“I think you should offer two of the original garments. It’s been a month and with washing it is getting warm out and I have another 8 weeks of night wear.
When I was measured for the garment we purchased a 2nd one for $90 more. The measurements that your nurse gave was for a large. I got them two weeks after procedure but could get either of them on so I was told to return for shipping $26 to get an XL but I guess there was some dog hair on one of them so company returned it and exchanged the other L for XL now almost 4 weeks and the large fits fine the XL is pretty big. I would suggest if people say it doesn’t fit tell them to wait a week this cost me additional $90 plus $26 shipping. I was concerned during the two weeks of exchange and purchased one for $30 off of Amazon it might not be perfect but it’s working for me it’s snug. Also when I came in for post op the incision above my belly button wasn’t infected just red and irritated. I put peroxide on it and the Dr advised not to. I only did it once and just yesterday the scab came off but it’s still gooey looking it’s not infected I had a nurse friend check it. But the scar tape still can’t be applied so I’m sure it will scar but I’m not worried my bikini days are over. The whole heeling process I get is different for everyone I think I’m in the middle I felt it was more painful than I thought it would be. All seems to be going now and I’m excited to see my self in July. The three month mark.”

“I was very excited after hearing from a friend that just had AbEx to find out more and explore my options. Sadly, my experience was much worse than hers.

Kayla, the consultant, was extremely supportive and the nurses were all very kind and helpful, although they seemed afraid to speak up for patients that are writhing in pain and crying from mostly the pain, but also the emotional experience I was having as they removed my 50 years of trauma/emotional eating to deal with it.

In the Pre-op with the surgeon, Dr S, she advised me to get the AbEx although I chose against it, and we all know surgeons go into this field to cut. I figured, I’m 50yo I haven’t had any children - therefore my skin hasn’t been THAT stretched out to hold a human so I figured I’d be ok just getting laser lipo (upper/lower ab, waist, hips, and back roll) and then the recovery wouldn’t be as long.

Also in Pre-Op I was VERY clear that I use marijuana on a regular basis and that I also take Xanax here and there to help with my anxiety on days where it’s flaring up. They shared what sounded like it would be a “twilight” procedure where u are semi-awake- NOT the case. (For my part, I will say that I should’ve asked more questions about their protocols for pain management with patients during the procedure)

ow to the day of what I now call the medieval torture chamber - I had an IV placed by the nurse and was given 1-325 mg(?) Percocet and 1 mg Xanax. Come to find out the IV was for “antibiotics” not what they normally do in a twilight but I still thought that I’d be getting more pain killer thru the IV in the procedure room.

This was NOT the case.

Now to the bedside manner, or lack thereof, of Dr.S. I’m on the table - wide awake, feeling everything, crying uncontrollably due not only to the pain, but also bc of how she was talking to me.

I was basically trying to breath thru it and sounded like I was giving birth to triplets naturally.

Dr. S at multiple times told me to be quiet and to stop moving my legs which I complied to best of my ability - but that’s a natural reaction to PAIN!

Dr. S also told me to be quiet bc there were people (aka new customers) in the hallway.

Dr. S told me I needed to find a therapist bc I was crying and told had her about how I was thinking of this fat removal.

At some point towards the middle of the procedure - I was given another Xanax due to my screaming/howling but no pain killer (they COULD have given me one more Percocet and perhaps my experience would’ve been totally different).

At one point, after finishing most of my body parts - she had one left to go - she left to do a consult for another patient - it’s really inappropriate and possibly against ethics (?) to leave someone on the table (especially in the state I was in). One positive was it did allow me to catch my breath and calm down.

At the end she told me I wouldn’t remember any of this. Guess what - I remember exactly how unkind, rude, dismissive and intensely gaslight-y she was - she said things that made me feel like I was the problem the entire time

She also spoke to her staff in the same demanding, rude manner - I felt bad for them, bc she’s scary!

