“I showed up to my appointment today at the Warwick RI location 30 minutes early and filled out the paperwork. My appointment was for 11:00am. Right at 11am, the doctor comes out and asked the receptionist “ok, who am I seeing next?” The receptionist whispered to the doctor that the man in the waiting room would be next. You can hear a pin drop in there, so I could hear her whispering. Well, what she did was give away my time slot without my permission. Two minutes go by, and I know exactly what they did, so I decided to speak up and ask if they are now running behind schedule. The receptionist actually looked me in the eye and said “Ohhhh, do you have somewhere to be?” Um. What? Yeah, right here for my appointment is where I have to be! I said, how long am I now going to have to wait? She said she thought maybe 10 minutes. I waited 10 minutes, and at 11:12am I stood up and walked out.

They gave my time slot away without permission and did not communicate anything to me until I spoke up for myself. Very unprofessional and disrespectful way to treat people.”

And offered water or tea by Tina the front office manager. And was told that I will be seen for consult shortly. A few minutes later I was. Greeted by the consult person. Named Rachael. She immediately had good conversation to get to know me and put me at ease. Knowing that there would be discussion on body contour. After ten to fifteen minutes. She asked what can we do for u. I stood up showed her in the mirror. Right away she advised three different procedures. And had a doctor in mind for my situation. We discussed price. We agreed. She booked the appointment.
