“The initial meeting with Samantha was great. She listen to my concerns and gave great advice and tips.
The post op was tough because it’s hard looking at yourself in that tiny bikini. But the surgeon was great and asked about my desires and concerns.
The procedure was mostly pain free. I did feel some discomfort near the ribs but I think I slept through the skin removal portion-I never felt it.
The recovery was rough for me, probably my age -65- has a lot to do with that. I did not have very much drainage but I did have lots of swelling. Slowly the swelling is going down and everyday the tightness, burning sensation decreases. The bruising slowly moved into my thighs and by 2.5 weeks was mostly gone. I do know that if I don’t drink enough water I feel worse. I also know that if I keep active I feel a lot better. I added the stationary bike at 2 weeks with no resistance to keep my legs active.
I still have some lumps and tender areas but I look fantastic already. I have my 4 week appointment in a few days so I am hoping all the stitches have dissolved and I can get back to my swimming routine.
Overall I am pleased and have no regrets.”

“Sono Bello was one of the best things I have ever done. I started at the Tucson location and met with Samantha, who completed my evaluation and helped me to figure out the best plan for me. From there, I went to the Scottsdale location for my procedure. It was done in only about an hour with Dr. Pearson and he was very friendly. He explained everything accurately and completely. I then completed the followup procedures at the Tucson location, where Cici and Samantha completed my balancer pro procedures. I highly recommend Dr. Pearson for this procedure.”

It was the old sales pitch of " decide by this week because prices go up on Monday" routine. It's kind of a turn off and makes you feel like you're at a used car dealership. Also paying $2000 for a compression garment is somewhat ridiculous.”

“Obviously their prices are competitive,
but you get what you pay for. Their 1 year guarantee means nothing if when you go in for your follow ups they say it can take years for your body to fully recover and for the lumpy/uneven appearance to soften. I also specifically asked about skin excision and was told it wasn't necessary, then told post-op it was (so I'd have to pay more and go through surgery again). Oh, and the compression garment they provide is ill-fitting, so purchase your own ahead of time; my swelling and comfort only improved once I got something that fit right.”

“I was so hopeful for the appointment. Hopeful that it would help me. But when you get to the location they have no useful directory. Just a touchscreen that tells you which tower the suite is in by the building’s street address number. There’s no direction inside that shows you which tower is which.
I stumbled around for several minutes before I could even find their suite but I managed to get there on time. I stood at the desk for another 5 minutes before sitting down. It was only then that someone noticed me.
I said I had an appointment for 11am. The woman handed me a clipboard with a pile of papers (not sure why since it was a free consultation and they don’t take insurance).
She then said “Great. Fill these out and we’ll get you rescheduled.”
I said “No, I have an appointment.”
She replied “Yeah, Sorry we just don’t have “wiggle room for anyone who shows up late so we will need to reschedule you”.
I was on time and had been standing in their waiting room for at least 5 minutes before she even noticed me.
I said “No sorry” and left.
I was down the elevator, through the lobby, across the parking lot and back in my car by 11:08 am.
I live 45 minutes from the office and I was dismissed in less than 2 after waiting for 5 for the receptionist to even show up. (But I was late? Sorry don’t think so)
Obviously they’re not interested in me or my cash payments.”

