The other place I went to charged quite a bit for a single one after the surgery.
6. They offer a good variety of procedures. All of the procedures are very reasonably priced.
7. I want to give a special thanks to Hannah (Consultant) , Dawn (Surgical Nurse), and Dr. Wise (Surgeon). Dawn is so kind and helpful. She made sure I was fully aware of post-op care. She checked to make sure I was doing alright multiple times prior to and during the procedure. Dr. Wise is highly skilled, competent, and personable surgeon. I had quite a bit of scar tissue he had to get through in order to revise my tummy tuck. It could not have been easy addressing those areas, but he did. And it looks fantastic.
When I got the initial tummy tuck, I didn’t know Sono Bello existed. I’m so glad I saw their ad and gave them a call. I’m so pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Sono Bello. ”

“My experience was mostly positive; Dr Valenzuela was amazing and am so lucky to have had him. All of the nurses I had were great, too, though I was a little uncomfortable with not having a consistent nurse; but that's to be expected.
The procedure itself wasn't bad; it hurt a little bit until the numbing really kicked in. Though, I do believe I wasn't given enough anesthesia my second time (for my correction surgery) because I could feel /everything/. It was still bearable, though.
What bothered me the most, and is the reason I took off two stars, was due to the lack of consistency in answers and how things ended.
When I first asked questions about correction procedures, I was told one was free /unless there were more problems/, which wasn't to be expected. Dr Valenzuela then told me that if it came to that, he would just charge me for the anesthesia but not for the correction. Well, after my first correction surgery I noticed that more was wrong; I was left with fat pockets on my stomach and on my right side (the later didn't show itself til a few weeks after my last visit). When I called the After Hours Help Line, I was told someone from corporate would call back... which they did! I asked how many corrective surgeries were allowed for free and she responded "It depends on the doctor, but there are many who are more than willing to do two for free depending on the situation." I called the Indianapolis location and asked about it; the nurse who answered bluntly said that corporate was wrong and that it was /always/ one corrective surgery. I brought up what Dr Valenzuela had said to me and asked to speak with him, but I was told I needed to wait until my 6 month check up.
So my 2nd 6th month check up comes by. I drive two hours to Indianapolis (b/c the sono bello location in my town is JUST for consultations), only for Dr Valenzuela not to be there. I spoke with my nurse, trying really hard not to be upset, telling her about the whole situation. She was kind enough to grab another doctor for me... and, honestly, I felt like I was nicely bullied into just accepting that nothing was going to be fixed. They told me they could refer me to a place that could help "smooth things out" and that they would call... but I haven't received that call yet. I was told that i was picking myself apart and that they weren't noticeable... but they are. My boyfriend noticed without me even ever pointing the flaws out to him. And now this side lump is so noticeable you can see it under clothes that aren't baggy...
Do I regret SonoBello? No. I am still happier now than with my body that I had before, and the staff was always kind to me. However, in the end, I felt like I really was just tossed aside once they got my money from me.

“The actual procedure went well but during the procedure I was wake and told the doctor that my stomach looked lopsided. I was told it would even out with healing. I’m 5 months out I’m still very lumpy and my left side is visibly bigger than the right side. I regret the procedure. I know others have had better results and I wish my results were better.
Update: I had my 6 month follow up and Dr. V took one look and could see the results were definitely not ideal. They are willing to fix the problem with another procedure. I will update again after the procedure to correct.”

“I had already had 2 cesareans and they were both debilitating. To have a TT would mean I would be down for quite some time. I knew that I was in for a long road w/o one, but I know myself and what I am capable of so I didn't get a TT, but I did go in for lipo. As I continue, on my journey I see that I am going to have to continue to work on some tough areas, soreness, as I am in quite a bit of pain. This is ok with me because I want to have some part in my change without being in any major pain. The results aren't finalized just yet as I am only 2weeks into this new journey. 2021 update: So, so glad I took the road I did. I'm paying more attention to my health & I feel 👍 good. I would have to thank many people in my life. For the, significance of self care and the standards someone will take to achieve this. It is outstanding. I stretch more & meditate easier as a result of changing a little at a time.
2022 update: Minor setback with my journey due to getting sickly I ate unhealthy and as a result I got a bit of weight gain which was good because I was losing weight but the definition and tone was not fitting or healthy too. So, I started this journey over 300 ods, I had to loose 40pds to have the surgery which I did obviously and now I am @ about 167 pds. The surgery alleviated about 17 pds of browns however the rest of my journey was all me 🤌🏾😊😊😊 I am happier and healthier to know I am almost nearing my goals weight and will begin my 2nd phase of changing my health and image wisely. Again thanks to SB for the kick start! Mid year 2022: lost my gain accordingly. Now time to tone.

