“When I decided to go to Sono Bello I got tired of seeing that Old Lady Belly and having to wear clothes that covered it. I went to see Kat and Chenise at the Macon office , they were very positive and encouraging throughout the whole process, even when I had some doubts. When I went to my consultation the first surgeon told me, if they did the procedure I would have like a flat tire look. I decided that day I wouldn’t do it. When I got back to Macon I stopped by to see Kat or Chenise to tell them what I decided and why. Kat called later that day and said they put me with a different surgeon and asked me to go back to Atlanta to talk to him. I did the next day, not only did I talked to one surgeon but two Both surgeons gave me a positive report about what and how things would be done. I agree to proceed. The day of surgery was not as bad as I thought it would be. The pain was not really painful it just felt like alot of tugging and the after care has been excellent, all my questions were answered and if I asked if I could order more compression garments, they ordered them and I received them the next day. My healing looks good snd I had 5 lymphatic drainage procedures in Macon. I still have a couple of months before my 6 months is up, I understand it will take probably 1 year before my healing is complete. So I’m excited to see the final results and my procedure really didn't keep me from doing all the things I like to do Kat and Chenise were excellent, encouraging and positive about my experience. I would tell people don’t look at reviews especially the negative because everyone’s experience is different.”

“Just had a "consultation" that felt rushed - and all the nice reviews on Google were truly misleading. My consultant was rude, rushed and dismissive. I had to ask her who she was as she apparently doesn't introduce herself by name. She gave me a bare minimum of information. Everything she told me could have been given to me by phone, and I didn't leave feeling I wanted to deal with anyone at this company. They ask for a ton of information in the paperwork and then spend 5 minutes with you to tell you what it will cost for, what exactly? So rushed I could not tell. I certainly would not sign up for this little money grab as I have no confidence that they even have real doctors or staff, but who knows. "Here's your quote, think about it and let me know have a good day." Please, I'll find a professional to get my next consultation. I highly recommend finding a professional provider with actual medical professionals on staff who will treat you like a real human person, not just their next mark.”
