At Sono Bello, we also use localized anesthesia instead of general anesthesia, which is used for most traditional liposuction procedures. The use of localized anesthesia keeps patients awake and comfortable during the procedure and minimizes risk and recovery time.  

All patients need follow-up appointments at one week and three months after surgery to ensure that pain is well controlled and there are no infections. At Sono Bello Westchester, post-operative appointments are done by our experienced lead RNs. However, your surgeon will be available as needed.