I would NEVER suggest anyone suffer through what I experienced. Ask even more questions than I did - expect the worse and maybe it won’t be as bad. I will be speaking to anyone that listens bc no one deserves to be treated like that during a very vulnerable procedure.”

“1. The consultation was with a patient care employee instead of the surgeon who overpromised what the surgeon underdelivered.
2. I had the same surgery performed three times only for me to have a double chin and my face to end up lopsided.
3. The first surgery didn’t have significant results as one would expect after enduring that much pain and paying that much money.
4. I had to wait six months to get approved for a satisfaction guarantee revision surgery that caused nerve damage and left half of my mouth droopy for at least a week and slowly started to get better after a month thanks to outside treatment. SonoBello did not call me back with any solutions when I immediately alerted them about the situation.
5. After practically begging and waiting another six months, they performed a third surgery to try and even out my face (which I had to pay the surgery fee for again) that still left my face asymmetrical.
6. After begging management to call me back, they never did. But one of their Venus technicians said they would give me two skin tightening laser treatments for free. Which is a joke since two treatments is not going to make my face symmetrical again.
7. Their scheduling is very unreliable. 90% of my appointments got rescheduled due to scheduling conflicts on their end.
8. Their managers are always “in a meeting” and never call you back.
9. The only positive thing about my experience is that their nurses and the Venus technician are extremely nice people.

UPDATE: I was able to get in touch with one of SonoBello‘s patient experience directors to discuss all of my concerns and brainstorm acceptable solutions. They were extremely supportive and I truly appreciate their efforts to make things right.”

“I had an ABEX procedure after losing 60 pounds. I am now at day 12 and I am still pretty swollen, but the bruising is lessening for sure. Dr. Sherafgan is awesome and all the nurses and office staff have all been great. I was very scared, I am not going to lie about being awake after a terrible hysterectomy experience many years ago but Dr. Sherafgan really walked me through the whole procedure and while I did feel some pain at times during it, I was actually chatty (maybe to keep my mind off what was happening) during the procedure. I was not in pain afterwards as still numb, but after a nap when I returned home, I definitely felt discomfort, so take the pain pills. Nothing I wasn’t prepared for by the Dr. though. On my one week visit I actually saw the Dr. and she was again very reassuring and helpful. So far I have nothing bad to say and a full five stars. I canjot wait to see the results. “Apologies for the long review, but I feel like potential patients will want to know all of this.

My experience here was quite negative. During the initial consultation with Kayla I told her that three years ago I had abdominal surgery of a completely different nature (the details were shared with her, but due to privacy would prefer not to go into those here), and stated that I thought the surgeon may want more detail before deciding on whether or not to proceed with me as a patient. I offered to provide surgical notes, results of followup care, and MRI imaging, but was told he could obtain those things himself. I stressed that I did not want to waste anyone's time with additional appointments or consults until the surgeon had ample opportunity to review these things and either ask me more questions or make a decision on his own. I was assured that this would happen. A surgical date was chosen, and a pre-op appointment made, with the promise that the surgeon would be doing homework on my case and reaching out to cancel if needed. I also paid a deposit, with the guarantee it would be refunded if the doctor declined to proceed.

Fast forward to the day of my pre-op consult. Dr. Cooper had not done any of the research on my case that had been promised, and was simply going on the information provided to him by Kayla via text message. Please keep in mind that Kayla is a sales consultant, not a medical professional. This was disappointing, as I had been expecting a higher level of preparation. When we started to discuss my history and the surgery he made an immediate decision to not proceed with my scheduled procedure. He then chose to lecture me on judgment and safety, which I found condescending. Especially as I was the one trying to achieve a safe outcome and good result, and he had was the one unprepared for our appointment. His lack of preparation felt negligent to me, especially as I had been so transparent from minute one.

My consult with Dr. Cooper was followed by an impromptu meeting with the practice manager. I believe her name was Andrea, but I could be mistaken. I explained why I was upset, and that I felt that my time had been wasted, which is incredibly disrespectful. Please keep in mind that my initial consult started 45 minutes late, and that I saw Dr. Cooper an hour after my scheduled time with him. This absolute waste of time pre-op consult took over 2.5 hours, and shouldn't have happened at all. She offered to have another surgeon at the practice review my case file the following day, and that I would obviously have the option for a full refund of my deposit.

