Jeffrey Marcoe, M.D.

Dr. Jeffery Marcoe was born in Ann Arbor, Michigan. He is currently married and has family in both Michigan and North Carolina. He spent his childhood summers in the upper peninsula of Michigan. Dr. Marcoe loves the outdoors and is even scuba certified for deep water and nitrox training. He has been published in the prestigious journal Nature.

During Dr. Marcoe’s fellowship training, he trained in both Bariatric and Cosmetic surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Surgery, American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, and American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery. His medical philosophy is to treat patients as friends and family. He enjoys helping patients become healthier and happier versions of themselves through the utilization of his training.

When not operating, he enjoys walking on the beach to look for shells, metal detecting, and anything that can be considered ‘treasure hunting.’ He also enjoys scuba diving, hunting, fishing, nature walks, cooking classes with his wife, and anything Star Wars.

His favorite charity is Make–A–Wish.