“I looked into lipo because I had my wedding renewal coming up this year and wanted to look amazing. So I had my inner thigh done (so the rub together so much), my arms and my back fat -which was my main focused due to my dress being a low cut. Needless to say it's been 5 months since my procedure and my thighs and arms look no different. As I went through my post ops I made my concerns known and they scheduled another satisfaction procedure to fix my back (AGAIN MY MAIN FOCUS FOR MY DRESS) which I went through with. This was WORST and more UNCOMFORTABLE than the first. The meds did not set into my system so when the Doctor started the numbing shots it was so painful and uncomfortable to the point I was crying and screaming. After the meds and the numbing finally set in the actual procedure was fine. But the issue is that I still DO NOT HAVE THE FLAT BACK THAT I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR 😡!!!
After having a tummy tuck over 15 years ago(from a private plastic surgeon) and my tummy is STILL FLAT to this day, I went into this procedure with high expectations. I am still the same size and weight. This was totally a waste of MY MONEY!!! I told a friend of my experience Sono BELLO and she went somewhere else to get the same work done and looks amazing!!!! What I loved about Sonobello vs. other traditional plastic surgery offices was the lack of downtime. I have two small kids and being down for long periods of time was not an option for me. “After losing 75lbs I was looking for a surgery option that would help finalize all my hard work. I had done extensive research and kept landing back on SonoBello. I knew that I had to my the plunge and go in for a consultation.
Even though the consultation/scheduling side of my experience was terrible and glad that part is over... I need to give 5 stars because of the other amazing people at the SonoBello INDY.
Ali was such an amazing nurse. My understanding is that she is normally a post-op nurse. However, she stepped up when my pre-op and surgery scheduling was all messed up. She educated me on the procedure, what to expect and anything that could help with recovery. Even after my procedure and I would message her she was always quick to respond and help me through whatever I needed.
Dr. Venezuela is the absolute best! He was able to squeeze me in after my appointment got messed up and took such good care of me. His bedside manner and precision in his work are impeccable. I know at 3 weeks out I am going to have a flat stomach once I am completely healed.
There were many other nurses and front desk employees that helped and I thank you all. It means so much!
The director was great as well. However, she said that she would send a gift card in the mail from all of the scheduling mistakes but I have yet to see that...
I would not hesitate to use SonoBello in the future if needed and refer others! :) ”

“I started my Sono Bello journey back in April. 1st, upper and lower abdomen, along with having excess skin cut off! 2nd, I had my hips, waist, and back roll done! Both procedures went perfect! Dr. Venezuela is a super funny, kind, down to earth surgeon, who is also very professional and informative! Hannah was my surgery coordinator. She was super friendly and very informative. One thing that I really noticed about Sono Bello is they keep in close contact with you even after the surgery. Anytime I've text with a question, someone ALWAYS has gotten back with me right away. Even Dr. Venezuela called the day after my surgery, just to check on me. I've gotten a video via email, every week. It's been spot on, regarding information about what my body should be doing, during the healing process. So far my results are amazing. I would recommend Sono Bello to everyone, a million times.
So, after all of this, I was offered what I call, a heavenly bonus! Sono Bello actually has an esthetician on staff. Her name is Jessica. She used a massaging Venus Cool Sculpting Machine over my areas, where I had the procedures. It was better than a hot stone massage. What it does is help produce new collagen, and tightens your skin. It gets rid of cellulite, which we all don't want that!!!
Jessica is the sweetest! She's very knowledgeable in what your skin needs as it continues to heal, post surgeries. I'm going in for treatments, once a week, with Jessica. I am so looking forward to these visits. 8 treatments are recommended for full success. I was offered a discount for two, eight session packages. (16 total) Financing, is available, if needed. That was a total breeze! If you are having procedures done, I highly recommend you schedule Cool Sculpting Massages with Jessica, for your post surgery recovery! Just one more thing offered to help your body look amazing!
All in all, I'm happy with my results so far, with Sono Bello. My body is healing on schedule. I can't wait to see my final results. Another positive thing that Sono Bello offers is, if at 6 months post surgery you're not 100% pleased with your results, you can meet with the surgeon to talk about options to get the results you were hoping for. They don't just say, sorry about your luck! They care enough to make it right! This is going to really change my life. I will feel so much more confident in my body. I really needed this, and it is so nice that the staff at Sono Bello, in Indy are so helpful and kind, before, during, and after your procedures!”

