“Following VSG, I had a lower body lift and arm lipo done to remove loose skin. The staff is amazing, from the beginning to post-procedures. Stacey during my consultation gave an homey-vibe like we knew each other for years.
Obviously post-op healing was uncomfortable, but the staff would check in to ensure I was healing properly throughout the post times. I was also able to communicate with the nurses directly if there were any concerns. Princess, one of the nurses was so kind and really helped give me that “you’re going great and you’ll look amazing once healed” boost, even when I felt like a hunchback. I felt like their staff was down to earth, which helped make me feel comfortable.
The two ladies at the downstairs front desk were so nice! Chelsea and (I’m sorry I can’t remember the other woman’s name).
I would recommend Sonobello. They might be more money than others, but I felt like I was in good hands and taken care of.”

“Complete waste of time. I have mild ITP, a platelet disorder. Platelet counts over 50k btw are safe for even real surgeries, by real I mean not just cosmetic bs. Fine it’s your policey to not do this but just maybe post that on your website, your contraindications to surgery. This needs to be done in particular when your standard is not consistent with the standard of care. Again, waste of time. Saw some their work while there. NOT impressed.”

“Worked for them and I can see why a lot of people don’t follow the page and little reviews and a lot of them are negative. They’re money hungry, rushy, and horrible with communication because they’re “so busy”.. 🙄 Fired for having a friend drop by to pay me owed money while they were in the area, and the consultant across the hall from me said it looked like a drug deal when all she did was walk in my office and see me with a stack of 20s ($500 worth and from the closest atm to my work while friend was driving through when they lived an hour north or Orlando).. Anyways.. yup! No cameras btw and took her word over mine. Btw.. did a drug test and was clean and everything (since I don’t do drugs) and wasn’t even able to fight against it and dismissed by corporate based in AZ when I tried to still keep my job since it was a he said/she said thing with no witnesses, no camera footage, etc. Most of the staff are lazy and negligent, snobby, on their personal phones vs answering the actual work phones for clients/patients, and are sneaky and untrustworthy/unreliable.. while a bunch of other behind the scene stuff happened as well. No wonder the winter park and Orlando pages barely have any followers hahaha 😂 Make sure to check out their multiple wound care lawsuits from previous surgeries too. Found that out just from office gossip (which was all the time). Just be careful and do your research before committing to any surgery or employment with this company. Just a heads up 😎”

I was able to see my girly bits I hadn’t seen in at least 20 years! After getting over that shock and amazement , I noticed a scar that I hated so much was removed! What I saw in the mirror 72 hours postoperative was so much more than I imagined! Dr. Herrera removed a scar that represented a failure to me. Now I look in the mirror and I can put that and more behind me. Thank you so very much for your expertise and consideration. I am more than pleased with my results!! “Just coming on here to share my experience with Sono Bello Orlando. Let’s start from the beginning.. I went for a consultation back in October 2024. Stacy was the person I spoke with, she was so sweet and honestly very open with me about which procedures she thought would be best for me. She didn’t push anything and even when I said I had to think on it she was totally cool with it. Fast forward to April 2025 I decided to reach back out via text to chat about the process of booking the procedure. She responded so quickly and answered all my questions providing me with multiple quotes and before/after pictures of the different things I wanted done. She still didn’t try to push anything extra on me and was ok with me adjusting the quotes a few times. When I decided to go through with scheduling she had someone call me right away to get me on the calendar. The office was great with accommodating my schedule. A few weeks later I went in for my pre-op appointment, I met with Princess & Dr Colon. Both were absolutely amazing. They answered all my questions and concerns. They really made me feel comfortable with making the decision for the procedure. I had my surgery yesterday and wow! Dr Colon was just the best. She walked me through every step. If I felt any discomfort she made sure to help in any way. I fell asleep half way through and honestly didn’t even know they were finished. It was a great experience so far. I have my post op appointment next week.”

One thing I believe is that if you go down enough in your body size that you need a smaller postop compression suit, it should be supplied to you free of charge because you spend a lot of money on the surgery. “Had the procedure and paid more than I wanted too, got talked into it by Daisy and the wife. More pain, recovery time and healing down played or explained. Not on time with the scheduled appointment times. Had to make a fuss to get that "free follow up" treatment as I am only 70% satisfied. Went to Bodenvy cool sculpture today to get the rest done to my original goal. They are more all inclusive, less invasive and should have been my 1st choice, price paid is similar, Bodenvy have a 13 week plan to get better results. Think twice with Sono because they are just fat suckers and don't seem to be concerned with your total experience.”

“I was so ready to love my experience with this team. The nurses and staff were incredibly helpful and kept me informed. I came in to have my flanks addressed and I was convinced to also do my upper and lower abdomen. The doctor seemed confident in the results and on the day of surgery, he talked me through the process.

A few days after the procedure, I noticed a few lumps on the area and that my flanks really hadn’t been addressed. I assumed it was likely swelling and just continued to wear my wrap. At my one-month appointment, I mentioned these concerns and how the scars were placed very high and couldn’t be concealed. I was told to just keep an eye on it, but brought it up at each follow-up for 6 months.

