“The entire staff was a pleasure to work with. It was an expensive process, but overall I’m pleased with the end result. There are a few things I would change….. I wasn’t prepared for how painful it was post-surgery. Also, the incision started and ended around to my back, and the endpoints were not too tidy— they had folds and gathers in the excess skin. It wasn’t smoothly tapered. The nurse suggested I could come back and have the doctor fix those issues, but I’m not sure I want to go through an extra surgical procedure AND deal with the pain again AND pay an additional $2500. But the staff was great, the facility was modern and super clean.”

“Staff can be okay and that's what to be expected to gain your trust and money. Once they get your money you're on your own. Things were not all explained and everything wasn't included in the price. I paid 11.5k for a flat tummy, do not have it, and most people get more than one area for that price. I went in for my 6month they just blew me off as if it was my fault and states I need to lose 10lbs to see results. I have a bulge in my tummy, it's still sticking out, and for all this I could have save my monies. They didn't inform me about the massages nor did I get the complimentary Venus, I have been asking and asking for some help with my tummy to no avail of a revision. The doc that performed the procedure is gone and at this point they're are leaving me with limited options since they don't want to help.”

“I did have a great experience with the doctor and the staff at the beginning, however, I did have minor issues with the Stitch jobs on my sides that I explained on my last visit to the nurse. I did everything that I was asked of me to make my healing experience easier. At the initial consultation I was explained a procedure that I agreed to, and after meeting and talking with the doctor he recommended additional procedures (all in one then done) so I wouldn't have to keep coming back and I agreed with the doctor. The additional procedures did cost more/extra money. So, on my last visit I explained that my lower left and right side where the initial Stitch begin and end we're not right because it's stuck out more and I would be embarrassed to remove my shirt in public/beach because of this. Sonobello headquarters reached out to me to address my issues. Sonobello do put their clients first. I do have another follow up appointment with the sonobello Doctors to fix my issues. Sonobello does care about their clients wellbeing because when I wasn't happy, Sonobello wasn't happay and made sure that my negative turned positive. Thanks Sonobello. The reason why I took the doctors recommendation to get everything done at one time so I wouldn't have to pay a second time or anymore. I do have a lot of positive things to say about this experience; The staff were awesome, very friendly and kind, the doctor was very knowledgable and appointments were very easy to make. Im a true believer on you get what you pay for, the results are amazing if you follow all the Doctors recommendations after surgery. I followed all recommendations, procedures, medications, creams and tape that was given. My Stitch jobs on the side of my body did not come out right and I still have minor puffiness in my stomach area that will be addressed and rectified during my up coming follow-up appointments. Other than that experience, everyone was excellent. The best part is that Sonobello do follow up with you in an expedient way to make sure that you are satisfied and happy with Sonobellos service. I will post before and after photos at a later time once I'm completely healed.”

“I had a consultation with Shana in May 2024, she was very nice and knowledgeable. she explained everything so well and was thorough, however I wasn’t ready. January 31,2025 I received a text from a consultant Devine advising they were running a special, the “special” really wasn’t a special it’s was around the same amount I was quoted in 2024. She then went on to say I had to book that day and have the surgery in February I declined and ended the text. March I was feeling ready and I called to speak with Shana and was advised she is no longer with the company and they will connect me with someone while holding I disconnect the call I had something to attend too, in the mist I emailed Devine,(she sent me a quote when we were texting in January) to inquire if they were running any specials. Moments later Devin called I proceeded to ask if any specials were going on. Her words yelling, OUR PRICE IS OUR PRICE YOU ARE NOT GETTING A LOWER PRICE, WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR. I couldn’t believe how aggressive she was, I was really quiet as I didn’t understand the hostility. I should have disconnected the call, I didn’t. I stated Shana had explained something’s to me she said well she doesn’t work her. She asked if I had a date in mind I gave her the time frame, she proceeded yelling WELL WE ARE BOOKING THAT MONTH NOW HOW MUCH ARE YOU PUTTING DOWN , I asked what is the minimum requirement, she told me the amount that most patients put down( that wasn’t my question, what other people do).
She asked if I was okay to receive and respond with info on text I agreed. She sent me a text to complete my info for financing. I got off the call and couldn’t believe her tone, lack of manners etc. I will not be booking, I booked another consultation with another Dr the same day, had the appointment 3 days later I’m booked paid and ready to go. Devine needs some communication training immediately.”