I had an appointment today at 845am was told to be there 15 minutes before appointment so I arrived at 835am with another potential patient in front of me by seconds was told by the receptionist that they do double book and I would have to wait until the patient that walked in front of me was done and could be 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on how long they talk so by then was a little upset with that and decided well I showed up which took a lot for me to even do…waiting and waiting until 10am finally Samantha says she can now see me by this time I was clearly upset with the wait had other things to attend to but I went in her office she started apologizing for the wait which was nice but her overall tone I could tell she judged me for being upset then started with her process of what she was going to go through with me first question what brought me here and what I’m looking for I answered with I had gastric bypass and cannot afford excess skin removal between 5000-8000 so I saw your advertisement for specials and also advertising laser fat removal with tighten skin which is considered less money than surgeries (non or minimal) Samantha quickly changed her tone with me and said well let me just cut to assess you to see if you’re a candidate, has me stand up pull my shorts all the way down I tell her everything I would like to have done and she quickly says well you would need more than what we can do for you, you need a body lift from a surgeon and I said so you’re saying I cannot do laser fat removal and her tone got hire (mean, nasty) she said you can but after we are done you’re going to have more elastic skin and even more work needed so I don’t want to waste anyone’s time I’ll give you surgery suggestions so you can call around to other surgeons … that’s it done in her office at least 6 minutes in there for her to tell me nothing they can do for me and rush me out for next patient waiting… the feeling I felt was rejected not worthy judged and discriminated against etc by Samantha I really can’t even describe everything I felt and feel that’s how disappointed I am. Took me a long time to just come into a place for my body how I feel about myself is just depressing and I left that office astonished and more depressed… DO NOT Recommend that office (new office Tucson Williams circle) it was not comfortable nor did I feel safe with my feelings!!!! Even more discouraged than when I went in.”

Then was presented with options and the quote of treatment. Samantha was able to work with me on payment options and set up a surgery date and confirmed my support person to help me with aftercare.

“Went in for a free consultation. From the start the place seemed “off”. I should’ve left at that point but decided I’d spent the time to get there so I might as well follow through. I wasn’t seen by a doctor, my consult was done by a woman who doubled as the receptionist. I was taken to an office but wasn’t given a gown to change into. She said “just lift up your clothes and show me your problem spots”. She explained a few procedures then proceeded to quote me a price for the procedure ($11,000 - $17,000 depending on what procedure I choose) she also said the doctors aren’t located in town, so you have to drive to Scottsdale for the procedures and follow ups. There are many wonderful local plastic surgeons here, don’t bother with this company. Their business ethics are horrible.”

“When I first contacted Sono Bello after one of their commercials, I spent a while on the phone with them as they do a medical assessment before making an in-person appointment with you. Then I get to my appointment and I’m made to complete paperwork in the waiting area. They never told me that the surgery center is located in Scottsdale—not Tucson! Even during my exam there was no mention of the location of their surgery center. When I was done with my appointment, while still sitting in my car, I began reading the reviews and that’s how I found out that the surgery center was located in SCOTTSDALE! I think they should be upfront and mention the surgery center location in their commercial before you invest any more time on this! I was very disappointed. I’ve had a couple calls from them to apologize for not revealing the location of their surgery center in the beginning. Hopefully, this issue will be addressed “before” people spend more time on a procedure that’s located in another city.”

“I went in for a consultation with Samantha. This location is for a consult only, the actual procedure will be in Scottsdale. Samantha was very honest and friendly. She made me feel comfortable and safe. She asked lots of questions and really listened to why I was there and what my needs were. I realized later I came on the wrong day and yet she still treated me with respect and answered all my questions. She went above and beyond to explain everything to me. She stayed and talked with me, even after hours, something she didn’t have to do. I truly appreciated her time. I booked my procedure for March. I read the Scottsdale Sono Bello reviews and they were excellent as well. Also, it is very easy to Google the doctors and their personal reviews as well. Hope this helps!”

“I scheduled three appointments and then canceled all of them because I was uncomfortable and didn't want to show anyone my body, I didn't want to be judged but I finally went in and I'm glad I did. The lady was very nice. She didn't make me feel uncomfortable at all and answered all my questions. I highly recommend at least going in for a consultation to get answers. I'm excited and can't wait for my procedure. The one thing I wasn't that happy about is the only surgery office is in Scottsdale. It's really gonna be hard to make it down there as a single mom so it would be really nice and convenient if there was a facility In tucson. But over all my experience in the office was a 10/10.”

She actually lied to me, she told me that the Tucson location is new and that it is equipped with equipment and surgeries, surgeons and that everything is the same as their other office in Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. After going to the Tucson location and speaking with Samantha so told me that this location doesn't have surgeons it's only for consultation. The new Tucson location is only a new consultation location only. You still have to drive to the Phoenix / Scottsdale location for your visits appointments before and after your surgeries. I feel like I was deceived and under false pretenses.”