It was then that the nurses and I agreed to look into a revision. I scheduled the soonest possible appointment which was two months later. A week before that appointment, I was called and told it needed to be shifted by another month. Finally, I met with the doctor who felt that this was as good as it was going to get.

I was crushed and even the nurse seemed disheartened. The results are lumpy and scars are in the middle of my stomach.

Since then, I reached out to two other plastic surgeons who both immediately disagreed and even asked if my flanks had been touched at all. They both felt it could be redone successfully.

I called and sent several emails to the facility and have never heard back.

I understand the “satisfaction guarantee” revision was not guaranteed, but it seems odd two other surgeons (one of which previously worked for the company) felt the work was incomplete.

“Worst place and experience ever. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I had my procedure done almost 7 months ago. When I went to my first consultation I told my consultant everything about me, my pregnancies and surgeries. I asked a lot of questions especially, the difference between a tummy tuck and Sonobello procedure. Since I had twins I wanted to make sure that their procedure was the best choice for me. After being diagnosed with diabetes I put my self in a strict diet and exercises so I lost a lot of weight and after having twins and issues with fibromyalgia I figured I had muscle issues. However, the consultant made it seems like I didn’t need muscle repair and everything was going the he perfect. During my consultation with the surgeon, once again I explained my situation, asked about my muscle again and he said everything is going to he good and didn’t mention that I needed muscle repair. I also requested information about my inner thighs. I told my surgeon Dr. Dayal that I wanted to be able to wear shorts and bathing suit. He mentioned what he was going to do and how good I was going to end up. I trusted him, paid almost $13K and got the procedure done. And that’s when the nightmare started. Since my first week after surgery I have been in a constant battle with this office. To begin with they took more than a month and half to get me the right garment. Going back and forth with them. Their communication and customer service sucks. The nurses don’t know what they are doing, they all say a different thing every time. No one ever told me that all the follow up appointments were with the nurses and you do not see the surgeon again until your last follow up at the 6th month after surgery. Anyway, I had a lot of issues with my surgery. The surgeon didn’t remove enough fat, enough skin from my belly and after 7 months after surgery I still have a big belly. However, he removed way too much fat from my inner thighs that I won’t be able to wear shorts at all nor a bathing suit which was the first thing I told him. He had to reconstruct my belly button and I am still using silicone belly buttons to keep my belly button from closing. And a lot more issues. I demanded an appointment with the surgeon so he could take a look at my belly and inner thighs. All he said and all the nurses have been saying since my first week after the procedure was that I still have sone swelling. Dr. Dayal told me to do the venus treatment to improve results and everything will be ok. Nothing to say about my belly button issue. Anyways, I spent another $1500 paying for the Venus treatments and had no improvement. I demanded another appointment with a different surgeon because my surgeon was missing an action. Till today I have not heard from him. I wanted another opinion had to argue and fight with everybody because they kept canceling my appointment and giving me a bunch of excuses. Finally have my appointment. I saw two different surgeons and they both told me that I need a muscle repair that there’s nothing that they can do with my inner thighs and then I am screwed. They don’t know why, I paid for the treatment because that was not gonna improve anything but that was recommended by my surgeon, Dr. Dayak. So they just made me waste $14,000. I still have my belly still have loose skin now my inner thighs are even worse than they were before. This has been horrible. I suggest everybody to stay away from this place. I request a refund. I even made a complaint and I’m still waiting. It’s been two weeks and I have not heard from anyone. Not even a single apology for all the nightmare that I haven’t gone through with this place. I am in pain, Cry every night because I spent 20 years if savings in a surgery that is not what was expected. They sold me something beautiful and gave me a nightmare. I am so disappointed, upset and depressed for all of this that I completely regret coming to this place and do this procedure. Now I am just waiting for a response on my refund while my attorney waits for my OK to file a lawsuit if they do not respond.”

And that made me feel so weird and some type of way that they thought i can’t able to read and understand English properly. And i literally have to read the document one more time and i have to tell them that i’m not signing this document again. Shady people. Also consultant was not proficient in English & i never felt that I’m talking to a professional. This whole experience was so weird and that’s the reason i’m out and will probably never suggest Sono Bello to anyone.”