“Not all patients leave with the dream made real that they came with. Let me explain, I have been diligent with my weight loss goals and because I have physical limitations that hinder me from most exercise, I came to Sonobello with such high hopes to finally perfect the end results of my journey. From my initial appointment with my assigned counselor, Divine, to the final appointment with my surgeon, Dr Miller, I was treated with a level of care that most people have Only read about. Very seldom are people who are treated in situations like this are made to feel like they’re the focus instead of procedure being focus on. Even though this place is about helping people to be Comfortable and Confident in their own skin, the Patients’ Health is the primary concern! Long story short, I was not an acceptable candidate due to other health issues but the Staff made me feel and understand that my health and wellbeing was a Paramount Priority and that my success was determined by my overall health and fitness not by subjecting my body to a procedure that would put my life in jeopardy! It was a hard pill to swallow but even though my tears of disappointment, the medical assistant held me and encouraged me, letting me know that I had not made a fruitless effort because I was healthier from my efforts and healthier from being enriched by the Truth of my own body limitations. “After I posted the following below a couple of representatives, one local one from the home office, called to apologize and set up another appointment,which I went to today. This appointment was what I would expect it to be,very apologetic and professional. After meeting with Devine I'm moving forward. I was very satisfied with the location and consultation. I've changed my star rating. Thank you reaching out and correcting the issue.

I had an appointment today for a consultation. Arrived 10 minutes early to get the paperwork out of the way (why do you want my SSN? I don't think so!). 35 minutes after my supposed appointment time I'm still sitting in the waiting room, no acknowledgement that they're running late or any communication whatsoever. If you're running late or double booked SAY SOMETHING! what a major disappointment especially after driving almost 50 minutes to get there. The staff's reaction was very poor with only a "the consultant has you're paperwork so it shouldn't be too long now". It is not overnight, and it's perfect. There are things that you have to do post procedure for best results.

“The three stars is me being generous. I had Dr. Flagg I think was his name. Black guy, bald head, unpleasant demeanor and attitude. He told me that he couldn’t remove the breast tissue around my armpits because it would grow back, now when I look back he was being lazy, I got a second opinion and I was told liposuction would’ve been the best way to remove it. The 3 hour procedure with was cut in half, he didn’t do a thorough job and honestly I’m not pleased about it, especially my stomach, which is a little lumpy.”

“From my initial visit to my one week postop appointment the staff at Sonobello has been wonderful. They readily answer questions and repeatedly ask if I understand. There are nuances that they want to make sure you understand before making this decision.
As for my results, I am visibly trying starting to see a difference (It has been 16 days since my procedure and most of the swelling has gone down) I am told the actual results can take approximately four months and based on my own research, this is pretty standard.
I also appreciated  the recommendations I’m drinking lots of water and doubling your protein intake to help with healing. To anyone considering the procedure this is highly recommended. I also add to get plenty of Sleep, as this helps with recovery as well.
I would definitely recommend Sono Bello. ”

“June 1st made a year since I had my procedure. I had Lipo360 on my upper and lower stomach, love handles and back bra roll. I did see a difference immediately after the procedure but I noticed after the swelling went down around weeks 8-10 I felt and saw the areas fatty again. At my 6 month follow up I did mention to my surgeon that I was unhappy with certain areas and my back bra roll area looked as if nothing was done on one side cuz it was lopsided. I hadn't gained weight after my procedure and I did the massages and wore my faja for 16 weeks instead of the recommended 8 hoping it would help. There's clearly still fat in the treated areas and at that 6 month appointment I was told to lose weight and go to the gym 4-5 days a week. After spending almost $7k to be told to go the gym I was extremely irritated. If I had the time to be in the gym 5 days a week I wouldn't have needed this procedure and saved my money. I had lost 20 lbs before I decided to consider Lipo360 because my weight loss had plateaued for months. They say they have a customer satisfaction guarantee to touch up any area after you are healed. However, they do everything to not have to re-do or fix anything that you are not satisfied with. I'm only about 60% satisfied with my results and I hope anyone that is looking into having Lipo360 doesn't have the same experience. F.Y.I. I'm not a big person, I'm 5'2 and weiged 164 lbs the day of my procedure and I'm currently 150 lbs.”

My lipo areas are not completely horrible I do and can see the difference but to take my hand and run it down my stomach only to feel lumps and uneven areas and knowing it’s not going to be fixed makes me feel like it was a complete waste of so much money and now Im just expected to just be ok with it. Tiffanie was warm and supportive throughout the procedure given me words of comfort and support throughout.