I however had other procedures that I am not happy about the results at all. I had my abdomen and saddle bags from my hips done and back fat removed plus fat from knees.Right now my right leg still hurts after months from procedure, also my butt now flaps against my upper thighs feels very odd and uncomfortable 😣 My abdomen nor back feel or look any different. My legs are uneven and I can feel it. One thing they don’t tell you is you will find that all calories/fat intake will relocate in your body as you move forward “after” procedure. ( where fat is removed it builds scar tissue so this causes new areas to grow and collect fat.) ie; I wore a size 38 bra. Now I wear a size 44! 😡 When my legs were done I felt every horrible move the doctor was doing and it was extremely uncomfortable ! (It’s very expensive to do ) I feel bigger than ever now. The only thing I was good with was my arm flap procedure,but I have been told they don’t look well done. Which knocked me down. All in all, I am very disappointed with my results. I have no way to fix these issues. As this is a extremely expensive procedure. Plus, they don’t give any concerns that the procedure didn’t work nor do they give you the information that you will get bigger in other areas. Strongly recommend you walk away. Save your money and heartache and appreciate how you are.”

“Due to scheduling reasons I chose to come to this location. ALL of the staff here were phenomenal with me! When arriving at first I was nervous & had a little anxiety going on. That quickly went away & I felt nothing but warmth from everyone here. Dr. V was Compasionate & explained to me what his plan was. I did not feel rushed in anyway. The day of my procedure, Jennifer was absolutely fabulous with me. ALL the nurses/attendants work diligently to ensure your comfort at all times. After my procedure, my Doctor called to check in with me as well as other staff! If you have any questions or concerns there is always someone available to help 24 hours a day. I’m still currently in my healing process however so far things are great! :-) I’m very happy with my decision to do this for myself! The past few years have been a true struggle for my husband & myself personally. I had his full support & encouragement! Life is too short. It’s not JUST about body appearance, it’s doing something that allows you to get back to feeling healthy & BEING healthy. “For the past two years, I finally brought myself off the back burner and made becoming healthier a top priority. I got on a program that allowed me to safely lose 70 pounds. Needless to say this completely boosted my confidence level and allowed me to do so much more in the way of physical activities because my energy level had been re-energized. However, getting to my ideal target weight for my height/age and staying off the excessive BMI insurance radar continued to be hurdles that I could not change with any diet or amount of exercise/activity I undertook. The unforgiving apron flap as a result of having multiple pregnancies and losing the amount of weight I had, just kept taunting me on a routine basis like the notorious school bully one never forgets. After much contemplation and building up of courage, I scheduled a consult to see what exactly Sono Bello could offer me. Did I wrestle with the am I being too vain at my age question??? Absolutely!!! Did I almost chicken out to going to the consultation; again Yes sir/Yes ma’am. However, once I walked through their doors, the front office staff were so welcoming. Hannah squashed my fears, answered all of the questions my husband and I had, and brought hope that my taunting bully could be reigned in and conquered. She made recommendations based on what I felt my struggle areas were and made an impact on both of us when she said “You have lost a lot of weight” without even truly knowing how much I had. Once the financial part was figured out, a wave of excitement developed that an improved version of myself was getting ready to be unleashed. When you struggle with your self-image, there is a lot of low self-esteem and insecurity demons to overcome when you finally let others in to provide help. Dr. Wise, I appreciate the fact that you are as real as it gets, no nonsense. You listened to me and after evaluating me made recommendations that you felt would give me the best results possible. I may not have liked your initial recommendations but in the end I am ecstatic that I relied on your expertise and not followed my own mindset. I don’t remember too much from round one of my two-part TriSculpt EX process. Nurse Savannah, thank you for making the pre-procedure comfortable and assuring that I remained that way throughout. Round two occurred just 5 days ago and already my husband commented he can see definitive changes even with the expected post-procedure swelling in place. A special shout out to Nurse Allison, your attentive care throughout part two will not be forgotten, not even by my bladder. Since I do recall all of this one, it was wonderful to have you by my side carrying on conversation and answering any questions I had. I still chuckle, as I did then, that my son’s “dapper” attire became quite the conversation for the office that afternoon. It was even fun to hear Dr. Wise singing country songs; kind of like that whistling while you work thing. Again Dr. Wise, I find it refreshing that you still enjoy your job and like to “work with your hands to fix things/make people feel and look better” and that you take such pride in the work you do… It definitely shows. Please don’t ever stop doing those post-procedure follow-up check-ins that is a rare find these days. Nurse Brooke, thank you for assuring that I understood the expectations in all aspects of follow-up visits and the complete recovery process. I truly appreciated the day after check-ins. My specific recovery time was minimal and each time I was able to go back to work on day 4. It was a comfort to know that I was given ample prescription coverage to allow for pain or nausea management, although I sparingly used the pain med beyond day 1 and the nausea just once on the first day. If you are on the fence on whether you are worth undergoing this, may I be the first to say a resounding YES you are so worth this!!!!! Just imagine what your transformational benefits could be!!!! ”