Well my appointment was at 3:00 pm and I arrived 15 minutes early as they requested. At 4:00pm still awaiting in the guest area with no one letting you know what is going on. I went to the front desk and ask the gentleman why I haven't been seen yet and the lady who I guess was doing the consultation came from around the corner with an attitude and said I have someone in the back I haven't finished and it could about another hour. Why and HELL would schedule a appointment for a client and they have to sit there for over two-hour. VERY UN PROFESSIONAL. So this bring me to believe that the bad are true. “Surgeon mutilated my body. My stomach is a mess. Not only is it lumpy, but he didn't get ANY from the upper abdomin, so i have a huge band of fat that sucks out. My body is ruined. And a follow up?? “I had my lipo and abex 360 done in July 2023. The initial consultation was good. Daisy was great and very personable. The nurses were friendly and knowledgeable on the day of my procedure. However, I felt like they forgot that I was in the pre-op room. My procedure was supposed to be at 10 AM. I'm pretty sure I wasn't seen until 2 or 3PM (there were no clocks on the wall and I didn't have my watch or phone), but it took a long time to begin the procedure. During the procedure, I could hear Dr. Mendoza talking about taking his wife somewhere for the weekend. (Note: Do not have a procedure done on a Friday). I felt that my procedure was rushed. Dr. Mendoza didn't even finish stitching me up, his nurse finished. I assume he left to go enjoy the weekend with his wife (he did call me a day or two later to check on me.).The nurse helped put on the compression garment and I put on the rest of my loose fitting clothes in the bathroom. I was then wheeled out to the waiting room to my boyfriend and then to the car (5PM). There was no post op consultation. Once I got home, I realized that I still had the IV in my arm and had to remove it myself. After the procedure, I had a question for Daisy. She never returned my calls or emails. Three weeks later, I finally got in touch with someone else to have my question answered. It's been 6 months since my procedure and I am not completely satisfied with my results. I've been told that I have 'loose" skin. I'm not sure how, because I wasn't that big in the midsection.”

“Absolute worse experience, from customer service to the procedure and doctor himself. I went in for lipo for some problem areas, while being assessed at initial visit the doctor recommmended I do a tummy tuck as well to get the best results possible. Him being the expert in this field I agreed and scheduled the procedure,paying cash. At the first post op appointment I expressed my concerns on how things were healing and how the results were not what I was expected nor were they what I was told they would be, the doctor said to wait the remaining months and I should see the outcome I was guaranteed. Unfortunately, after the 6months the results weren’t what they should have been and I went in to schedule a revision. I was told a revision wouldn’t be possible for me and therefore I had left a google review to inform future clients that sono bello does NOT honor their policy of guaranteed results or money back. I was then contacted by corporate stating they can schedule a revision for me but I would need to first take down the google review, which I did. Once the review was taken down and the revision was scheduled I went in for final assessment before procedure. I was then informed that the doctor will not do the work and I had to drop down to an unrealistic weight first without even taking my gown off to assess my BMI or body fat. I am an avid gym goer and weight lifter therefore the number on the scale is muscle and I don’t have any fat that I could drop without it being considered unhealthy. All in all I would highly recommend going elsewhere and avoid sono bello due to the fact they don’t honor their policies and customer satisfaction is false advertisement.

After going down the rabbit hole of reviews it seems this is a constant issue with Sono bello. Customer relations is poor and so is the results. Seems they do half of what they promise and take the money and run. With mine that is definitely the situation as when I went in for revision I only asked for the areas they missed to be done properly as I paid over 13k in cash. But corporate declined and as I said before I would have to drop weight although my body fat is only at 9.6%. When corporate reads this and wants to resolve the issue then you can issue a refund. This review I will not be removed as you made me do last time.”

“THE PHOTO IS MY STOMACH AFTER PAYING $6,000 FOR AN ABEX PROCEDURE TO REMOVE EXCESS SKIN. I am beyond unhappy with this company. From the beginning i've had nothing but problems. The first procedure I was in pain during the procedure which I did not know was not normal. Even though the doctor saw me squirm and saying I was in pain he just kept going without giving me any more numbing solution. When I went home and after the drugs had worn off, I was in some of the worst pain of my life. It was a struggle just to get up to use the bathroom. This pain was so severe I was traumatized and terrified to continue the other procedures. I decided to go ahead and give them another chance and continue the process as I was desperate to look better. Manipulative, lying sales practices. I have to hand it to their sales staff. They are master manipulators. Overpriced (MASSIVELY), over promised and under delivered. I was charged 2k for an area that wasn’t even done - and was told the other area that is supposedly included with that was an entirely separate area. When I raised concerns post op, they had the audacity to say “oh maybe the doctor didn’t go as aggressively in that area.” That was the area of largest concern! It wasn’t touched. I was told any revision is included in the price and that’s why it’s so high. But when you fully miss an area! Now I will have to have a second procedure and have even more recovery time!!!! Furious doesn’t cover it. You won’t see a doctor at the follow ups, just the nurse. And you’ll need to ask a boatload of questions on information that should be in your post op packet.
They will tell you their procedure process results in less downtime. That’s not accurate at all.
Go see an actual plastic surgeon for good results at a fraction of the price. Leaving two stars only because I’m left a bit better than before but the results are anything but what was promised. I think I would be happier if they hadn’t missed an entire area.”

“My wife had a procedure done there on 10/5. We have had multiple concerns post operation and it feels like Sono Bello took our money and ran. The office is very hard to get a hold of ,when we do get a hold of the office, it takes 3-4 times to have a nurse or doctor follow up. We had new symptoms today, tried calling the office, 3 attempts to get through, the front desk went to put us on hold but failed and instead we could hear the rep but she couldn’t hear us, hung up and never called back. We tried calling the office again, no answer and then got routed to the corporate line. We are worried we need to go to the ER and no one at Sono Bello will talk to us! Also, we just found out from the corporate line that the office was supposed to give us our surgeon’s number but the office failed to do so.

I am likely calling our state representative to see which state office can help us get a refund and get their license revoked. Zero patient care post op”