A week later I still had not heard anything about followup research by the other surgeon, and had decided that I did not feel comfortable with Sono Bello in general. I called to ask for my refund, and was told by Kayla that a full refund may not be possible. This is clearly outrageous, but her claim was that I had made the doctor uncomfortable by disclosing 'new' information. This is false. Nothing new was disclosed, and he is the one who elected to cancel. It has been a week since that conversation and I still have not received my refund, so I will be calling Visa to report fraud. I have also left multiple messages for the practice manager, none of which have been returned.

In hindsight, I realize that in our initial meeting Kayla was telling me what I wanted to hear, without considering reality. Some examples: I told her I had a scuba vacation planned for three weeks after the procedure. She told me this wasn't a problem, but I have since learned I should not be in an ocean or pool for 30 days post op due to bacteria concerns. I asked for a list of drugs that would be used during the procedure, as I get drug tested at work and wanted to do research on how long they would be in my system. She kept assuring me that 48 hours would be fine, without providing me with drug details. I have since learned that 5 days would be the minimum. Things like this are a big deal, and should not be taken lightly. There is more, but you get the point.”

Nothing has changed and I’m almost at 6 months from my procedure my feet are still getting swollen and sometimes make it hard to walk. Before my procedure I didn’t eat health or worked out and after the procedure I changed my eating habits and started working out about 4-5 times a week & I weight more than I did before the procedure. I’m very disappointed I thought this would boost my confidence & make me feel good about myself but instead I have people telling me I got ripped off because they see no change. I also haven’t seen a change in my clothing size. I tried talking to the nurse who saw my in my 3 month follow up appointment and all she said was give it time and “when we put the old pictures of you and the new pictures of you together we see some change so that means that it made a difference.” But why do I still look the same and on top of that swelling on my feet is really bad and haven’t gone down? I would suggest spending that much money else where and actually go for a tummy tuck or something where you will actually see change in your body for that amount…..(The picture of me in the sweater is in October before my procedure. “I elected for the AbEx and liposuction procedures in May 2023. It’s been almost a year, and I still can’t get over how this company of slimy salespeople scammed me and took away my right to consent to what happens to my body under sedation. I can’t let them do this to other people.
I did my homework and research and decided against a tummy tuck because of the 12-week recovery period and hip-to-hip scar one is left with post-op. I did not want either of those and was very vocal and straightforward about it in my consultation appointment.
When I asked in my consultation about the scar, I was told it would leave me with no additional scar, they would just go in through my C-section scar. They did go in through my C-section scar, but they made it 3 times the size and it is a jagged incision. I’m left with a horrible, jagged hip-to-hip scar I did not consent to.
Per charts in manuals they provide to their patients for the AbEx procedure the restriction on activity is don't lift over 15 pounds for two weeks, then can resume normal activity. No swimming or immersed in water activities for one month. There are also posted comfort levels and days off work charts very far from what I experienced, and I have a BMI 0f 26-27 (the charts provided are based on having a BMI over and under 30) and I have experienced a few surgeries, including this was my 4th abdominal surgery. I was unable to resume normal activity for at least 3 months and my scar wasn’t healed enough to be in water for at least 2.5 months. I also was very vocal concerning summer activities, events, pool and beach parties I had planned in my consultation and was reassured not to worry, I will not have any problem with those activities in the time frame I discussed, I was told I would be recovered in 3 weeks 4 tops. I had to cancel many activities, inconveniencing not only me but my family and my two- and four-year-old daughters.
I had no choice once I awoke from my procedure. I had a hip-to-hip scar I was told I wouldn’t have and had to endure a long recovery process which I was told wouldn’t be. This company took away my right to consent to what happens to my body during a medical procedure under sedation.
They took my time and my families’ time and left me with an incredibly large scar and weird dents in my legs where I had liposuction, still present almost a year later.
If I wanted a 12-week recovery period and hip-to-hip scar I would have elected to have a tummy tuck done and had my diastasis recti repaired, but I didn’t want these things, they happened to me while I was asleep.
I can’t let this company do this to other people. The slimy salespeople at this company will lie to you when you voice to them your medical concerns. They will take away your right to consent too. Why? They just had to make the sale?”

