I got up and told them this was running too long and I had to leave. Reception says "oh let me reschedule you" No apology or explanation. I told her no I would take my business elsewhere. Which I have with Air Sculpt. Glad I realized their incompetence now instead of when getting a procedure. Then the woman has the nerve to tell me "thank you" WTH, really? You, in essence wasted about 2 hours out of my afternoon, and I took time off work. And that's what I get? Stay away from this place. Cost me time and money for nothing. I had my abs done and my legs done. Hunter explained to me what to expect. Dr Summer was also great. I ask him how much weight does it take off. He told me 2 to 3 pounds
I have lost a total of 20punds. I can put on jeans that I have not been able to put on in years. For me it helped kick start my weight loss journey.
It took of wight in the places I could not get off. It removed the fat around my abdomen which in turn removed insulin resistance fat. Or what I call middle aged spread. I am also doing the venous healing treatment. To tighten up the skin on my legs. Taylor is great. It is so nice having someone who understands. I am lucky, I did not have any problems with lose skin from having kids. My legs have always been a problem

Ashley (nurse) with whom I met for my pre-op was very informative and answered all of my questions and concerns. The nurse who saw me pre-surgery was fantastic, the nurse in the room during the procedure was wonderful as well and Hunter the nurse who I’ve seen at every post-op visit has been nothing but kind, gracious and knowledgeable. I am sad that I don’t remember the other nurses names however, to be fair I had some pain meds that day. “My experience with Erica was good, she answered all my questions. However, I wish the website gave you more information than it does.

Also, my appointment was for 11:00 AM, and after sitting for awhile I had to check with the front desk on when I would be called back as I'd already been there for over an hour. You have to arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out the paperwork. I finally was called back around 12:15 PM. They should let you know, as I had another appointment at 1:30 and the time during my consultation was close to an hour long as well. I got out with just enough time to make it to my next appointment. They should inform clients they are running behind and see if they need to reschedule.”