The after care has been excellent. Dr. Flagg personally called me to check in on me that evening after my procedure and also returned my phone call regarding a medication question I had which is new to me since doctors usually have a nurse call me back.

“All I can say is that my experience was amazing specifically with Dr Jeffery Flagg and nurse Tiffany. I went in for chin and arm lipo. I did my research on Sono and I have to say, with the mix reviews I wasn’tto sure about this place but they were more affordable than most places I checked. So I decided to shoot my shot and I’ll give you my experience from top to bottom.

First off, for the front staff, I have mixed feelings on their customer service. There are some that will give off a snooty vibe and some that are very pleasant. I had a consultation with a very nice woman named Elizabeth but I will say it felt sorta transactional but I could have misread the vibe. She was willing to work with me on my payment. I paid in full a few weeks later and set my appointment for my pre-op and surgery. Pre-op went well so not much to say there and my nurse even gave me a snack cuz I was hungry and my stomach kept growling lol.

Day of the surgery I was nervous like most I’m sure but I was greeted by a kind male nurse at the door who checked me in and took me back to my room right away.

Btw Tiffany was my nurse and Dr Jeffery Flagg was my surgeon.

I was greeted by Tiffany who went over each and every detail about what I could expect from the surgery that day and was very honest on how the numbing medication injections could be uncomfortable but tolerable based off you pain tolerance. Now I am a big baby with it comes needles of any kind but she reassured me that the doc would take care of me. She even listened to my needs and requests.

So fast forward, the doc comes in and greets me as well as reassured me that he would take care of me. He did his markings and gave me meds to calm my anxiety. we was on our way shortly after that lol.

We go into the surgery room and I was still nervous but Tiffany had music playing and again comforted and assured me that i got this. I was cleaned off and laid down on the operating table.

The doctor begins injecting me with numbing meds that only felt like tiny pinches. He made incisions in the spots that he numb and then went in with the second round of numbing meds which is an even longer needle that goes much deeper to numb the entire area that will have liposuction. He was VERY careful and gentle with the injections and again it only felt like little pinches here and there. He began the lipo after that and listened to me if I express I was uncomfortable in certain areas. I would sing the songs that played to calm my nerves and the doc made jokes and talked to me. At some point I just started to nod off to sleep here and there because there was really little in no pain at all. Once done Tiffany helped me up and took me back to my room to get dressed. She had my friend come into my room who was my ride home and gave us both my after care instructions. I was also given Dr Flagg number incase I needed to contact him with any concerns and was told that he would be calling me later that day to check on me which he did. Tiffany put me in a wheelchair and came all the way with us to the car and helped me in the car.

Sorry for such a long review but I know when I do research on things like this I hardly every see people talk about their experiences and I think it is good to pass detailed information along to others who may be wanting to get surgery and are nervous about finding the right doctor to do it.

Right now I am still swollen since I just had surgery today lol but I will say I can already see a difference in my arms and chin. I can’t wait until the swelling goes down so I can share my final results.

I have always complained about my belly since I was 14. I finally decided to get it done this year and almost 50. I was told I was perfect candidate and my skin was perfect. I had no stretch marks just c-section scars. I had it done, went back, they said I was looking good. I had my 4 month check up, which was really 5 and nothing much had changed. I was told I would follow up with my dr at the 6 month and frankly, the nurse seemed annoyed with my unhappiness. I scheduled an appointment only for it to be cancelled twice. When I finally did see the Dr, he said "you need to lose weight" (I went in a size 6). I said I lost 10 lbs. He said Oh ok. He looked at my stomach and asked what was wrong with it. I told him, it was all wavy and my bellybutton was squished. I told him that I was comfortable in a bikini before and now I dont want anyone to see my stomach. He said there wasnt much he could do because there wasnt much fat to take but he could try. I told him that didnt seem like a good choice as its not feasible for me to take time off and do all over again for a "maybe". The dr. said, "lose 5 lbs and come back Ill see if there is anything to be done" Really?? Again, I was a 6 now i am a 2/4 and you made me feel like it was something I did wrong!
I will never go back to him and so anxious about what I look like now.”