“The team and office is very professional. The doctor that performed my procedure did a great job. I had an outer thigh reduction and my thighs before were not symmetrical but he managed to not make me look like I had a large bite taken out of my leg. It seemed like just enough. My only complaint would be that the patient information I was given to prep for the procedure and after the procedure were not specific to my procedure.

Now I’m having the venous procedure done to reduce cellulite and tighten the skin. I still have a ways to go to see results. David is very nice and tries to make you as comfortable and relaxed as possible. I will let you know how it goes.”

I did my part and arrived 15 minutes early, filled out paperwork, and I was LITERALLY the only person in there with a receptionist and Kayla in the back. “I was skeptical at first because I thought I was getting information on laser treatment. Immediately I was introduced with information on abex (surgery of cutting off loose skin and lipo). After discussing abex I received my quote. I was surprised with the cost and decided I should think further. After 2 weeks of weighing pros and cons I decided to go ahead with abex. BEST decision I ever made. Well worth EVERY SINGLE PENNY. I had some pain for 3 days. The pain feeling was like I did 1000 situps. Each day got better. Within 2 weeks most tightness of pain was gone. I love my new body. Scar is along the creaseline from left to right of my tummy. Scar is getting less n less visible after 4 months.
The staff is professional and very caring. They go above and beyond to answer all questions to give you comfort and confidence of success. Their patience with all my questions was so much appreciated. I always felt my decision to move forward with the surgery was a good one.
Dr. Cooper is wonderful. I am so happy with the results. Dr. Cooper continues to reassure me to see him if I have difficulties or questions. Only issue I experienced is a few of my stitches did not dissolve. This is common and a warm compress will push them out. Dr. Cooper reassured me to come in as often as needed and he will remove them. He is good to his word because he has done this for me.
Hands down I want to thank everyone at Sonobello.
I will and have shared my excitement with many friends about the best decision I made doing abex. No regrets, just happiness. I continue to work out, do my walking and yoga to help with my results of healing.”

“Everyone at the San Diego office is very kind and genuine. I had the trisculpt done on my abs and hips 2 days ago and I cannot begin to tell you how happy, thankful, and encouraged I am. Pre-op was a breeze with nurse Char. They make sure you are heavily dosed but still coherent. The procedure itself had a couple moments that didn't hurt necessarily, but were a little uncomfortable. You can feel what's going on but not in a painful way if that makes sense. Dr. Cooper moved quickly and efficiently to ensure my comfort.