“I am so pleased with my Sono Bello experience! This is just day 5 post op and I can absolutely say I would do it again. The staff is awesome, friendly and so very helpful. The surgeon not only had a great bedside manor, he did a fantastic job as well. I know everyone is different, but for me, the healing process has been quick. I also have a tolerance for pain, and did not need the prescribed pain medication. My incisions have already closed and only one day of heavy drainage and that was day of surgery. After that my dressings were mostly dry. By day 3 NO drainage! The itching afterwards has been intense however, benadryl really helps with that. I'm a happy patient 🙂 ”

“I mistakenly watched some reviews on YouTube before my procedure and although most were happy with their results a few talked about how painful it was for them. I was terrified the day of my procedure. My nurse Allison and Dr. V were amazing and my fears faded (meds may have helped as well). I didn’t feel a thing besides the numbing. I watched and talked pretty much the whole procedure especially after waking myself up snoring. Dr. V’s sense of humor calmed me and Allison’s very calm presents put me at ease. I’m 1 week out from my procedure and beside very little discomfort I didn’t have much pain. Dr. V called me the day after and Allison called me the 2nd day. I felt cared for and like a VIP. You all ROCK! ”

“My experience at sona bello was awesome from the front desk staff being extremely friendly to my nurse Jeanette and Dr Chavis on procedure day. Jeanette explained everything and held my hand during the procedure and calmed my anxiety and Dr Chavis was wonderful through it all enlightening the uncomfortable parts with his humor and just being amazing Dr Chavis called me the day after my surgery to check on me and the nurses called the 2nd day after vI went for my 1week post op and I had nurse Ali and she was wonderful as well going over everything with me and assuring me that I was exactly where I should be at 1 week out and what to be expecting the next few weeks as far as the swelling going down and what I could start doing and what my limitations were. If you are considering having a procedure done take the plunge. I am so happy with my results already and I am only 1 week out and Ali says I am still really swollen so I can’t wait until all the swelling goes down!! Thank you sona bello!!! ”

