“I met with Liz for the consultation. She was a great sales person who sold me on the procedures. She scheduled me for two pre op appointments and two procedures and I paid half of the cost of the procedures that day. The first pre op appointment was today. I drove all the way to Denver only to find out that my appointments had been cancelled with no explanation as to why. The Denver office staff was less than friendly. Liz called me to let me know she had cancelled my appointments due to a medical condition I have, but failed to let me know. I wasted 2 1/2 hours driving because she couldn't be bothered to make a 2 minute phone call. And, to add insult to injury it's going to take 30 days to get the refund of the money I paid up front. We are all just cows being run through their system for our money. I do have to comment that Jayden has been nothing but friendly and helpful.”

“Everyone was kind and professional. I did not feel pressured into anything. They offer a military discount which is a real plus in Colorado Springs. They do not perform the procedures here, but up in Greenwood Village.

There was “christian” music playing in the waiting area at the same time there was an infomercial for SonoBello. Very distracting and unsettling. I did ask if they were LGBTQ+ friendly and was told they are.

I did not choose to have anything done as I found even with various discounts and finance offered the cost was prohibitive for me.”