Today the swelling is less than yesterday and I don't feel the need to take the narcotic pain meds. Ibuprofen for the win! I know the journey just begun, but I can already see that my love handles are completely gone. I always thought liposuction would be way out of my financial abilities, but SonoBello San Diego made it possible for me to start feeling comfortable in my clothes and skin. “My name is Ryan,
I am a 58 year old man that had ignored my overall health for years ( not just covid time frame). I had decided to start an eating change to my lifestyle and was making slow progress. 20lbs in a few months. As I continued my healthier lifestyle choices I added walking and light weight lifting to my routine. At one point, I realized that this slow process would be successful but I became impatient with a few trouble spots that were not being affected by my diet and exercise. In order to continue with my motivation I decided to explore the benefits of Sono Bello and what they could offer me both physically and psychologically. I made an appointment with Kayla and we discussed in depth what these procedures could and couldn't do for my current BMI and long term goals. The knowledge and professionalism that Kayla showed during my consultation gave me a realistic expectation of what could be done. We discussed numerous procedures as well as the cost breakdown for each as we mixed and matched the ones that would give me the most bang for my buck so to speak. My main focus as a 58 year old man with a BMi of 38 was my upper and lower abdomen as well as the notorious love handles and back hips. Everything was spelled out financially in layman's terms and I made the decision that this was right for me.
My pre op visit with Dr Cooper was enlightening as he gave me even more realistic detail and expectations. Even though I was quoted an overall price for my procedure for 1 operation, we decided to do my procedures in 2 stages, so as to maximize the amount of fat he could remove. At No Additional Charge I might add.
My stage 1 consisted of upper and lower abdomen liposuction as well as Ab EX, which for the average person is excess loose skin removal to tighten up your stomach area to your public area. I highly recommend if you have been heavy in that area for a long time. The 2nd stage would consist of love handles hips and lower back hips.
All of this for the initial price agreed up at my first consultation.
Post stage one results:
With the upper lower ab and the Ab-EX it's been 3 weeks and aside from the normal swelling, my experience has been fantastic. You will need extra time off with the skin removal fyi. But, even with the swelling, it has been inspiring thinking about the end results in a few months.
Stage 2:
I just had my stage 2 surgery and as mentioned above it was smooth, easy and even more motivational for me knowing where I will be in 3 to 6 months. This is not for everyone, but if you have committed to getting your overall health under control, this is an absolute motivator. I look forward to seeing my progress as the swelling subsides in the next few months and cannot thank the staff, from reception to the nurses and Dr Cooper for their expertise and this positive experience.
I would highly recommend Sono Bello to anyone that is looking into restoring their self image and ready to commit to a new lifestyle change both psychologically and physically.

“AVOID IF YOU CAN!
My experience started off great, all the staff was very friendly and nice. Everyone says the inner thighs were going to be “easy” per the sales rep, “easy” says the nurse, and “easy” says the doctor. So I get the surgery very excited. Day of surgery: was there early, but I was pulled 1.5 hours late, I had 2 incisions(which I was told I would have 4, and there were multiple messy lines drawn on my thighs as if someone didn’t know where to draw.
WELL at the very first 3 month follow up I told them that I was concerned that the thighs were still rubbing pretty good I was worried they didn’t get the full area- to which they brushed off and said “it takes a full year” and I didn’t see the nurse take down my concerns. The 6 month and year follow was the same- expressed my concerns and nothing was written down because I had to “wait until a year”.

THEN At the post year meeting with the nurse and her excuse was that it was because of my “bone structure” and the inner thighs “were a tricky area.” I explained to her that not anytime pre-surgery or post surgery did ANYONE communicate to me that this area was “tricky” and that it was due to my “bone structure” COME ON! So the doctor then came in to express my concerns he said the area I was concerned about was a different area than what I paid for EVEN THOUGH it was still part of the inner thighs.
Then he proceeded to tell me that he wouldn’t feel comfortable going in a second time because it’s risky, but I could get a second opinion (no thank you- especially if he doesn’t feel comfortable doing it).
He did say that someone named America” would reach out to “make things right.” That didn’t happen. I called every 2 weeks for 2 months to talk to one of the reps and EVERY TIME someone was on vacation or “unavailable” to address my follow up concerns. I gave up calling and am leaving my review to warn others. I have still NOT been contacted although I have left many messages with their staff. This has been going on since February 2023.

Avoid the disappointment and go to a real plastic surgeon that will get the results you actually WANT.”

“BEWARE-- these people are shysters and grifters! Their salesperson Kayla gave me false information and told me lies of omission, then when their surgeon told me she would not do the procedure on me the following day as scheduled, they refused to give back my $6000. First they told me they would refund all but the surgical fee of $2195, then when I asked for the rest to be refunded, she refused to do that either. Now I have to fight it out with the credit card company and/or in court. The Doctor I met with was also very condescending, kept calling me "sweetie" or "honey". The information she gave me was very different than what the salesperson told me, I learned that the surgery can be very painful, might rupture adjacent organs, would result in 1" scars all over my body which might not heal well, and that I would be swollen for 3-4 months. News to me! Also that I'd have to take 5 or 6 medications for several weeks. STAY AWAY from this business, they are extremely shady and will do anything to keep your money once they have it!”