“Had an AWFUL experience. I ended up with so many dents that I looked like a potato! I had to go to another doctor for corrective liposuction and now I look GREAT. I do not recommend Sono Bello. They are only about money as each section costs more money. My lower waist was liposuctioned, which left me with a very obvious muffin top...and it definitely showed when I tried to wear form fitting clothes. Instead of Sono Bello wanting you to look good, they charge more for each section. I went to another doctor who corrected all of the mistakes that Sono Bello made AND he also did my back for no extra charge. The staff at Sono Bello overall is very nice, professional and friendly. But I had an experience with one of the nurses who disrobed me while a male nurse was in the room and I was too out of it to complain. He at least had the decency to turn his head. Find you a doctor who wants you to look good and won't nickle and dime you for each section. Sono Bello is only about money and you will definitely have to go back to get corrective surgery! Also, they do the procedure while you are awake and aware. The new place I went to put me under 100% so he can get more done. I wish I had not gone to Sono Bello in the first place.”

Who’s so busy he truly puts his patients first and my nurse, she is always so kind, attentive, and gentle, which is a big thing for women who are going through the process. I would definitely without a shadow of a doubt recommend Sonobello but I would 1 million times recommend Dr. K”

“Staff and doctors are very professional and friendly, and I absolutely adored Lucy! The problem is that Sono Bello is out to make money over you looking good. I had a procedure done on my abdomen a few years ago and the doctor did my lower waist, stating my upper waist would be an additional cost. Fast forward, I now have a muffin top because the fat was removed from my lower waist only (which honestly makes no sense) and left in my upper waist. I am having another liposuction procedure done at a different facility. The place that I am going to doesn't charge "per section" like Sono Bello does. They're going to take care of the front, back, sides (including the muffin top) at no additional cost per area. If Sono Bello REALLY wanted you to look good, they would stop being so concerned about the additional cost of the areas and include all areas that matter as long as it isn't in a completely different part of your body. My advice would be to skip Sono Bello and find a place that won't nickel and dime you. The overall goal should be to make you look good. Do your research! I wish I had, and I would not have gone to Sono Bello.”

“I had a tummy tuck, in November 2020, and not happy with the pooch above my belly button. They didn’t tell me this could happen and provided no correction. I see below this has happened to other patients. It looks very weird and my scar is about a 1/4” wide hip to hip. “So, I went there for a consultation. Every video I watched said pricing depended on your BMI or how much fat you were removing and how many areas. However; I found out that’s not completely true. I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. She is straight to the point but also very personable, even though we wear a mask you can tell she has a beautiful smile and she lights up their room , her energy is through the roof, and I asked her everything I needed to know about surgery she answered perfectly as the doctor confirmed everything she said was correct. I also asked if she would be in my surgery and she said unfortunately the way it works is we don’t know what surgery they would be in until that day, but truth be told she went and asked if she could be in my surgery and I will tell you my nerves Were gone. When I tell you they are about their patients and comfortability they are about their patients and comfortability. My doctor was Dr. Khawaja, also the best doctor I have ever met. “I am soooo happy i decided to get laser-lipo. My doctor was Dr. Flagg. He is amazing 👏🏾. He made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The nurse was extremely helpful as well. I was in very little pain and laughed throughout the procedure. I was very nervous, especially after watching so many YouTube videos on lipo. I am 3 days post OP and my recovery has been amazing. The only time i feel pain is getting in and out of bed, and the pain goes away after a minute. I take my medication as prescribed. Thanks again sono bello, it worth every penny 😁😁😁”

“So, I went there for a consultation. Every video I watched said pricing depended on your BMI or how much fat you were removing and how many areas. However; I found out that’s not completely true. I’m very petite and have very little fat. My pricing was the same as a woman 3 times taller and 4x more fat that I. No matter what you’ll pay $1795 per section. They give extra discounts and try to make you feel as if they’re doing it just for you when in fact it’s standard procedure. The discounts offered to me amounted to $1700. Although I recognized the sales tactics; the staff was WONDERFUL. Very accommodating and attentive. When I get the procedure; I’m going there.”

