Dr. Elina Kang, DO was born in Busan, South Korea and is now in Portland, OR with her loving husband and cat named ‘Pookie.’ She was originally raised in Oregon and speaks Korean and English. Dr. Kang shares her passion for surgery with her spouse as he is also a dedicated surgeon. When not operating, Dr. Kang enjoys international travel, exploring diverse cultures and cuisines, and running.
Dr. Kang is deeply committed to humanitarian causes and one of her favorite charities is Médecins Sans Frontières, whose dedication to providing medical aid in crisis zones aligns with her values and passions for global healthcare.