“I had 2 procedures done at Sonobello. The first procedure went very well and I’m happy with the results. The second procedure didn't go well at all. In fact I believe they missed areas that I paid for or weren't done properly.

I contacted Sonobello liposuction San Diego continue to enforce their six month rule even though I've screen that they missed areas that I paid for. He got to the point where the manager of the facility would not return my call. In order to move things forward I had to contact corporate and even that resulted in not being seen for over a month to point out my concerns.

At this point I retained an attorney tell me sort out this issue. I'll update this review based on how SonoBello handles this going forward.”

“So I had Sono bello procedure done about 6 months ago now at the La Jolla location I have had my 6 month fallow which I thought I would see the Dr regarding my progress. I didn’t see that dr and was made another apt to see him about 1 month later then they called to reschedule my apt again and I have been hoping to see the Dr to discuss a revision . So by the time you have your procedure wait then “mandatory”6 months then see a nurse, not the actual Surgeon! This was not what I was told and not what I expected I waited so long to and did my part in working out and results are still not satisfactory to me and I still am yet to see the surgeon! This is not what they tell you when you pay!
Recovery wise it’s exactly as they say pretty much, but results is what you go through it all for and if it takes almost a year later to see a dr then I can’t say I would recommend this.
I have pockets of fat left behind that just looks like swollen fat that was left behind, it constantly looks puffy and where I was told my sides would be snatched they indeed are not.
I fallow sono bellow Facebook page support group which I highly suggest to any one looking into getting this procedure. And I see people who started out with what looks like more body fat then me and they look great.So while they say they guarantee your satisfaction it’s getting there that is the hard part. I will be almost 8 months out from my surgery and since I saw the Surgean last. If my results were 100% it wouldn’t matter but because they are not I will say be careful because after you pay and they get there money getting you back in to confirm your results with the Dr is hard!”

“Worst experience ever!!! My first time looking into a procedure and Kayla and the pre op experience was horrible. I arrived to my pre op appointment the day before the procedure. I walked out of this place in tears. My husband thought it was very impersonal to meet the doctor the day before the surgery. The security of your information (i.e. your identification and social etc. is asked to be submitted via text message) there were more than three payments processed. After extensive conversations with Kayla, we decided not to go with Sono Bello and Kayla said she would only refund me my full amount if I took down my Yelp reviews. I'm very concerned with the security of our information and our ability to finally be done with this location. I wanted to believe at the very least that this office had a receptive staff member ( Kayla who is in the procedure with the doctor)
Kayla was the person to look at my body first (she's in charge of the financial portion only). It was absolutely horrible and to end on the note of Kayla threatening not to refund unless we take down the Yelp review is insane. We spoke with the customer service number and they stated that we should have our refund in its entirety. This felt like a third world country experience. We are military and they took advantage of our time and money. No respect for people.”

When I was making my payment an issue came up with my card and I had to leave and go to my bank. I found out due to family reasons I could no longer afford to do this at this time. I went in and told Kayla I couldn't go forward with the procedure at this time and was told I would be refunded all but $1,995. I think this is way wrong. I never finished making the transaction cuz of the issue with my card. And why would you force something on someone knowing they can't afford it. She offered to remove some of the services I wanted to lower the price to return a small amount of my money. I wouldn't go to have these services done partially so I'm extremely unhappy. Everyone I think about yesterday I get bad anxiety. I feel like I've been ripped off and I'm not looking forward to the procedure at all. I want a full refund. I really feel I'm entitled to it cuz I never made payment in full. There was no payment arrangements. I just want my money back. It took me a really long time to save that money.”

