Besides having a great staff - shout out to Vida (not sure if I am spelling her name correctly) in Troy and Nicole in Lansing - the procedure itself was easy and went flawlessly. Very little discomfort during the procedure. The first 12 hours were pretty sore but now at 24 hours, I am feeling very good. Still a little sore but not too terrible. Super happy I did this for myself.”

“Walking into the Sono Bello office in Lansing MI, I was very pleasantly surprised and totally impressed just with the beautiful office space, and then by the Office Mgr Shelby, who was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, professional and had a beautiful personality that exuded how much she cared and really loved her job!!!
And when I became hot (I get hot when I’m nervous) 😬 she immediately noticed and brought me an ice pack from the fridge and it helped me so much!!!
