Alan Wise, M.D.

Dr. Wise is Board Certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He obtained his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine. Prior to medical school, he attended Indiana University in Bloomington, IN where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Chemistry.

Dr. Wise continued his education with an internship in General Surgery at the OSR St. Francis Medical Center/ University of Illinois in Peoria, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Wise continued his medical training with a residency in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital in Florida and was again awarded the position of Chief Resident.

Dr. Wise believes in an honest, straight forward approach with utilizing the simplest, safest methods available to achieve a desirable outcome with his patients.

Outside of work, he enjoys reading and studying world political history, he is a Civil War buff and shares this interest with his father. Dr. Wise enjoys working outdoors, golfing, painting and cooking.

Dr. Wise favorite charities are Fisher House and Toys for Tots.