“I absolutely love my results and I'm only at week two! I had a tummy tuck 10 years ago and was never satisfied with my results. I always had a pooch in my lower belly that never went away even with the tummy tuck. At sono bello I felt comfortable from the beginning talking about finance all the way through my post op appointment. My stomach is flatter than it has ever been and I'm only at week two. Another plus is they didn't use the harsh anesthesia like when I got my tummy tuck! The pain was minimal. I only used the pain meds through the night and was up and walking the next day. I recommend taking at minimum seven days to recover. I was back at work by day 5 but was still very stiff. No pain just very swollen and stiff. By day 7 I was pretty much running up the stairs again with ease. I'm at week 2 now and there is zero pain, the stiffness has gone away and I only have a few spots that are tender. I am running up and down the stairs with ease and able to pick my kids up with no issues. I look in the mirror and love what I see and I'm not even done healing!!! Drink plenty of water and follow their instructions pre and post op and this will be the best decision ever!!!!!! ”

“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize the Staff at Sono Bello in La Jolla (San Diego). From the minute I first met with Kayla my coordinator, she continued to follow up with me consistently which I felt was very professional. I also want to complement Dr. G for not only his bedside manner, but for going to town on me with my body sculpting. I was fairly out of it during the procedure, but remember his hip music which made me relax and especially remember him working vigorously to get the 1.5 liters of fat out of my body that he did. The healing process has been a lot more painful than I thought it would be, but RX prescribed seemed to be more than adequate. I also want to mention both Amanda and Andrea were terrific to me as well. Over all my experience at La Jolla Sono Bello has been a 5 STAR experience so far. Now, I am getting sessions with the Venus on my chin and underneath areas. I am excited about my new body going into 2020 and just thought I’d take a moment to give thanks to those who have taken such great care of me. “This review is for America, the brat who works upfront. This is a funny story so get ready. I was contacted by Addie, the manager, for an interview to work at Sono Bello. I called back and scheduled my interview and was told I would get an email with directions. I never received the email so I called back later in the day to confirm. America had such an attitude over an email. AN EMAIL. I told her I never got it and she confirmed my email and I AGAIN told her I NEVER got the email. I asked what was in the email and her response was ‘You’re just gonna have to find it.’ At that point I told her I was just gonna cancel the interview. Her response.. ‘Sounds Good, Thanks!’ What a nice representation of your company(: I can see why you guys are hiring, that brat needs to get fired ASAP, if that’s how she talks to potential co-workers I can’t even imagine how she talks to clients. “After loosing 80 lbs i decided to get a tummy tuck and lipo done on my sides to help with improve my overall shape and remove excess skin. After getting my procedure I brought up concerns that i didnt see a difference and my concerns were ignored. I asked what I be doing excercise wise and I was advised to continue with my routine which included weight training. After a few months I began to put on muscle mass which meant I gained weight. I was told that was the reason I didn't see the results I paid for. Its been 6 months and i look the same. My concerns have been ignored and no one there seems to care. My sides look exactly the same. In short I don't recommend this place I would say take your business elsewhere because theres a good chance you won't be happy going here.”

“I just got the trisculpt done 2 days ago in San diego, so too early to comment on results. I am also not happy with their sales staff who are pushy and do not answer questions properly. However, my physician was great (Dr. G!). So were the nurses. I did the procedure over the long weekend and while tracking my recovery was freaking out about what procedure was actually done , was wondering if I what I did was really minimally invasive or more like traditional lipo (cause it does hurt a day later). But despite the long weekend my physician called within 10 minutes of my call to their answering service and explained exactly what I had done , what the terms mean and how everyone is different with respect to amount of pain etc. He also seemed honest and straight forward during and before the surgery with his explanations and was patient with all my questions. I will see what kind of post op care and customer service I get and how the results look. So far I don't see any negatives other than some bruising and swelling that I was informed about. I hope to see the results of in a week or two. I do think they should fix their sales and marketing to be more professional. This is a big medical decision and not giving refunds if someone has second thoughts about going through does not seem right. I hope all their medical staff is as professional as my doctor was. It is painful but not unbearable and I would recommend as long as folks can afford it and have realistic expectations. ”
