“I had my first consultation 7 months ago. I wrote a 5 star review. I saved the money and went back to Tiffany. I was disappointed that the cost went up because I worked hard to lose weight and drop my BMI so it would be cheaper but nonetheless I decided to move forward with breast augmentation before lipo. My husband also had a consultation to do lipo and skin tightening surgery. I had my surgicslvconsultation with Dr. Schaner. My husband and I did NOT like this surgeon. I am a Doctor of Pharmacy and no slouch to the medical field. He was very callous. In my consult with Tiffany none if us even thought I needed a lift. Dr. Schaner recommended a lift. I told him I didn't want a lift. I was pleased with the AI model Tiffany showed me with just implants. I have large ariolas and I don't want to cut them which would be required for a lift. Dr. Schaner said the AI model was inaccurate and that it wouldn't look right unless I got a lift. He manipulated one boob and my nipple was hard which caused my ariola to change size. The other side the nipple was not hard and the ariola was it's normal size. He took his surgical measurements. My husband even mentioned it out loud to Dr. Schaner and he didn't bother to re-measure. These are the preliminary surgical measurements. Pretty sure it needs to be precise. Dr. Schaner then indicated that my nipple should be much higher and he pointed in the middle of my chest. My husband is a man's, man and he knows what a great set of boobs should look like so we starkly disagreed with Dr. Schaner. I dont want fake looking boobs. I just want my boob but slightly bigger. He actually hurt my feelings because Tiffany didn't think I needed a lift either. I have always been confident and have received many compliments the way they are so I left my consultation feeling really self conscious as if something was wrong with me anatomically. It's my woman parts and I am just a bit sensitive about it. I didn't want a male Doctor anyway. He didn't even fill out all the paperwork that needed to be filled out. I signed blank consent forms because he left the room to soon. Horrible experience. I have chosen not to do surgery. I was offered a consultation with another surgeon but in my opinion if they hired Dr. Schaner whom I consider to be incompetent to practice then I don't care who the other surgeon is. There is no way I am trusting this company with my body if they can't even get preliminary measurements right. The whole consultation was disorganized and awkward. I drove 3 hours round trip. Wholly disappointed. Surely there are better surgeons. I will re-visit this again at a future date after I have thoroughly researched every surgeon in the state. I was kind-of just trusting the process. I am a Doctor. From one Doctor to another you have an immediate trust because you understand each other and possess a similar core knowledge. I was out on this guy. No go for me. I love my body. I just wanted to make some enhancements to an already beautiful body. My husband and I felt like Dr. Schaner was just pressing for the upsell to male more money on the surgery. I worked hard to save money to pay cash. They are charging me for a surgery that I couldn’t have. And will not tell me where my deposit ($2,000) went.
Nice and upbeat when you go in. But the sales person is NOT a Dr. You will be sent to OKC to see an actual surgeon that will be determine if you are a candidate for whatever procedure you are wanting.and if you are NOT a candidate they will still charge you.

This is what happen to me:
I was suppose to get arm lipo and chin lipo. I supposedly came on the “perfect” day because the chin lipo was going to be free. The total amount was going to be about $5,000. The deposit of $2,000 would be applied to the total. I went to preop appointment in Oklahoma City with Dr. Braswell and he said that I am NOT a candidate for my arm surgery and that he wouldn’t do it. I still wanted my chin done and was told he would do that and the girls in Tulsa could just charge me for my chin. My chin cost $2,992.60. So I should owe $992.60 right? No, they are charging me the total of both surgery’s $5,000 even though I wasn’t a candidate for my arms and only had my chin done.

I was told 5x that the price would be adjusted by the Dr and the women in Tulsa (Tiffany, Tonya) I called the day of my surgery to confirm that the amount would be corrected. They confirmed and said they would call me the next day because I might be “loopey” from the medication.

I have texts and proof that I have reach out before and after surgery. They ignored me until I got a lawyer involved. I will be taking them to court.”

I told her I had some upcoming vacations in May and she told me “oh you will be fine”. The doctor and nurse explained to me it take 6-8 weeks to heal. I asked Tiffany were their any side effects or contraindications and she stated “no none at all”. There are contraindications and side effects with every surgical procedure. She told me with this procedure I would be summer bod ready this summer. As the nurse and doctor explained to me at pre op, you can have swelling up to 6 months. So no I was not happy at all with Tiffany at my consult. Be honest so people know what to expect. I was extremely happy with my pre op visit and the surgical experience. Dr. Eid, Kirstyn, and Audrey were very honest, informative, great bed side manor, and addressed all my questions and concerns honestly.”