I see below this has happened to other patients. It looks very weird and my scar is about a 1/4” wide hip to hip. “Last year 2020, I consulted with Sheana who scheduled my two part procedure with Dr Bose, which she said was the best. A week before my first procedure Dr Bose wasn’t available, I was given another doctor, Dr P! I’m had a son and then twin girls so I really wanted to remove the stretched skin on my stomach and sides. After first procedure I felt something wasn’t right. I had a pooch above my navel and flat below. Every follow up appointment I keep saying I don’t like the pooch. The staff kept telling me you have a lot of swelling. I wanted my stomach flat above and below my navel. My hopes & dreams was to look like the ladies in the SONOBELLO. I went in for second procedure to remove back & side love handles. Long story short, Love handles are smaller but still there. My surgeon Dr P, said he can correct what I don’t like at his office and gave me his business card on my last visit. I Would Not Recommend this place to any mother who has had twins, triplets etc. My hopes were very high to finally get my body back to how it looked after my first born. I was hoping to be a model for them and show the world my before and after pictures. I’m out of a lot of money and need to go to a real plastic surgeon to do what I thought Sonobello was going to do for me. I’m so disappointed and couldn’t get any money back.”

We chatted and talked. She was patient and kind- thoroughly explained everything and answered my questions every time I interrupted her. The nurse was knowledgeable, efficient, professional and again- I felt an over all positive attitude and kindness. I just have 2 suggestions. I was shown the wrong garment for woman to wear after surgery so when I asked again if they had a sleeveless and better cut for tops for spring, the gal I saw when I met with the Dr told me that’s what I would be getting the other with sleeves was for the men.
The 2nd is when I made my appt for the surgery. Not realizing it was 2 days before Easter! As I realized this I asked if I should reschedule for the following wk and was assured by 3 different people that I would not be in an uncomfortable situation physically to go out to dinner with family who don’t know I’m doing this. I was told on my last visit that the swelling and uncomfortable physical soreness happens more on the 3rd day.
Looking bk I should have insisted on moving the date to the following wk.
Otherwise thank you for all your help and I’m hoping it will all work out over the weekend.”

“Had my procedure in November. For most of my experience, it was great. I can see results in my treated areas. Went in for my 3 month check up and told them I wasn't happy with my hip area. Thinking that was part of my procedure. Didnt know that it was a different area.. My problem is that I told my consultant my problem areas from stomach to thighs. She helped me figure out what to get done and said this is what I should have done, never said anything about my hips. I did what she said I should do. I had 5 areas done, upper and lower stomach, waist, inner and outer thighs, and paid $7000. They told me if I want to fix that area I would have to pay 3500 more. So now I have to hate how I look. I can't even change pant sizes because I have fat there.”

Dr.Bazell is friendly, honest , cares about your well being and advise on results and your after care . He Called the night of surgery just to check in on you and it’s like 930 at night. He cares and is not grumpy when he calls. Talks to you thru out surgery to check on your pain status. The front office is great too. Overall good experience. To anyone looking to do this remember it’s a lifestyle change after process and you will be happy with results in my humble opinion.”

“Although the staff is extremely accommodating and friendly. The doctor that performed my surgery seemed to be put off by how much pain I was in and instead of chosing to make me more comfortable he did more on one leg than the other. They did not communicate with my reg doctor about my psin meds and it became unnecessary drama. Then the pandemic came and I feel like I was dropped like a hot potato. They got their money. I still have FAT filled inner thighs. I did.misd an appt. But I have rescheduled before without being comepletey dropped forgotten. OH BUT THAT WAS BEFORE THEY HAD MY MONEY. WATCH OUT. ITS ALL ABOUT GETTING YOUR MONEY. THEN FORGET YOU!!!!!”

“This was ABSOLUTELY the most unprofessional experience I have ever seen. When you are thinking about doing the procedure with them it is an AMAZING experience. On top of it they say if you are not satisfied they will fix it. Once the procedure is over and you have paid the service goes into the toilet. They always have new Doctors and their staff is extremely unprofessional. The client consultant Shana Monsori berated my wife and yelled at her. No one calls you back when they say they will call you back and on top of it you have to chase them down. I personally spent over 20 years as an executive at a Fortune 500 company and have NEVER seen anyone so mistreated. Beware of the bait and switch. Also the completely unacceptable, unprofessional and rude treatment you will receive after the treatment.”

“Terrible experience. The sales person was very high pressure, I agreed to a procedure after being assured if I decided against I could receive a full refund. I contracted COVID in between the initial 30 min consultation and never saw a doctor at all. When I tried to cancel Sono Bello then charged me $1995.00 in administrative fees. OUTRAGEOUS! I cancelled the procedure nearly 2 weeks ahead of time since I was still recovering. They DID NOT CARE. Customer service is terrible here. Don't go there.”