“I had two treatment sessions. First was at the end of August and consisted of upper/lower abs and pubic region with E/X. The second was mid September including waist and arms. I had Dr Valenzuela for both. I had such a fantastic experience. From the nursing and office staff, Dr Valenzuela, to the cleanliness. Every single person in this office were friendly and extremely helpful. They worked around a schedule that worked best for me and getting back to work. They made me feel comfortable and at ease before during and after my procedures. I'm getting closer and closer to my final results and I couldn't be happier. My saggy belly is back to flat and taut. I actually have a figure now instead of straight. My arms do much less flapping now, too! I'm just so pleased. If and when I do more,I will definitely be returning!! “I started researching this process about 3 years ago. I was hesitant because fear of the unknown. I also knew I would have to pay cash because I didn't want a loan. I tried to lose the weight myself, but some of it came back it seemed overnight after months of effort. I have stubborn belly fat!! Tired of the apron!!! I decided to actually schedule a consultation. I'm glad I did. I signed up to do it! It is a super easy process just like they said. I also had the E/X (skin removal). I was awake the entire time. There was some discomfort during the procedure; nothing serious. I asked to see the fat that was removed. I had so much, they had to get extra containers...lol. I'm still healing but watching what I eat and have started back with minimal exercise. It's just been two weeks tomorrow. My apron is gone. I'm excited for the day all of the swelling goes down to see my true resilts.

“I got fat removed from my abs, the area below my bra line, the area near my arms pits (called the Bra roll I believe) and some from my sides. (I even had an extra fat pocket he worked on). Everyone was really nice on my first consult visit. I had to wait longer than usual to be seen but they took a little $ off of my procedure. The pre-visit went well when I spoke with the doctor, he listened to everything I had to say. The actual procedure day was calming while I was getting prepared. The actual procedure was fine, I only felt some discomfort on my sides by my ribcage, which they said was too be expected. Of course expect bruising and soreness but nothing major. I took the pain meds for 2 days. I did my 1 wk post op, everything seemed to be on track. I changed into a smaller garment on day 12 (once it came in the mail).. Im on day 13 post op as Im writing this review and this morning was the 1st morning I saw a HUGE difference.. So Im so excited to see what another 2 wks will bring. So far I recommend Sono Bello”

My consultant Hannah helped me decide the best areas to have done and was so kind about everything because she knew how embarrassed I was. The ladies at the front desk are INCREDIBLE! They are so nice and I love having conversations with them! I have struggled with stubborn belly fat my whole life and now I do not have to deal with that anymore! I owe it all to my amazing surgeon Dr.Wise! He is very personable and easy to get along with! Day of surgery I was nervous but the staff did an amazing job at making me feel safe and calm. “I had the Tri-Sculpt EX on 9/16/21. I wasn't too thrilled about possibly being awake for the procedure, but I ended up falling asleep shortly after they started. I did however, feel a little more and heard a little more than I would have liked. It was a rough 4 days after the procedure, but on day 5, I was up walking around the house. I only took the pain pills for one day. I took a total of 10 calendar days off from work. The bodysuit is tight but very comfortable. It's been almost 3 weeks and I have very little bruising, almost no swelling and I feel GREAT!”

“I agree the staff are very nice people and seem to really care about your welfare. The doctor was very polite and professional. I was happy I could rid myself of arm flab. I however had other procedures that I am not happy about the results. I had my abdomen and saddle bags from my hips done and back fat removed plus fat from knees.Right now my right leg still hurts after months from procedure, also my butt now flaps against my upper thighs feels very odd and uncomfortable 😣 My abdomen nor back feel or look any different. My legs fat thighs are uneven and I can feel it. One thing they don’t tell you you is you will put fat in other places due to surgery. When my legs were done I felt it and it was extremely uncomfortable.( It’s very expensive to do ) and I feel bigger than ever right now. I’m happy my arm bag is gone! but I have be told they don’t look well done. Which knocked me down. All in all I am very disappointed with my results. I have no way to fix these issues. Plus, they don’t give any concerns that the procedure didn’t work and I strongly recommend you walk away.”

“We live 2 hours away and have to say that the staff and location was the best as far as making me feel comfortable, important, and taking my anxiety away for the procedure and making it easier. The process was very easy. I had my pre-op on a Tuesday afternoon and procedure done the next morning. Stayed in Indy for 2 nights and it worked out the best for all.