Update: I am now 4 months post-op and couldn’t be happier with my results. My procedure went smoothly (procedures are done in OKC). Everything was well explained during my pre-op appt and we felt very prepared for what recovery would look like. The surgeon called the next day to check on me and her assistant called a couple of days later. I was able to get questions answered via text and phone when needed. The whole process was great. I'm 62 years old and am so thankful that I took the giant leap and had my estrogen apron and front bra handles removed. She performed micro-laser liposuction on my upper, lower, and sides of the abdomen and the front bra-handles.

I had my upper and lower stomach , waist, front and back bra roll areas and chin done. I am 53 years old so I did not expect to come out like I was in my 20's. My results were beyond my expectations and I am very happy I made this choice. You need to be real with your expectations because not everyone's skin goes back the same. Do I look like I am in my 20's? No, but I feel like it! I am amazed how just taking the extra fat especially around the stomach area how my back feels so much better. Does it hurt you ask? Not gonna lie it was not a cake walk but I will say it did not hurt so bad that I would not do it again. I absolutely would! Childbirth is painful but we still have kids. Does it cost alot you ask? Hire a babysitter. Make the 3 1/2 hour round-trip. I get there to an OFFICE BUILDING where they inform me that the procedures are done in OKC. The price ended up being $1800 per area (understandable) BTW, your stomach is THREE AREAS. This was nothing more than a sales pitch. I understand cosmetic surgery is expensive, but when they lie to begin with its a little scary. BTW, you cn get lipo for HALF the price in Miami. My total quote ended up being over $10,000 for stomach, inner thigh only and chin. This still is a reasonable price, but after seeing how they did me, I will never use this facility.”

“If I could give a zero I absolutely would!!! I scheduled my Procedure in November 22 ,2022 and they called and rescheduled it for the next day which was a bummer and kind of set the stage that the company maybe wasn’t really set up well that it couldn’t even get it’s surgeries in order, in my opinion, but maybe I’m wrong and it was an off day. I also understand there’s sometimes unexpected changes that occur in life. I don’t like change much and I don’t want things to change once they have been decided, BUT I had been SO looking forward to this kind of procedure for the past 10 years since my kids and I was so excited to do this so I accepted that they rescheduled it for the next day and was going to go forward with it. THEN after the pre op appt they called again before the surgery and canceled the surgery due to old medications I had been prescribed and been taken off of months prior. I honestly should’ve just walked away then!!! But They tried to get me scheduled with another ” better “ surgeon which I thought was nice at first. But the more I thought about it, the more concerned and uneasy I became and uncomfortable with the idea, so I decided to cancel the second surgery well before Christmas. And I asked for a refund. I was told I would get a refund for my money credited back on my credit card BEFORE the first of the year. The first of the year came and went and I didn’t see any money. I called and was told I would be mailed a check because it had been so long the money could not be put back on my credit card. More time goes by and I still have not seen my check. It is 30th of January and I do not have my refund still and I get very little updates or input from staff members regarding my refund except the fact that it is coming and that it was sent to be cut on January 9. I asked for an update today and was told they would check and I heard nothing back in response. I am beyond frustrated because I feel like the company does not process refunds promptly nor do I feel like returning my money is a priority to them. They were absolutely excited to help me and take my THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS but now that I canceled getting it back has been a nightmare. I am so disappointed in this and wish I never even considered it. I deal with finances at the TULSA OFFICE. And was scheduled for surgery with OKC office.”

“This place is a joke. You walk into a building that is under construction with no signs pointing you in the right direction. So if you happen to go, it’s on the 3rd floor. You check in at the desk that’s not Sono Bello & sit for about 20 minutes. Finally someone comes to get you to take you to another room to forget you’re there. She gave me paperwork & came back 30 minutes later to get it. I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. The lady walks in to get the patient before and says I’ll come back in a little while for you. So the same person does all the consultations? And is she always that behind? Finally I decided to get up and walk out 1 hour after my scheduled appointment time. I’ve been gone for 25 minutes & they still haven’t called or realized or just don’t care. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever dealt with. I’m mad I drove all the way here, espies with gas prices. I couldn’t even tell anyone I was leaving, it was a random hallway of doors & everyone was hiding. Do not go here. It’s a waste of time , management is horrible and they have no sense of time management”

They rope you in by saying how great you’re going to look. Having had a previous tummy tuck the lipo has made my stomach look deformed due to the scar tissue around my naval.
